This business allowed someone who stole my personal information to obtain a loan in my name CashNet never even checked to see if the information was legit - the employer listed was not even contacted and wasn't even a place I've ever worked Now, CashNet will not give me any information as to where the money went or where the supposed payment came from Every time I have called them I get put on hold for long periods of time and then whomever I speak with refuses to help me in any way No one calls back like they say they will I have contacted them via phone, email and live chat and get the same response Very crooked business

I got a Payday loan when I was employed I am now retired and have called and emailed this company multiple times asking to work with them to lower my monthly payments Now that I am retired, my salary has been reduced by 50% I am willing to pay back this loan with its extremely high interest rate, but I am unable to pay the $490.41/mo they are requiring I would be able to pay them $250/mo, realizing that the term of the loan will be longer They continue to refuse to help me pay off this loan Can you contact them on my behalf?

and Conditions associated with the loan, including the Loan Duration, Annual Percentage Rate, Finance Charge, Amount Financed, Total of Payments and the Payment ScheduleMs*** then signed her loan agreement acknowledging that she understood and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the installment loanMs*** advised that her pay frequency was Biweekly; therefore, Ms***’s repayment dates have been scheduled according to her pay frequencyContrary to Ms***’s assertion, payments are applied to the principalMs***’s loan contract makes clear how payments are appliedPer Ms***’s Installment loan agreement, which states in relevant part that: “APPLICATION OF PAYMENTS All payments we receive will be applied to outstanding installments (and related insufficient funds charges, if any) in the order originally scheduled under the Payment ScheduleIf you are not past due, (that is, all payments are current), you may prepay your loan and any such prepayment will be applied to your loan as of the date received (first to finance charges owing and then to principal)Such prepayment, however, will not be applied to any future installment, and therefore, you must pay all future installments as originally scheduledA prepayment in full may reduce (i) total amount of Finance Charges you are scheduled to pay under this Agreement, (ii) the number of installments you will have to pay, and/or (iii) the final installment.” Based on our review, Ms***’s payments were applied correctly and in accordance with the terms laid out in the agreementIn addition, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that we have breached applicable regulations or standardsWe urge Ms*** to review the loan agreement provided to her for information regarding the payment schedule and charging structure of her specific loanCashNetUSA values Ms*** as a customer and strives to provide the ultimate customer experienceAs such, we are always willing to address any outstanding questions she may have concerning this accountWe ask that she please contact our customer service department at ###-###-#### for assistanceWe hope that this response resolves this complaint and answers any questions that your office hasIf we can provide any additional information, please contact us

They claim to be a legitimate loan company, I have scepticisms about them

Over a week ago, I let this company know that my pay dates were changingThey asked me to send a copy of my last two paychecks which I did after I got paid for a week on the 14th of JulyI let the company know that I only was paid for a week on the 14th and that my full two week paycheck would be on the 28th of JulyI received an automated response stating that someone would get back to meI waited and then tried to get onto their website to double-check the dateI couldn't get on on Sunday (I don't know what's with their site, it only seems to work on certain computers but that is another issue) and checked the site on my way to work the following Monday
It still had the old due date on the siteI sent a comment to the company stating my displeasure with the changeI have used this company for awhile now and have never had an issue with them until nowLater that day I received an e-mail that stated:
"Thank you for choosing CashNetUSA, America's trusted online lenderWe

I requested a installment loan of $during 08/I have made payment arrangements with cashnet on 02/23/in the amount of $because I was expecting some refund money from my collegeCashnet only said they could go as far to 03/11/2016, but I told them it could take 30-days for my refund to get to me well cashnet refused to go beyond that dateI asked me school if they're was anyway for me to get my refund any faster they said noI tried to get the money before 03/for me to settle my account

I received a advertising from CashNetUSA It said I was APPROVED for a loan of $ They asked for my ss#, driver's license # and other personal information As soon as I put everything in, I, suddenly, was not approved Now they have all my personal information and I am afraid they will use it NEVER believe these loan scammers That is all they are If I see anything suspicious with my bank account of ss# being used, they WILL see me in court

I had a payment due todayI sent them an email on Monday to ask to cancel it since I did not have the money to cover itThey said they couldn’t do that because the money had already hit my bank accountI meant it to be the other wayI got another message today telling me that I didn’t give them days notice, but I didPayment was due on 8/10/I sent the message requesting the cancellation on 8/6/My bank account is now drastically in the holeThey won’t cancel the payment and put the money back in thereI want the money put right back where it came from

Is this place a ligit loan company?

On February 1, 2017, I contacted CashnetUSA in an effort to have my online account deactivated as my personal information is readily available and due to the nature of the business I no longer wish to have associationThe company is refusing to deactivate the accountFurthermore, on September 10, 2016, I received an email from CashnetUsa stating that my request for a loan had been denied, however, I had not applied for a loan

+1

On 10/11/16, applied for and was approved for a payday loan At that time, the loan amount was for $ The agreement was to repay payments of $ The very first payment was for this amount, however, every other payment was for a lesser amount I provided them with my ACH information to take the payments, and did not agree to any other amounts in payments or duration
Due to them requesting different amounts, this is causing for my payback to take longer, and accrue more interests than what I agreed upon To date, they have extracted over from my back account I did understand their would be interest on my loan, which I understood to be $on top of the $ This payback amount has been surpassed, however, this company is stating I still owe them ~

I got a loan from themI normally get my pay deposited on Wednesday but I informed them several days before to see if they could do it in a FridayI sent them emails waiting for a response and didn't get oneSo they tried to get the money out on 6/7/and overdrew my accountThen later that day they sent an email saying I would have to call that I was able to get it extended for daysI replied back no just until FridaySo when I called these *** people they said no because they had already tried to take the money out when I notified them days before and never got a responseThis is not fare because now not only do I have to pay to my bank because of them my account is overdrawn when I sent it way ahead of time
