For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did request that we return the costume not once but twiceI was told when I called Friday the 30th that they would be reversing the shipment and returning it to themThey also let my husband know that he had to return the costume. So, no, I am not getting the same deal "I saw on FB". And what is the excuse for not offering to overnight it to us so we would have it Saturday? Our Halloween was not what it should have been since we didn't get the costume

Tell us why here...We apologize for the tardiness of the credit. We had requested the credit on 10-19-but it failed through our automated systemWe did complete the credit today and emailed a receipt of the credit to the customer

Tell us why here...We do apologize for not meeting the customer's delivery date. There was a delay in the shipment and the customer ultimately decided to cancel the order and was credited in full 10-22-

We do apologize for not meeting the customer's expectations. Per the case notes and correspondence from the customer the request to cancel the order came after the order had shipped. Presell orders do not have a guarantee date and the order conformation contains this information. We did ship the order and it was delivered to the customer, we have also credited her in full, and emailed her a receipt. We again apologize for the disappointment with us. The customer can keep the costumes and or donate them but does not have to return them

*** *** I received a package late today that included an infant sized costume for my 7yo, and no Spurs I am disgusted Since they took so long to respond to my initial contact and LIED about the package being " ready to ship"A week ago, now my son is left with no costume I live in a small area and it isn't possible for me to just go get oneThey didn't have that type of costume around here which is why I ordered it to begin with So no, their response did not satisfy my complaint If you look at their Facebook page you will see I am one of many that didn't get their costumes AlsoThe only reason they even responded to me directly is because I made this complaint I am disgusted with their business practice and their lack of customer service. *** ***

We again apologize for the trouble you had with your order. You are correct in that the order did not ship on time and it is documented that we did have multiple contacts with you. Where there appears to have been some misunderstanding is in relation to the cancelation of the order. It was understood on 10/27/when you contacted us that you did not want to wait any longer, or take a chance it would not be delivered by Halloween, and the order was cancelled. You have been credited in full and we did ship the order that was delivered at 8:AM today, Halloween

I do not need further reply from this business however I wanted to make it know that this is not acceptableThey have yet to answer my question and now they are trying to blame me for the order being cancelledThe person writing a response may have a misunderstanding on the cancellation, however it was very clear on Oct 27thI was specifically told by this companies supervisor representative that my items were out of stock and I was not going to get them before Halloween and she was cancelling my orderI said so I don't have a choiceShe said No(She didn't offer a substitution to ensure I received something, just said I'm canceling) She may have wrote I cancelled, but this is not how the conversation went at allI even asked her why I was told my items were shipped and why I was told they were expediting my order, she said well we are not going the extra step to double check the items and make sure they are in stock and your items are all sold out, she said that the website allowed for them to over sell some items and they were unaware of thisI was upset and left scrambling last minute to find costumesThey did refund my money after I placed a complaint on Revdex.comThen to make the situation worse they mailed my items to me the night before Halloween and I received them the morning of Halloween, which means my items were in stock and I was once again lied to by this companyAll I wanted was my items, I ended up paying more for my items through another companyWhy would I do that willingly? (I was left with no choice, she said they were out of stock)Receiving costumes that I had no idea were even coming the morning of Halloween only shows how horrible this company is, this is besides the fact that they lied to me every conversation, they cancelled my order(then want to say I cancelled), then they think they re making good because they mailed costumes the night beforeObviously I already got new costumes because I was told I wasn't getting the original order, I needed costumes before Halloween for their school party that is why I placed my order on October 11th so we had plenty of time to get them

We did reach out to the customer and apologize for the error, her order is being delivered late. We have credited her in full and she will not be required to return the order. We are also looking into the cause of this order not shipping on time

The credit of $was processed in our system at 11:PM on March 6, The requested credit was issued prior to this complaint

We again apologize for the inconvenience. There is a lot of confusion in regard to Presell orders. There is not a guarantee date on these order, it is approximations. This information is available on our website and on the order conformation sent to the customer. Under the status of the presell item is a link that says "What's this" and in there is all the information about presell. It does state that delivery on presell orders are not guaranteed. It also has information about if a payment fails and what may cause this. On this order the payment did fail so we contacted the customer. When we entered the card # the 2nd time for the customer it again failed and if it was human error on out part we apologize. Once the card did accept the customer was only charged time for the order so the previous times the card was entered it did fail. We have credited the customer in full when the order was ultimately cancelled at her request. The credit transaction code is ***

The text quoted below is buried on the websitebut the confirmation says guaranteeMost importantly, this still doesn't explain why for straight nights, the company said they were shipping itAND - each of those nights, the product showed as "Available to ship immediately" for a new orderI missed the party, and had to order from another company for Halloween.Therefore, while they claim they are processing a refund, my complaint will stand as unresolvedIt's too latei am not looking for anything else, I just want this complaint to stand so other people know about the unethical behavior of this company.

Tell us why here...We do apologize for not meeting the delivery expectations. The order was a Presell order and the delivery dates are estimated. There was some incorrect information given to this customer which did not help the situation. The customer ultimately decided to cancel
the order and was credited in full
