This company has questionable practicesI have used them periodically over the past several yearsRecently, they have become unprofessional with employees who provide faulty informationWhen asking to speak with a supervisor, I am refused and spoken to to in a condescending toneThey send notices stating one thing but then do another and do not provide any explanation or noticeThey treat customers carelesslyThey left me on hold several times and then just hang up in face

I received a notification on my account stating it was going to be upgraded effectively immediately to receive reduced fees and Apr chargesI did a withdrawal shortly after to see if the change had taken effectIt had notI called several times and everyone pretended like they didn't know what I was talking aboutSo I sent an emailI received a response on Nov 2nd that stated I had been credited $and that my account was being escalated to ensure I was being charged correctlyI did another withdrawalStill no changeI called and was assured that they problem was being addressed and that I was going to be reimbursed for any additional charges once the account was fixedI did another withdrawal todayI spoke to two reps and received an emailEverybody said something differentI don't start my new job until next monthI was hoping to use this service temporarilyI am afraid I am being taken advantage of I just want to be charged correctly and to be reimbursed for

The Company has been withdrawing my payments on the wrong dateI sent them everything they needed to correct it, and they emailed me with confirmation that it was corrected, but they still withdrew my payment on the wrong date and I have had overdraft fees because of their error

This company said they will refund me my money if for any reason I do not want the loan .I chat with on their website and did what they ask me to do meaning 100for insurance.100deposite.and 100for taxes then I started thinking and I started ask some question and I ask for my refund back I they cut me off chat So I am out and I do not no if I will get it backI been trying to reach the and put in my refund but the company take my info but no call or send me a email

I have filed multiple complaints to the CFPB against CashNet USA I have filed repeated complaints to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as well CashNet USA’s continued response is their business practices are legal and just CashNet USA is a predatory lender and I will continue to fight against them for others who find themselves lured in when in financial desperation
I feel the need to continue to fight against such predatory lenders CashNet USA likes to think it is a legal, above board, fair and just company when it simply is not It is abusive and predatory It advertises on mainstream television and lures people, like me, who are in desperate financial states This is despicable, immoral, unjust and obscene
CashNet USA’s latest response to me is that it is “a licensed financial provider” My question to the Revdex.com, FTC and CFPB is how can a predatory lender hide behind the statement that because it is “a licensed financial provider”

In June of this year I opened a "credit line" with this company to get monthly bills paidIn total, I have advanced $off of this line, the last of these advances occuring in AugustIn total I have paid just over $towards this loanSomehow my balance is still over $as of today's dateThis does not seem like it can be legal financial practiceOnly $of my $has gone towards the principal balance of the loanThis is unacceptableAt this rate I will pay almost $for an initial loan of $This should be illegalI understand now why companies like this are being shut down and legislation is fighting them

I'm in the midst of a very negative situation with this company stillI took out a loan on March 21, which was originated on March 22, and rejected by the bank back to the company on March 23rdThis was admittedly due to my error of an old bank account on my CashNetUsa account, as I had not used the service for two years, and forgot I had changed banksI notified CashNetUsa via email immediately the next day when the money didn't show up in my current account and I realized what had happened, and I received an email telling me that the old bank would reject money to a closed account, and I could reapply with my current bank information as soon as that happenedHowever, every day since then I've been getting emails to collect the money, and I answer them with the fact that I never received any moneyThen I was told I had to follow up with the bank to see where the money is because they claim they never received it back, and I owe it to themI did just that, and I have now responded three times, all via email so I have documentation, with the banker's name and direct phone number at the bank who has verified that the bank did have that amount come in on March and was rejected back to the originator on March No one at CashNetUsa will respond to this, other than telling me they received the information, but would continue collection actions, with all the interest building, for a loan I clearly never receivedI still have the first email back from someone there about how the load wasn't valid since the bank would reject it back to them, and if I wanted the loan, I would need to resubmit a new oneYet, ever since then all I get are daily collection attemptsSince I have done my part, verified the bank rejected those funds within hours and sent back to them, gave the banker's name and contact number to verify, it is ridiculous that no one at CashNetUsa is taking care of this and figuring out what they did with those rejected funds themselves as they did not apply it back to my failed attempt at a loan, but just keep adding interest and trying to collect the money that I never received, and they did receive back within hours

I purchased a payday loan from Cash Net USAI needed to refinance my loan but had to wait to see what my check was going to beThe due date was 9/30/and they started pulling the money the day beforeI contacted them and they told me I was out if luckMy contract doesn't state anything about refinancing two business days before due date

This is a loan company and I don't understand why my good payment history doesn't get reported to the credit bureau The daily interest is crazy For $I payed them $1600+

I took out a flex loan with Cash Net USA on line, I am into my second month of billing , my first monthly payment was of on a flex loan my second payment is now a huge increase to a payment which is due in Feb 3,by ACH withdrawlNot only am I being charged interest but additional "customary fees" of 163.06, I can only contact cashnet by e mail, they will not answer the phone when you call, you are put on hold ad you continue to hold but no one answers, when I question these fees through email I always get the answer of how it is calculated, that IS NOT the answer I am asking forIs cash net usa practicing and collecting unlawful interest?
