I just got my 24xcarport installed today through Cardinal CarportsThe supplier was Carolina Carports Brandon *** at Cardinal Carports was great to work withI told him that I was wanting a carport installed within a couple of weeks and he said he could do thatI was very leery and doubtful of this promise because of other sellers I had talked to, but he instilled confidence with me and I went ahead and placed my orderHe kept his word, my carport was delivered and set up within weeks and I couldn't be happierIt is more than I was expectingThe man crew that delivered and installed it worked very well together and it was completed within 1/hoursI can highly recommend Cardinal Carports and especially Brandon ***

I purchased a carport on 5/15/from this companyThe contract states a 4-week deliveryIt has been more than weeks and they cannot give an estimated delivery timeThey scheduled delivery last week and did not show nor did they callThe y are not returning my calls to give an estimate of the new delivery date

This company is crookedThey sold me a $23k building with an insulation packageThey even talked me into getting a double layer for maximum insulationWhen the building was completed, the garage doors had a 3-inch gap at the top, and the doors were only sheet metal with no insulation, making it impossible to heatI called to complain and they told me they don’t sell insulated doorsWhy on earth would I pay an extra $for an insulation package if the doors weren’t insulated?!?! I sent them pictures of my dissatisfaction to show them why, and contested the bill on my visaThey sent the exact same pictures I sent to them to visa, telling them the dispute had been satisfiedVisa billed meAfter about four hours on the phone with multiple different mangers, they told me they weren’t going to do anything about my buildingI never would do business with this companyThey will literally take your money and runFunny thing is that I needed more structures on my property and will find someone else to do it

Call to request status - told delivery dates unknown running currently at 2-weeks Return call to cancel order (Rene) - said too busy to confirm every order, no refund on deposit, she was very angry and rude and hung up

The crew was to arrive mid morning on a TuesdayThey called at PM and said they were comingIt was dark and they were told not to comeThey called multiple times that night with last call at 11:PMThey arrived at AM the next morningDrove a truck with no reverseDid not have a drill to cut anchor holesTried to block the base beams with firewoodThe building quality is good but the independent service contractor was terribleThis is the second and last carport I will purchase from themCustomer service is irrelevant to them

Where do I start? I bought my carport from them in December with a tentative installation of late Janor early Feb It's now scheduled for second week in April! It appears to me that the problem is with the installation division of CC The sales team was very helpful and courteous but I've had nothing but rude, un-informed installation operators on the phone They've blamed the Holidays, Oil Boom in South Texas and now the rain as reasons for their deficiencies! I finally got to speak to a manager with CC and he explained to me that he would refund me all my monies but that when I went to purchase another carport I would be put back further in the installation line because they almost all use the same installer I decided to wait it out More to come

Do not buy from this companyI purchased a large $5K building from them in September of 15, it's now almost February and I still have no buildingThey are saying maybe by March I've called 20+ times and I can't get my deposit backI'd give them a rating below Negative if I could

I bought a 24’x26’ garage with 10’ eave height and I am extremely satisfied with the product. At the time I purchased this I had not read the dozens of bad reviews. When I read them I was worried. Yes they did reschedule and the scheduling process is frustrating. However the dealer I bought from was up front with me and told me in advance that frequently weather has an effect on scheduling. He also told me it may take 6 weeks to 90 days for the install. This helped me understand when it happened! That all being said, the building is of great quality and will serve me for many years to come and was at a great price! I would do it again!

We are in receipt of the complaint being filed by Mr. [redacted]. 
Mr. [redacted] purchased a unit on July 16th in an area which is currently on a 6-8 week lead time. We contacted Mr. [redacted] was given a courtesy call as is standard with every customer to confirm receipt of the order and...

verify the status of his foundation. Mr. [redacted] returned the call on July 27th to state that his foundation was ready. Mr. [redacted] was scheduled for Sept. 8th. CCI contacted him on Sept. 7th to notify him that the contractor was broke down in another state was not going to be able to load. His order would need to be scheduled with a different contractor as the transmission was out of the truck and would not be fixed quickly. He was given a new date of Sept. 15th. 
Mr. [redacted] was offered a discount for his inconvenience but declined stating that he wanted to cancel the order. Customer service escalated the issue to a manager who attempted to speak with Mr. [redacted], offering him an upgrade as well. He again declined. At this time, Mr. [redacted] was very frustrated and upset. He asked that CCI not contact him again and that at that point, he would most likely do something bad to the contractor if they did show up because he was so angry.
We have made every attempt to rectify this situation. We sincerely apologize that this was less than a pleasant experience for Mr. [redacted].

Just a word of advise to anyone looking to buy a carport. I ordered one approximately three months ago. I finally got a call telling me that they were scheduled to come install it last Tuesday. Due to the weather that we had it got put off until Friday. I then get a call Friday saying that it will not be installed until Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and its a no call no show. I call the company Wednesday to find out why they did not show up and the lady tells me that they had to work over but would be there between noon and that evening. I get home that day and still no carport... I call again Thursday morning and I am informed that the crew had already packed up and went back to NC as if they forgot about me.. Now how the [redacted] you forget that you are hauling a 20' carport behind you beats the [redacted] out of me but ok... I looked them up on the better business burrow and they have 136 complaints and a F rating. Needless to say I will never do business with Carolina Carports again and strongly suggest that none of u do as well.

The building I ordered was a 40/40 building ...the building was shipped in the time span as promised..the inspector came and inspected the concrete pad..and said the building would be shipped when paper work was turned in...the company called later and told us when we could expect the building...on Thursday morning the building arrived ,with erectors Victor [redacted] lead man and Ricardo,Roberto and Alex,very friendly ,courteous,and hard workers...on Friday evening at 5:30 the building was completed and area cleaned up,only took two days to complete a 40/40 building,very neat and professional work...I would highly recommend this crew of men for any job....

I ordered my carport thru a dealer on June 2 and it was installed today, July 18 by Carolina carports... They had called about two weeks ago to notify me of delivery date. Excellent job by the two man crew, three hours start to finish and no mess at all! Would definitely use your company again! Extremely happy with product and services.

Worst experience of my life. Waited 60 days was told the delivery would be between 8 and 12. And that they would call when on the way. I had to drive an hour to the location of the delivery. At 1130 I called to see where they were, was told they would be there by noon. AT 130 I called again and was told they were there at 7am. AND they would not be back. THE woman I spoke to was incredulous to say the least. I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told no refunds. WE will see about that. Steer clear of this company is the best advice I can offer.

Carolina Carport has built two metal building on my property.
The cost of the building includes delivery and labor.
I am very satisfied with both buildings.

This is my first review of any company, for any reason, anywhere... But they were so unbelievably bad to deal with - that I was moved to post this in hopes that others will not make the same mistake.
I patiently waited well over 2 months for my carport (which was supposed to arrive in "3-4 weeks"). It never came. They called numerous times to schedule the installation. Each time they failed to show up, and they never called to to say they weren't coming. After 9 weeks they still could not give me a delivery date!
I finally cancelled my order and told their local sales rep to just keep my 10% deposit.
Unless you want to wait indefinitely for your structure, I would recommend spending $500 extra and just purchase the [redacted] brand from [redacted] or [redacted].

I live in KS. I ordered via an ordering site here in my state a 2 car sized carport. I ordered this Nov. 7th 2014. They told me 8 weeks. It is now January 7th, and I still have no carport. (14 weeks),I had to put 10% down, about $70. I call them and they keep postponing it. I have been put on hold 2 of the 3 times I called. One time I had to hang up because my phone died. I either want my 10% money back, or a phone call from them to find out when it's coming. This company is terrible. When I called in Dec, they told me they were closed for 2 weeks for the holiday yet they were back logged to September. Seriously? Why are they taking 2 weeks off if they are back logged? I'm angry! I'm considering filing a report with the Revdex.com although it may do no good since they are not affiliated with them.

After placing an order for a metal carport to be delivered in NJ on June 8th, 2015, I was quoted a 4-8 week window for delivery. Customer service would not specify any information, other than repeat "we will call you 3 days before delivery". By August, I was calling once a week and always heard the same response. In October, they called to schedule a delivery within 48 hours, which did not work for me, and my order was placed on hold. "On hold" means that they will restart the process apparently, and I am now looking at a February delivery. This is a total of 9 months wait for an 8 week delivery window. They claim that they are running 2-3 MONTHS behind and that delivery to NJ is "weather pending". It is currently 70 degrees and sunny in NJ. I have reached out to several service managers, and all blame others for the repeated delays. I may be cancelling the order if I do not hear a definite delivery date by New Years Day.

The Carolina Carports carport was delivered on time and the crew who put it together was perfect. I watched them during the job and saw them work like a true team. They measured multiple times and cut once.
