A response was sent 7/11/ The inspection company evaluated the wrong home, and Travelers has offered to rescind the cancellation....contact info was provided in the response letter to call Travelers representative

A response was sent to [redacted] on March 19, from Troy L***, [redacted] Business Center Troy L [redacted] completed a thorough review of [redacted] 's Travelers homeowners policy and found the policy was issued effective August 11, Our records reflect that [redacted] contacted our service team at Travelers on October 6, and requested the policy to be cancelled effective September 8, due to her obtaining coverage through another carrier [redacted] was billed for earned premium on October 10, for coverage provided effective August 11, through September 8, On October 17, [redacted] contacted the service team at Travelers and advised that she did not close on the home until Septemeber 8, 2017; at that time, our service team requested supporting documentation of the closing date and the email address and fax number to forward the information to No information was received so the policy cancellation date was not revised; since we did not receive payment, the balance was sent to collections In review of the information now available, Travelers was able to verify the closing date and has adjusted the cancellation date to August 11, and the balance due is $ Travelers respectfully declined [redacted] 's request for compensation

A response was sent 11/10/ It is our understanding that this claim has now been resolved to his satisfaction and there are no outstanding issues

Claim staff explained how estimates are done with a claim and complainant now understands and is satisfied

A response was sent today 7/21/2016....at the time MrAbbey was added as a licensed owner to auto policy there were no accidents of violations reported to Travelers and the policy was rated accordingly Upon renewal Travelers obtained a Motor Vehicle Report which reflected a major violation, previously unknown to Travelers As a result physical damage coverage was removed as of the renewal and coverage placed within the [redacted] a Reinsurance FacilityCopies of that notification were enclosed with the response letter Regarding the personal articles policy....bills had been mailed however payment was not received Additional documents were sent (copies provided with the response letter) and policy would reinstate if payment received by August 14, 2015, the policy was not reinstated because payment was not received

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is all lies - they sent me a different letter - I have attached My message to them is below - they are liars and I have the proof in my emails from them and the recorded conversations I have had with them They have never tried to settle with me - they have been trying to bullying me into taking the least amount of money as possible.sent today: [redacted] To [redacted] Today at 8:AM Received your letter of lies.1- Dr [redacted] never released me from his care that I was informed of.2- Dr [redacted] never gave me any test of my knee or informed me of any test I was never able to move my knee 100% or 98% percent without him forcing the knee causing me great pain 3- You have never tried to negotiate a fair resolution to this matter.4- I have never been informed of the statue of limitations on this matter - look closely at the email chain and you will discover your stupidity.5- I will settle for $10,and that is final since you have not taken care of the my knee and all of the issues around it.6- I will forward your letter to the Revdex.com, and the [redacted] of all states with my comments and emails from you that show you are lying.7- I will continue to post and blog about your worthless company and crappy service till the day I die.Regards, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
