I have used the Cashnetusa appThat app says that loan was due a month after the pay the loan was paid outI asked for an extension, they "approved" it but still took out the money from account, when the extension was for weeks after the first due dateThis is advertisementI feel like they should have not taken out the loan when they approved the extension

They refuse to answer emails or take the balance due them from a loan

After creating an account/line of credit, this business tells you that a certain amount is due on a particular dayHowever, they do not tell you HOW MUCH is due or WHAT DAY the payment is dueIn my case, I am signed up for automatic payments- so an unknown amount is coming out of my account on an unknown day
Is this information meant to be a secret so people miss payments and can be charged extra fees??
This company is perpetuating economic inequality by avoiding transparent billing practicesExploiting those who live paycheck to paycheck is absolutely disgusting

As an initial matter CashNetUSA performs numerous checks
during the application process to verify a customer's identityAccording to our records, on July 13, 2015, Mr.*** was funded a $CAB (Brokered) loan after we received a loan application completed using his personal information
On August 6, 2015, Mr.*** contacted us and asserted that he was the victim of identity theftAs such, Contrary to Mr.***'s assertion, CashNetUSA advised him that in order for CashNetUSA to investigate his identity theft claim, it would need a copy of a police report or fraud affidavitHowever, if we do not receive the requested documentation, the account will be subjected to collection activity
On August 18, 2015, CashNetUSA received Mr.***'s police report and accepted Mr.***'s identity theft claimThe account profile has been updated accordingly

I have repeatedly tried to contact CashNet USA via chat online and by phone Each time I wait over minutes for a call back that never comes, or on hold for over minutes with no answer and a chat that times out stating no one is available I have been trying for over a week to receive a payoff amount so I can pay off my loan, all the while the interest continues to accrue and I am forced to pay whatever that amount is because NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY CALLS OR CHATS!!!
There is nothing online to provide me with a pay off amount or option In addition, I still have not received my rebate from my previous loan NOR do I see the rebate listed any longer on the site, and I should be receiving a 35% rebate on this loan as I had issues with the last one I have an email from them showing that this is the case
I want my pay off amount, I want it from when I started this whole mess of trying to reach them since 11/17/and I want my rebates sent to me immediately This is complet

I applied over the phone for a loan with this company They asked for my bank account information so they could deposit the money, then have me send it back to them for 'verification', which I did The money was sent back and collected by them because at the time, the funds were in my account They said they would then deposit the loan funds Once I had returned it, they deposited another $asking me to purchase i-tunes cards, which I did not do and said I would not do and instead return the $and get my loan elsewhere When I went to do so, that $had been reversed due to NSF, as had the return of the $to them earlier This left me with a negative balance in my account and I have verified all of this with my bank I have attempted to resolve the matter with the company several time over the last several days and they insist on further security info to access my account, which I refused so that they could not repeat the process and increase my loss They said not t

I just applied and was approved for a loan with CashNetUSA and the funds are to be in my accountBefore agreeing to the terms of the loan, I did my homework by reviewing the payment amount and the dates for the ACH paymentsYes, it is a very high interest loan and interest is accrued dailyThat is explained in the terms of agreement as well as through customer serviceI asked every question I could think of, even why they weren't a member of the Revdex.comMy advice, know what you are getting into before you do agree to this type of, or any loan for that matterI also took out a high interest loan two weeks ago; $1500, and made a payment of $as I did not want that much money but mostly to avoid the exorbitant interest rateI did this through *** Credit and had no issuesI am curious to see how this $loan with CashNetUSA will goI know for sure that I will make my payments on both loans a few days before the actual due date, if possible and I will pay them off long before the loan maturity datesIf everyone who gets in a financial bind would do their homework and pay early, pay more, then a great deal of interest will be avoidedI am at the point where I can do this and I understand that many cannot do thisI am trying to rebuild my credit and thankfully these two companies have come through for meI will know more tomorrow when the funds go into my bank account and after I have made a payment or twoSo far, I am pleasedI have read many of the reviews and in all honesty, half were due to not understanding how loans work while the other half had truly bad and unlawful experiencesI am taking a chance on this lender, I know, but I understand what I have gotten in to and will do everything to avoid problemsI will give CashNetUSA a fair chance but the first sign of trouble, I will pay them off immediately, if I can and only do business with *** Credit, who has a star rating and are extremely easy to work with and their service is top notchRead between the lines and decide for yourself what route to goAgain, from the many negative reviews with CashNetUSA, I strongly recommend everyone to pay electronically several if not days before the due date and avoid the high interestI am more than glad to answer any questions as I am a customer of two high interest loan companies, trying to rebuild my creditI am in a little bind and needed the money but again, I know what is expected of me and I know what I expect of themI will reiterate, most of the negative comments that I read came from customers who did not understand their loan, the loan process, even the payment schedule and one expected to only repay the principal, which is ridiculousThey would not be able to loan money at a 0% interest rate and stay in businessYes, it is a very high interest loan but that can be avoided by making payments early, paying more than the actual payment and deftinitely by paying off the loan long before loan maturityThe more you pay and the sooner you pay the loan off, the less interest you will payGood luck on rebuilding your credit and be thankful that there are companies that are willing to help you do thatI sure am!

extend his loan one timeWhen extending the loan, the customer will pay the portion of the principal disbursed and the Credit Services fee and lender interest on the original due dateThe customer will pay the lender the remaining loan principal, any additional interest and an additional Credit Services Fee on the new due date
On March 6, 2015, $was due for his extensionUnfortunately, Mr*** did not make this paymentAs a result, a $Late fee was assessed to Mr***'s account balance
On March 9, 2015, Mr*** paid $via his debit/credit card
On March 20, 2015, the full balance of $was dueUnfortunately, Mr*** did not make this paymentAs a result, a $Late fee was assessed to Mr***'s account balance
On March 27, 2015, Mr*** contacted our collections department via telephone and requested to schedule a payment arrangement for his delinquent account balance of $1,Mr*** scheduled and agreed to the following payment arrangement to be paid via his debit/credit card:

On April 7, 2015, Mr*** contacted CashNetUSA and advised that the funds for payment number one (1) will not be availablePer Mr***'s request, CashNetUSA cancelled payment number one (1) and advised Mr*** that the remaining payments in the payment arrangement are still due
As such, CashNetUSA attempted to collect according to the agreed upon payment arrangement, unfortunately, Mr*** did not pay payment numbers two (2) through four (4)
On June 3, 2015, $was due for payment number five (5) in accordance with the previously agreed upon payment arrangementMr*** made this payment
Subsequently, Mr*** contacted our customer service department advising that he did not agree to the payment arrangement that was scheduled on March 27, As such, CashNetUSA advised Mr*** that we will conduct an investigation and review the call to verify said actionsIn addition, we advised that we will contact Mr*** and advise him of our findings
On June 4, 2015, CashNetUSA investigated and reviewed the telephone conversation and upon our investigation we have concluded that Mr*** did agree to payment arrangementAs such, CashNetUSA contacted Mr*** and advised him of our findingsUnfortunately, Mr*** did not agree with our findings

On Friday, 8/the business submitted a payment twice into my account I called to get the additional payment reversed and they said I had to wait until Tuesday at pm for funds to clear my account and then an additional business days for my refund
I called on Saturday because the funds were no longer in processing status and had already cleared to see if we could call bank together to expedite refund and they said no I still had to wait until Tuesday
I called Tuesday, 8/and apparently my request got expedited and that I would get an email once processed but I still have not gotten an email I called today 8/because I now have overdraft fees totaling $in addition for the $300+ refund that I am still waiting for Both separate transactions and both can take up to business days to process
I am currently -$on my account and I missed renewing my home owners insurance and car insurance on Friday 8/because I could not make my $payment and now I sti
