conditions associated with the Line of Credit. On November 5, 2015, Ms***
contacted our customer service department and inquired about early payoff procedures
and the payment amount that would be required for her account to be paid-in-full
on November 15, As such, our representative provided an estimated balance
of $1,(assuming no further advances would be taken), and the address to
our lock box service to send the check paymentIt should be noted that she was
quoted a pay-off amount for the period of October 20, to November 15,
On November 12, 2015, per Ms***’s
request, she was funded a $advance.On November 13, 2015, a minimum
payment of $was due for the statement period of October 16th to October 29th Our records show Ms*** successfully
paid this paymentThis amount due was not part of the pay-off figure quoted to
Mr*** on November 5th On November 16, 2015, CashNetUSA received a cashier’s check payment for $1,However, Ms***’s total account balance was $1,Therefore, CashNetUSA will be refunding Ms*** the overpayment of $Our process is to issue a refund days after the date the check payment was receivedThis explanation was communicated to Ms*** by email on November 17, 2015. After a careful review of Ms***’s concerns, we understand that there may have been a misunderstanding of our procedures concerning the processing of check paymentsTherefore, we will further continue to review our processes to better serve our customers. I received a pre-approved $credit card through CashNetUSA todayI usually just trash these things but, I decided to open it and see what the deal wasPretty much like every other piece of mail I get like this except.....in the small print on the back it read Annual APR 299%!! I thought it had to be a misprint so I called the company and sure enough, that was no misprint....299% !! Now, I have seen since then the rating that the Revdex.com has for this company of a A-, but my gosh !!! How does a company get by with raping the people of their money like this? Granted, at the present, I'm in a bit of a financial situation......thinking that's why I received this mailer..lol but, to me, this would be like pouring gas on the fireAny ways, just thought you guys might like to know what you'd have to be paying for their generosity of lending you their moneyThe lady told me another number to call...1***, to let them know not to waste any more of the peoples money by sending me another offerThanks & y'all have a wonderful day !! :)

I have been bothered with several phone calls over the pass few weeks from Cash Net USAI did take a loan out with them a few years ago after which I lost my job and I have no additional income except my Disability IncomeI spoke with a lady last week and this week about the loanThey have been calling my number back to back I am not in any condition to keep receiving phones calls from them with my illnessI am on a lot of medication and most of the day I am sleeping to control the pains.The phone calls are Harassing to meFor the last month or so they have called me several times a day about this billThey call asking me my personal information such as my birthday and my Social Security NumberWe were told by the Federal Government and Social Security not to give out our personal information over the phone because you never know who's on the other end of the phone, it can be scammers so we were toldThis is how a lot of people get your information taken and usedI told her I

Federal lawsOn September 2016, Mr*** was funded a $Installment Payday loan with CashNetUSABefore he entered the agreement, CashNetUSA disclosed the Terms and Conditions associated with the loan, including the Annual Percentage Rate, Finance Charge, Amount Financed, Total of Payments, and the Payment Schedule in the form of Truth In Lending DisclosuresMr*** then signed his loan agreement acknowledging that he understood and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the Installment Payday loanContrary to Mr***’s assertion, he always has the option to make additional payments, repay the amount outstanding in full, or make a payment in advance at any time without penaltyAs set forth in Mr***’s loan agreement, prepayments are applied to finance charges firstPer Mr***’s loan agreement, which states: All payments we receive will be applied to outstanding installments (and related insufficient funds charges, if any) in the order originally scheduled under the Payment ScheduleIf you are not past due, (that is, all payments are current), you may prepay your loan and any such prepayment will be applied to your loan as of the date received (first to finance charges owing and then to principal)Such prepayment, however, will not be applied to any future installment, and therefore, you must pay all future installments as originally scheduledA prepayment in full may reduce (i) total amount of Finance Charges you are scheduled to pay under this Agreement, (ii) the number of installments you will have to pay, and/or (iii) the final installmentBased on our review, Mr***’s payments were applied correctly and in accordance with the terms laid out in the agreementIn addition, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that we have breached applicable regulations or standardsWe urge Mr*** to review the loan agreement provided to him for information regarding the application of paymentsCashNetUSA values Mr*** and strives to provide the ultimate customer experience and contrary to Mr*** we do not purposely place customers on hold to avoid paymentsWe apologize for the hold time Mr*** experienced and we will further look upon ways to improve our services.If Mr*** has any outstanding questions or concerns regarding his Installment Payday loan account. I keep receiving non stop emails from Cash Net USA that includes a denial letter for both loan applications and cash advance applications that I did not apply forThe email they have is an old email address that I know was hacked and my personal information was compromisedI created a new email but I still have to go back to old one for things I've called them and all they say is they work with many lenders, and that I applied through one of those companies even after telling them it wasn't meI've responded back via email and they said the same thingOverall they have been completely rude and unaccommodatingI know for a fact that I have not applied for new credit other than a secured card and that was ONLY because I've been in the process of rebuilding my creditI have over emails of denial letters from applications that were submitted without my authorization dating back to May 23rd, 2016, and would continue on almost a monthly basisI just received an email this mornin

I wanted to pay CashnetUSA in fullOn March 15, I paid them $This company waited days to credit my accountWhen they did that today, there was another interest fee added to the accountThey still aren't paid in full I have been informed that it will have a daily interest fee addedThis is ripping off I have also asked them to close this accountThat has not been done

This company took payments on a $loan and I was quoted at the pay off would be$and once I paid the balance looked at account and I was back at $all because the rep under quoted whole looking at a payment that was scheduled to come outSo the $went up in a days time this is a rip off .So after six payments to this loan I had only paid $on a $loanRepeated emails and no answers .rip off they need to be shut down

I think this place is a joke I applied for a loan on December 30th It stayed in review until January 9th when I finally was contacted by them stating that they needed more documentationThe lady I talked to assured me that if I got this documentation to them by am the next day, then they would be able to release the funds to my accountI sent thecdocunentation to them that same day as soon as I got off the phoneI then get a call back from them stating that due to information on my pay stub, my loan amount was rejected but I was approved for $less than my initial amount They told me that all I needed to do was resubmit my contract for the lesser amount and it would be reviewed and released to me within the dayIt has not been released as of yet I have called them every day and get the same answer...its in review, you should be contacted within 24-hours....yeah...ok....what a jokeI would not recommend these clowns

I under good faith thought that Cash Net USA was speaking truthfully when they told me that when getting a pay day loan from them would need a hour cooling off period before I could apply for more fundsI went through the process and after hours I was then told that no funds would be available until a day cooling off period was established this misrepresentation put me into a financial bind with my bankThis is not fair business practice in my view, for now their deceiving words have financially hurt me

agreement, CashNetUSA disclosed the terms and conditions of the Line of Credit including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Cash Advances, Paying Interest, and FeesMr*** signed his Line of Credit agreement stating he understood and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the line of creditIn addition, the fees and interest applicable to a cash advance were fully set forth in the loan agreement, a copy of which was provided to him (via email) when he opened the accountOn April 19, 2016, per Mr*** request, he was funded a $1,advanceAs set forth in Mr***’s line of credit agreement, the annual percentage rate (APR) is percent. CashNetUSA assesses a transaction fee of 25% for each draw that is requestedFurther, if a Principal balance remains in the account at the end of any billing cycle we will assess a minimum charge, as opposed to any interest or Transaction Fees that would otherwise apply, if the total interest and transactions fees for a billing cycle fall below a minimum amount. On September 17, 2012, CashNetUSA funded an installment loan in the amount of $to Ms***Ms*** signed her agreement stating that she understood and agreed to the terms and conditions associated with the installment loan
Ms*** successfully made payments one (1) through three (3) out of the seven (7) payments in her amortization schedule
On January 2, 2013, as per her contract, CashNetUSA submitted a payment of $The payment returned unpaid by her financial institution with the indication that the bank account had been closed
On January 23, 2013, CashNetUSA contacted Ms*** in regards to her account balanceMs*** advised the representative that she was in credit counseling and was awaiting validation of the debt
Unfortunately our records do not indicate that either a power or attorney or a proposal was submitted from any credit counseling company on behalf of Ms*** and collection attempts continued
After being in a delinquency status in excess of one (1) year, on October 27, 2017, CashNetUSA sold the account to a third party debt buyer, National Credit Adjusters (NCA)The direct contact number to NCA is XXX-XXX-XXXX
CashNetUSA has not attempted to contact Ms*** or collect on her account since we sold the account to NCA on October 27, Because CashNetUSA does not own the account and has not been attempting to contact Ms***, CashNetUSA has no knowledge or control over the conduct detailed in Ms***'s complaint
Based on the complaint details listed it possible that Ms*** is being contacted by fraudsters posing as collectorsThese collectors are fraudulently using our trade name in an attempt to extort money from consumers who may or may not have ever obtained a loan from usCashNetUSA has no knowledge of or control over the conduct of the individuals who contacted the complainant and who are falsely posing as a collection agency or law firmTherefore, and unfortunately, CashNetUSA cannot prevent them from contacting the consumerIt is recommended that Ms*** contact the original company that the debt was sold to for assistance

CashNetUsa is being used or is using IDR Internal Dispute Resolution as a third party collector harrassing people and threatening them with legal actions with fake FRAUD accusations of using bogus checks and applying for PAY DAY loans requesting call backs at 888-521-so called Linda *** and Nick *** at 855-865-at ext & I even have a case # Using old bank accounts and old emails to lure you in and scare you to pay into there scam

I received an email that a loan has been deposited the other day then I received an email that the funds would be taken out of my bank account in DecemberI emailed them back and informed them I never had a loan Theres been no funds into my bank account etcThey emailed me back and said I need to file a police report but they gave me no information about the account therefore I can not I think they are confusing me with someone else as I talked to the bank and nothing is showing but ach withdrawal theyve troed to make already even though a supossed payment isnt due until next monthHorrible customer service and still I have no answers I'm being told I have to pay back I loan that I know nothing about
