Recently borrowed $on July 17th of the month (payment in full was approximately 26% of borrowed amount.) Made online payment in full of $1,on July (days later) Checked the online account the following day (Aug1) and they added an additional charge of $stating that the payment was made too late????? I paid the additional $and demanded that they close my account Such a rip off -- will never use them or any other!!!

This company opened an account under my name without my consent, using a collection of information that included my Driver's License, Phone Numbers, and Banking information (some of which was no longer valid)I have emailed them to close the account, however I do not like the fact that they opened an account without my authorizationI previously had done business with a Cash Advance company before, however this was not the company I had worked withI believe that however they got the information, it may have been in an inappropriate manner as I did not consent to share any of that information with another business (even if the information is highly inaccurate)

CashNetUSA repeatedly took payments from me that I was not given credit for on my loan account with themI was then charged additional fees due to "late/missed payments", even though they had already taken my moneyI called and emailed them dozens of times, always being told that if I provided the required information, the situation would be resolvedIt was never resolved despite my proof and following their instructionEven after the loan was paid off in full, they continued to attempt withdrawing payments from my bank account, which resulted in insufficient funds fees from my bank, even though the loan had been paid off and the account had been closedI forwarded them the confirmation email of the account being closed, which they sent to me, and this still continued, until I was forced to have their payments blocked through my bankI received one refund from them, but still lost over $due to their negligence

On October 19, I called to pay my balance in fullUpon speaking to the agent, I gave the agent the debit card detailsThe agent placed me on holdOnce she returned to the phone, she stated the transaction would be cancelled because the payoff amount she initially quoted was now $moreI've called the company multiple times over the past week in hopes to settle my account I'm being targeted and scammedThe interest occur on daily rate which makes paying them off impossibleOnce the payments are taken, they wait two days for it to clear your accountHow can anyone pay off a loan when the money isn't taken upon agreement?
I've spend multiple minutes on the phone trying to come to a resolution which obviously isn't in the best interest of the company since they collect interest on a daily rate

During I took out advances totaling $ The accompanying contracted fees and interest were $and $respectively Therefore I owed Cashnet USA a total of $ I made payments totaling $ Thus, I have overpaid Cashnet USA $ I requested a refund and was told that I was not owed a refund I was told there were hidden fees and interest by one representative I then requested a breakdown of how my payments were applied The last three payments are not broken down into principle, interest, and fees I requested the breakdown of these payments from Deborah *** in the Final Resolution team She stated that all three payments were put towards principal However any other payment that I have made in the past is broken down I no longer can email the Final Resolution team as my email is blocked by the server

loan agreementMs*** then signed her loan agreement stating that she
agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the personal
installment loanMs*** is a returning customer therefore it appears that
she is familiar with how the product works.Ms*** agreed to the following payment schedule when she
entered into the loan transaction:Payment NoAmount of Payments When Payments Are

In review of Ms***’s concerns we have concluded that on November 30, 2015, Ms*** contacted our customer service department and requested that we lower the interest on loanHowever, at the time that she contacted us, her account was current and we could not accommodate her request because the terms of the original loan agreement were still in effect. Although we were not able to accommodate Ms***’s request, we offered alternative payment assistance, but Ms*** did not agree to the options presented. Applied for a loan was instructed to send $via *** *** and would have the loan deposited to my account I was then told to send $for state taxes before money would be transferred I let them know I was not sending anymore money to cancel my application and was told I would have it in 7-days The following week was told I wasn't getting a refund and I needed to send a $*** card in order to receive my refund This is a scam and now they will not stop harassing me me There number is 346-***-*** I was trusting and stupid enough to send money I just want them to leave me alone, I realize I lost $and that was my fault and not to trust this "loan company"

I engaged in an online loan with Cashnet USAUpon getting the loan in 7/2015, I was not advised about the courtesy fee of or more that would be charged to my accountI understood that I would pay interest per day because that is the usual for most loans but to have to pay or more plus interest and my payments are for example per pay periodI automatically pay and then they add in the per day, which may be another dollars and then they put whats left on the loan! That is crazy! And even then the loan amount still fluctuates! It never goes down, You will never get through paying these ppl! I refuse to keep letting them take my check! My payments are getting higher and higher each pay period! I cannot afford this! I have added up all my past payments and I have paid them their loan times over! On July 5, I contacted the company to request a payment postponement for the July 8th payment and was contacted via email later that afternoon & was informed that could be done, however a double payment would be due July and confirmation of this would need to be okayed by July 6thI sent THREE emails giving consent on July 5th at 2:pm, 2:49pm and again at 7:26pm just to ensure they received my consentHowever, a withdrawal of $was still processed today overdrawing my account and causing me to pay overdraft fees which was the entire reason I requested a payment extension originallyI I have contacted the Revdex.com, the *** ***'s officer for consumer protection and the *** *** *** *** to file a complaint against Cashnetusa for blatantly ignoring my requestThe company cannot say that they never received my emails because it is the same email address that I had used to send the original email requesting the postponement

This Company took money out of my Bank account three months earlier than they should have; and worst took out four times the amount that was agreed upon for a payment agreementThis in turn caused my checking account to get NSF charges, up to four of them, and still countingI have tried communicating with them, though they have asked me for faxes showing the NSF charges they have still failed to act on reversing any charges or putting my money back in my accountNor have they reversed the total sum I originally borrowed from them that I don't even owe until next month
I am baffled as to why they have costed me so much, and why they have made me all these promises that clearly they are not keepingThey have actually caused me financial ruin
I have lost my trust in them

An unauthorized payment was taken out of my bank account of $on 2/1/which caused for my account to be over drafted and fees came along with that from my bankWhen in contact with this company I made them aware that the payment was to be taken out on 2/10/as my pay dates had changed since I obtained a new jobWhen corresponding with customer service as they requested I let them know ahead of time my dates and contacted them when they told me to changeI did just that, and the payment still was not changedI am accruing overdraft fees and do not have the money to have my account in the positiveThis is a huge inconvenience on the part of this company as I did my part to make sure all lines of communication was clear, and they had no authorization to take this payment out, and I have several repercussions from this with my bank as well as with the bills and things that I already have to pay and now I am in the negative due to an unauthorized payment coming outThe o
