I applied for a line of credit and the company allowed me As I didn't need but that's what I asked for and receivedI called the company a number of times to find out what my payments would be and was told they couldn't tell me til the middle of the month I was shocked to learn the first payment would be $that was far more than I had intendedI paid the first payment and was more shocked to learn the second payment to be debited from my account would be ! I called, and asked to speak to the manager as none of the customer reps could seem to help.The man got on the phone and admonished me for "not getting an education regarding the terms to keep from him getting calls like mine" and told me I would be paying back 3x the amount borrowed"They could / should have told me the payments when I first called and I would have never spent the moneyThis company is taking whatever they see fit from your account ! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and their interest rates and repayments are atrociousI wrote Senator Warren, and now looking to see whoever else I can contactDon't borrow from this company !

I had ran up my loan with CashNetUSA between 2013-with the balance of $1,I ended up letting the balance run up but paid it off in full on June 10, But now CashNetUSA is saying they never received an payment from meThey have even sent me to a third collection partyBut I have my bank statement with proof that I paid off that amount with themAnd I have contacted them about it telling them I have proof that I paid off the balance but all they say is I need to talk to the collection agency they have forwarded my account tooI have proof and would gladly show them

I am rejecting this response because: Their response is ** I have contacted them in the past I will NEVER do business with these loan sharks They always say it will take fourteen days but they never remove me from their database This business is totally unethical in the way they treat customers and prospective customers They are crooks!

When I signed up for the loan to receive more information the customer service representative never told me the interest rate which is extremely highI took out a loan for the minimal amount expecting to finally get out of credit card debt to only be put back in debt by this scam and fraudulent companyI do not understand how a loan/financial company can charge customers over $3,in interest, which is way more than the principal of the loanCashNetUSA is definitely a SCAM and I will never use this company again

Yes I took a loan out with Cash Net USA online upon sighing the contact and the terms and conditions we came to a agreement The loan was for $my payment for that amount as was $was due on the May 2/ I call the company on April 26th before the payment was due to ask for a extended payment until June because I had a family emergency my family member passed away in turn they stated they couldn't do that in the state of Florida they can only do a day extension and I would have to sign up with some credit counseling service first and they would have send out forms to sign to do so I told them maybe I could make the payment but if I can' t could I possibly do that the manager said yes low and behold this Company may attempts to withdraw my account for the paymen May , May 8th, and May 10th charge me $extra on there end and then my bank charged $,times which is $And I call them to let them know what hap

Do not accept a loan from this company! Predatory Lending at it's finest! I received an offer in the mail for $ I went to the website and applied It stated I had been approved, however, it didn't give me a payment amount With this loan being a payday loan, I figured the payment would be high because I have had payday loans in the past and with the interest rate they gave at that time I knew it was going to be around $225-$per pay period They have deducted two payments now and neither payment has been the same One payment was for $and the next payment was for $ I logged on to their website and the next scheduled payment is for $ I sent them an E-mail asking for a listing of scheduled payments as a few of the other Payday Loans I have had had a scheduled payment They told me that I would have to go to the website and pull a copy of my statement Well, it took them five business days to credit my account with the $payment and my balance went up and the payment went up At $a pay period, I will be paying them more a month that I pay for my house This is ridiculous Had I known the payment was going to be over $a pay period, I would never have accepted this loan Run from this company! I received a call in from a collection agency telephone # ###-###-#### for Cashnet USA I paid the balanceI received a letter from the company stating it was paid in fullI received a called on Oct 29, from Tina *** ###-###-#### stating that I owed a balanceI advised Ms*** that I already paidI believe that some fraudulent activities is going onI need this matter looked into

This company loaned me several years agoThey have taken well over is my best guess, possibly more, and will do nothing to settle this debt I am no longer able to afford plus dollars a month for a several year old loanThey have made more than enough money on this account and they will not work with me

I got a loan through the company which was a relatively fast and easy process with two exceptionsAs soon as I applied online a very hurried and rather rude gentleman tried to really push the loan on me in such a way that even I, a salesperson as well, would never do to anyoneI felt violated and rushed and to add to it all, the gentleman though trying to be nice was far too rude
My second and main issue is that I was charged for a loan fee, which was actually not supposed to happen because at the time, there was a promotion which nulled the fees if you got approved during that tie (I did, yet I still got charged)

CROOKS.I called today to pay an extra toward PRINCIPLE so the interest isnt so bad..My payment ISNT due for another DAYS.After getting a SALES person within a few seconds of calling,they put me on HOLD minutes,I called back..On HOLD AGAIN for and I hung up AGAIN...(They put you on hold in hopes you hang up and dont pay them)...They told me that I CANT choose where my payment goes and if I pay,it will ALL go towards the payment that ISNT for another days.I said I WANT TO PAY and put it towards PRINCIPLE ONLY and still make my April payment as SCEDULED..BULL *** This is thr First time in my years ANY COMPANY wont allow early payment toward PRINCIPLE...My car company does,my house company does and EVERY OTHER LOAN I habe ever had allowed early payments to go toward Principle...Any lawyers out there find this to be ILLEGAL? They loan money to teenagers that are mentally impaired and turn it over to a collection agency to harass the parents and double the amount every yearThis sm needs to be run out of the country or put in jail no one in there right mind should ever use this company
