April 21, I ordered a carport door for an existent car port which was installed by the same company 8/25/without a doorwhich was OK with the company and that I could install the door at any timeThis was done as indicated aboveSince I have called times and every time I was given "the next two weeks" Now I am waiting again for a date of installationBy the way I also was given different excuses such as we have another big project to do" or in the next two weeks" or the door got on another truck" or no answer at all
I am years old and live alone and will not be able to take care of any snow fall drifting into this port

Carport was ordered August 2, Have been given several tentative delivery dates since September and one definite date in December that was then cancelled by the companyI was then told I would hear from them some time in January which means I've been waiting almost months and still no delivery dateThere are also other orders in my area which have been cancelled due to their inability to deliver in a reasonable time after I had cancelled my own orderI would never do business with this company if looking for a carport or storage building

Order a carport on 8/12/ Was to be delivered and assembled on 10/10/after Never came and no call Was then to be delivered and assembled on Saturday December 22, 2-No call and they never came The weather was not a factor on either date for delivery The representative from Pa said the building was in Elysburg but could not be delivered She said she would call back and never contacted me Currently no delivery date

Purchased a steel building from this companyWas told delivery and installation would be 10weeks from calling for delivery (called on 9/12/17)Have been told times it would be next to be shippedGoing on months nowLast time I called woman told me I needed to talk to her boss but wasn't in but would give messageThat was 2weeks ago and have not heard from anyone yet

By no means do business with this company! They will not deliver within a reasonable time frameTheir installers are not able to Complete work because of wrong materials and improper working equipmentPay more for a building and buy local if possibleThis company is only good at making excuses

After being put off for the third time they dropped off the materials and I had to install my carport myselfI was told they would at least frame it if I would sheet itNow they want me to sign a sheet stating Im completely satisfied with product and install so they will receive their money from the finance companyThey will rip you off any way they canDO NOT do business with Carolina Carports!

very poor communication with company, local dealer is knows very little about building code and when structure will arrive etcInstalled weeks after original date, crew did not install ground Anchors per blue prints and left a lot of screws and metal pieces in driveway

I ordered the carport in May showed up in Sept on the order I was supposed to get to inch panels extra on each side! The delivery people showed up Sunday at o'clock the day before the hurricane The installer told me the panels came and inches in width have to be cut down the middle , so I told the installer it was ok not to cut , It was late they were tired Unaware if that they could not install the J-trim ! I pay $per side did not receive it ! I was told to order the J trim which would prevent sharp edges meanwhile on one side the J trim was so sharp that I've cut my shoulder on it They adverstised custom fit pieces ! The one side that I got J trim was piece together with sharp edges sticking out defeats the purpose of even ordering it ! I want a refund of $towards my bill for J trim per side ! PS I removed the side that was installed because of the sharp edges I have the pieces if they want to come get it ! I have paid paid in full!

In August of 2017, we had a metal building installed on our propertyHowever, it did not pass final county inspectionI have been back and forth with the county and with CarolinaAccording to the county, they requested additional supports and Carolina has only re-submitted the original plansAll communication has ceased once again with Carolina CarportsI have submitted complaints twice previously with the Revdex.com, and was assured that the company was working to achieve a resolution with Harford CountyI have seen no evidence that this is the caseEmails to Carolina go ignored and phone calls get transferred endlesslyThe only way I have received any response is by submitting complaints through the Revdex.com

Over weeks late on delivery and installationOver two and a half hours late on the day they were supposed to installContacted the office and got zero help from anyone I talk to

I bought a metal building from this company several years agoIn May of this year the roll up door on my building was damagedI contacted Carolina to request purchasing a replacementdoorI was given the run around from the very startOne salesman said they could not provide the door, then another said they couldBack and forth so onFinally they said they could(They manufacture this door, so no other roll up doors from other companies could be substituted.) I gave them the option of either shipping me the door and I would install it or when they had an installation crew in town they could install itWe agreed to have on of their crews install the doorI was quoted to weeks for installationI paid, in advance $for the door and installationI have checked in with them periodically to see if I was on the installation scheduleMost of these calls were not answered directly by a customer service representative, I could only get voicemails with no return call back

I ordered my carport through *** *** ***, a reseller for Carolina Carports*** *** *** made a mistake on my order; once the product was delivered, both *** *** *** and Carolina Carports were complete jerks about correcting the mistakeCarolina Carports lied to me about color matching and tried to price gouge me on replacement metalI ultimately had to fix the problem with my carport myself, at my own expenseHORRIBLE customer service!

I was charged an extra $on my bill for this company NOT showing on up on the SCHEDULED DATE of installPurchased a carport though Georgia Portable didn't know that would be associated with CCIFinally a scheduled date was setup for 9/11, but due to the weather it was pushed back to 9/13, no problemOn 9/I took a half a day off from work waited for them to show upNO ONE SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK, NO ONE CALLEDThe next morning 9/I went into work was planning on giving them a call when they opened to find out what happenedA little after 7:00am the contractor called said he was at my house to install the carport UNSCHEDULEDHe mentioned he had a lot of jobs the day before, but was there now to installI told him I was at work, it would have to be rescheduledI called the company basically there response was that I didn't have to be there just tell the installer what you want doneNO, I as a customer want to be there to see the work done and that things are going OKWhat kind of company sends out someone to do work without having it SCHEDULED with the customerThe person on the phone said I would just have to be placed back into the rotation for them to come out againRec'd a call from them that they could come out on 9/26, then they called back later said it would have to be on 9/27, no problemThey came out installed the carport, did a good job, then handed me the billIt had an additional charge of $for - Goes To Contractor from 9/So, this company with little or no business ethics charged me for the installer NOT SHOWING UP ON 9/AS SCHEDULED, NOT CALLING, THEN SHOWING UP 9/UNSCHEDULEDI didn't call this company back on the charge to hear a lousy explanation as to why they charged me and why they couldn't reimburse me on that chargeCUSTOMERS BEWARE

Carport was installed over days past original date of installationWe were originally told someone had to be at installation site so I had to use a vacation day to be there on the 3rd date set for the crew to arriveReceived a call less then hours prior that they would not make it the next dayCrew arrived on the 5th set dateCrew installed Carport on 6xtimbers that I (home owner) had already placed, however pre their blueprints and per separate phone calls to them the Helical Auger Anchors that they were to install in each corner and bolt to the 6x6's were NOT installedThese blue prints were approved by the County Building Inspector so we can not get building inspected until they are installedWe have called Carolina Carport at least times trying to resolve this over the last weeks

They installed a building for me several months ago The day of the install there were problems with the walk in door I pointed it out to the contractor but he argued with me that I just needed to slam it I got no where with him so I called the company the next morning It looks weeks for them to come back out They sent the same contractor and he again argued with me I had already had another contractor out and he agreed the Hinge was sprung After more time passed and numerous calls to the company they finally replaced the door The same contractor same and he was very rude and argumentative The Hinge was better after install but the latch seemed weak Agreed to try it for a while Several weeks later the door got to the place that it wouldn't stay closed at all I called the company again and they took forever to get back with me They finally called back and told me the contractor would come on a Sunday afternoon I agreed I waited all day and no one called or

We order a carport on May 23, from El Dorado *** In Eldorado, ArFirst of all the lady never told us about how long it would take to get carport, if you cancel you want get your deposit back, and you never get a return callHere we are in August 22, still no building I called many times and left message no return calls I kept trying and finally someone answer they told me it was on the truck Well, got someone today still on truck So I called El Dorado *** in El Dorado Arkansas I told her I want to cancel but I want get deposit back Well, when we purchase the carport the Melissa *** never told us this She needs to tell every one how it works Takes a long time to get and if you cancel you will not get deposit back I will never deal with with El Dorado *** or Carolina Carports again STAY AWAY!!!!!!

We are currently STILL waiting on our structure and after cancellations & TWO full days worth of pay lost, we are still without our garage! Being in the construction field myself, these installers have used every excuse in the book; death in the family, vehicle accident & now nonexistent rainNo calls, just text messages, which I find highly unprofessionalLast minute notices with no real solutionsLost wages countered by almost insulting discountsAt this point after having all of our garage belongings in storage for so long & the sheer frustration would love to be refunded our deposit & CCI keep their materials & go to another companyYou guys are NOT the only game around & certainly one of the most disorganized & unprofession organizations I’ve had the displeasure of dealing

Bought a build form Carolina Carports 12/1/It was installed by Ramiro *** *** *** on 1/15/2018.The installer was very professionalThe only problem I have is the bottom panel on the left side of the buildingIt starts goof in rear but by time it gets to front of build it is 1/“ from ground, in turn will cause panels to rustI called and talked to Alison with Carolina Carports around April of 2018, to inform them about problem She took my info and said would get back with meDid not hear from Carolina Carports again around June and Alison told me to send pictures of problem area of build , so I did August heard nothing so called Carolina Carports, Alison informed me that my info had got mixed up with someone else and notes said problem takin care of ,NOTAlison said she would get it straight and get back with me,weeeell that never happenedOn 11/29/I called Carolina Carports AGAIN, spoke with Sarah , she informed me that Alison no longer works here anymore that she would handle issue from here onI sent MORE pictures ,they had lost first fileShe spoke with shop Forman and engineer and said that nothing wrong with buildingCalled them back on 12/06/and Sarah told me that they had scheduled a crew to come out on week of 12/12/, I thought GREAT, Wrong, they were going to charge me $to do job , now they had NOT informed me of this .Only reason for giving stars is bld came out great except for that panel to low to groundAlso I have a one year warranty on workmanship on building, well that’s a bunch of BullThis also make me wonder about warranty on Building
