This was Carolina Carports third time of cancelling with me todayShould have been installed in July 2018, then August 2018, now September 2018, they have cancelled all three timesSo I have finally cancelled my order and got my deposit backAvoid this company at all cost

I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered! As of 9-19-17, I was weeks out from orderingI initiated contact with CCI at Week 4&8, they never asked my name, only told me they would contact me ahead of deliveryI contacted them on 9-19-and talked with Amy (Customer Service Manager?) and she gave me a projected date of 9-28/29-This morning I contacted the scheduler since I haven’t heard anything from themShe tried telling me she left voicemails and I haven’t returned her calls, as a Government employee, I have learned to delete nothingI looked through both cellphones to verify I had no voicemails from them, deleted or notI have a scheduled install date of 9-28-17, we shall seeMy review is solely based on their Customer Service, or rather lack thereof! I have taken off of work and will be awaiting delivery, I really hope they show up on time, as my time is expensive

Was told it would take up to weeks to get my shed It actually took weeks! They called a week ago, said they would be out on Thursday, guys came out as promised and worked hours to get the shed built Good crew, building looks nice

This company cancelled delivery of our order three timesEach time it took two weeks to get a new delivery dateThey were weeks from the time we ordered until we finally demanded a refund and cancelled the orderNever got the building

I am inquiring for now the second time about debris left at my property from a recent installOrder I have called in and spoke with Paula and sent photos of the large pile of metal/trash left to a managers phoneI was told that the installer is not allowed to leave debrisAnd that they would be contacted but nobody could give me a day/date for pick upThis is unacceptableWe live in a rural area and do not have trash serviceAlong with have young children and dogsThe metal is rough around the edges and in 20' sectionsI am afraid of injury to one of them due to these items in my yardThere is also screws, small pieces of metal and water bottles left around the buildingWhen we paid almost $6,for this building I expected all trash to be removed as I was told prior to orderingI would like a call from management to figure

CC has rescheduled my delivery times with only one being weather related They were scheduled for today and at pm I called to verify it was still on The woman running the Maryland line indicated they were scheduled to be here in the afternoon and she had no indication they were having any trouble At 4:pm I called them back to find out what was going on and no one would pick up the phone and the phone extensions I tried all went to mailbox and all the mailboxes were full and not accepting messages I spoke on the phone with a CC manager yesterday and he indicated how sorry they were, had no idea I had been scheduled times and told me he was certain they would deliver today In my conversations with CC at one point they offered to take off $and yesterday the manager raised it to $ Ridiculous As a member of the US Navy I only get a certain number of days of leave I have now burned of them waiting on this company Great product and absolutely horrible compa

This company is awful! I had an install set for today and they were supposed to show up at 7am, then 10am, then noon, then 1pm, then they finally showed up at 215pmI asked them not to park in the street since they would block neighbors and from using the roadThey cursed me out for asking not to block the road, then refused to install the garage I had been waiting weeks onWhen they started backing out they stopped and drove forward and attempted to hit me! Then I started to call carolina carports and of them got out and became hostile towards me while the one that stayed in the vehicle called his boss to cover his buttSo I had a total of people that became physically aggressive towards meI recorded them and called I got their license plate numbers and the Sheriff's office came after the guys took off when he called They have warrants out for those men and a bolo for the vehicle they were in and the license plate numbers as well if they come back in this countyCarolina carports contracts the work to people that become physically violent towards customers that just ask them not to block the road! Do not use this company!

I purchased a X metal shed from Alan's Factory outlet on 6/16/I was told in the contract I signed that it would be handled (made ) and delivered by Caroline Carports, INC out of Dobson, NC I called Carolina Carports on July 10, and paid my account in full ($3,207.80) and was told I would be called in a few weeks to set up a delivery time They company called me the beginning of Aug to set up a delivery time and left a message on my phone, I called them back within two hours and was told that since I didn't call them back within an hour that they gave my spot on the truck to someone elseI told them that that was messed up because on my contract I advised them that I was a day sleeper that they would have to leave a message

In March of this year, my wife and I went to a local distributer to purchase a carolina carportAt this time we paid 10% in cash and we're told that it would be 6-8weeks before the carport would be installedOnce the date was scheduled, I took off of work to be here for installmentThis was where we experienced the first issue Approximately one hour after scheduled arrival time I called the main headquarters to explore the situation, where I was told I would receive a phone call from the building crewThey were calling to inform me that they would be unable to build the carport due to an incident on the highwayI then spoke to Carolina Carports headquarters to find out what material was damaged and it was then decided that the barn would be installed without trim since that is all that had been damagedAfter installment the remaining balance was paid in fullThe Carolina carport headquarters was aware of the situation with the trim and we would be put on the waiting list for delivery during the next trip to PAAfter a month a call was placed to inquire about the remaining trim missing from the barn, at which picture emails were requested because the headquarters was not aware of missing partsI am writing this on August 21st as today was the day they were supposed to finish the barn with the trimUnfortunately the building crew was supposed to be here at noon but they were a no-call no-showHowever that is not what is disappointing, I spoke with Carolina Carports twice today and was assured that the crew would be here to place the trim and that I was to expect a phone call from them to set a new rescheduled timeI waited the allotted amount of time given to me to expect a phone call, with no call and then called Carolina Carports again and they were closed for the dayThe balance has been pain in full for three months and I have yet to have a finished productNot only have I missed out on a day of work (to be here for trim installment today) but I paid for a product that I do not haveThis is an act of fraud, and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Like too many other customers they lied about their delivery time When contacted they claimed they had lost or never received the paperwork It was re-faxed and they said to my local dealer that I would be put to the top of the delivery list and my carport would go out on the next shipment They again lied When I called and asked to talk to a superviser I was put on hold and when I finally got a supervisor to answer they said it was now going to be the original extra six to eight more weeks to get my carport If I could rate them no stars that is what they deserve These people are unethical liars as the many complaints received about the exact same problems show

After purchasing a carport, I was told that I would receive a call after 4-weeks of the purchaseWhen they called me to schedule, they required a small down payment to secure the deliveryThey scheduled the delivery for June 30thOn June 30th, I ended up having to call them, and when I did, they said that the truck had broken down, and they needed to reschedule for a different dayThey didn't have availability until Tuesday July 12thIt wasn't ideal, but I tried to understand, even though I took off a day of work to be available for the deliveryOn July 11th, they called and said that they would have to reschedule for Wednesday July 13th because they wouldn't be available to get to my house in timeOk, again, not ideal, but at least they called me the day beforeSo, today, on July 13th, the day my carport is to arrive, I am waiting aimlessly for a phone call or something to fill me in on what time they will arriveNothingI finally decided to call them, and when I did, I g

Carolina Carports is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a company before Its been months since I ordered my carport and they continue to schedule then re-schedule, then cancel that date and this has happened times This last time it happened they scheduled me for Monday, then called and re-scheduled for Tuesday, then cancelled and re-scheduled me for Thursday but that is not guaranteedThey don't return phone calls or never answered my emails I sent to the main officeI received a 5% discount due to their poor service which is nothing

First of all, yes, it took two months longer than I was originally told, to get my carport installedAnd yes, they did cancel the first install dateHaving said that, the installed carport was of excellent qualityI was surprised at the strength of the steel, I could barely get my drill bits though it when I went to close up the sidesInstallation took only hour, and the total cost of the install was well below what the competitors were chargingSo I guess it's a trade off, if you want a high quality low cost carport, you are going to need a flexible installation schedule, and some patienceHope this helps

We have been lied to from the beginningWas promised when we paid in full on June 3rd it would be delivered and installed no later than 4-weeksSixth week came and no building so we called , their reply was they were behind schedule because they took a week off for July 4thThey promised building would be installed on August Lori and I stayed home all day yesterday , At 6pm to having no building .We called they told us to put flags down where we wanted building as we needed to run to town We did expecting our building to be here when we got home to no building By then they had closed , never heard anythingSo I called at am this morning to be transferred to the SC division to not be able to get a word in because a rude young lady talked over me to the point I got pissedSo then they transfer me to corporate, where they tell me their Sub Contractor ran out of time yesterday and took our building back to NC Now they claim building will be installed on either 7th or 8t

Worst service that I have ever had with anything Door handle still does not work Don't expect any type of customer service from this bunch Had the building put up last fall and still don't have complaint resolvedI bought another building , same size, and paid over dollars more just to not have dealings with this bunch again

I placed my order with Carolina on June 30, with the understanding of 4-weeks wait for installation At about the week mark I called the representative that I ordered from to find out what the holdup was I was told that they were off for a week to do inventory with no shipments going out that week During week I get a call to schedule on 8/ I told them that there was going to be a lot of rain due to Tropical Storm Harvey and they probably didn't want to come out that day She agreed and said she would call back the next week Well that week came and went as well as the following week Sometime during the 12th week I received a call to schedule installation for the second time The date was set for 9/ The crew arrived early and got to work About an hour after they arrived I walked around to see their progress and noticed that they had sent the wrong carport...they were installing the regular round over instead of the boxed eave that I ordered A call to corporate office and my rep soon had the issue sorted out CCI had messed up on their paper work and sent out the wrong order The scheduler at CCI tried to convince me to keep the wrong carport I told them I ordered what I wanted and that's what I wanted installed Ok, we will get it rescheduled Just got off the phone with Jenevee and was told the same excuses I've gotten each time - we will call you when we get it scheduled - your order is in the managers office - we have to have $16,worth of orders for an area before we will ship out I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she would leave a message for them but couldn't guarantee that they would call me back Do not order from Carolina Carports or its affiliates unless you have time to waste You will get nothing but your fair share of headaches and runaround

I ordered a carport to be installed in Syracuse NYin July no show phone calls lateras of April I am cancelling the order!!!!! do not deal with this company!!!! If this is an American company, they are not Americans

I placed my order with a local agent for my x workshop, over the following weeks I revived several calls making sure my order details were correct , When it came down to delivery they were on time and did a first class assembly job,
Value for money and service was excellent ,

I purchased a 20x21xcarport on 5/30/with a delivery date to be no more than to weeks later I have still not received delivery of the carport on today's date 7/26/ I have called numerous times to get a delivery date and no one can tell me when to expect my order
