Highly Recommended Credit Expert
My name is Gabriel DeRobertis; I’m a waiter here in Norcross Georgia. I went through a messy divorce which left my credit bleeding. My wife was giving custody of our daughter and I was told to pay for child support monthly. With my credit ruined and my low income, paying for child support was like a huge weight on me. I applied for a loan several times and all were declined due to my poor credit score. I met Angela, a customer who noticed I was always moody. She approached me, we talked and she offered to help me. She introduced me to a credit guru (760Plus Credit Score). She assured me that my problems would be solved by them. I made some commitments and within 11days of contacting them, my credit score was boosted to 772 and every negative item had been removed. PT Visa Screen evaluation
CGFNS offers the worst services, and I've discovered something unacceptable after visiting this page. I've realized I'm not the only applicant whose processing has been delayed because they wanted to verify a "signature" from my college and each time I called customer service, I was told that CGFNS has sent an email to my college with a verification form and have been waiting for their response. After 2 months of frequent calling and arguing with CGFNS they mailed out the form to India, (my college) which took > 1 month to arrive (I wonder if they walked to India to deliver the mail). Little did I know all this was just to buy more time. I've put in a request to talk to one of the CGFNS managers so that I can explain my situation about not being able to meet my family because of this piece of paper & I'm still waiting for the call. 
Worse than all these things is, they work along with ICD ("same umbrella") but they could not use their evaluation report for the processing, how can you not trust one of your own agencies? My experience with ICD was bad too - it took them forever to complete my application but they did not at least blame my college for pending verification and not being able to receive correspondence.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Number posted is automated, you can’t even talk to a person to raise your complaint. Even if you have sent them email, no update for information that needs to be corrected. I think this organization should be taken down, with unreasonable price increase + poor service, hundreds of dollar wasted for documents to be processed on specific time period. We pay them for credential evaluation but in return they should also do their job!

Very poor service
I am foreigner nurse I am a customer of CGFNS Since 2017 I paid E saved document until 2024 but they asked me to bring my documents again and took 8 months, they didn't answer the phone. My school sent some minor error when I contact CGFNS they said you have to apply again and wait another 8 months. They do not know about time concept at all. I give them 1 star because there is no zero star. Please check other companies before applying here.

Worst company ever
I started the cgfns process in june and my US college sent my transcript and requested documents in june however cgfns didn't work on it. Yesterday, I contacted customer service that I had a deadline on my visa screen and needed it asap. Customer rep promised to have an evaluator review after 5 months of waiting. An evaluator reviewed and rejected the transcript stating it was not sent from the institution. All documents and transcripts were sent from registrar's office. What proof do they have that it wasn't sent from the school. I even included an email to the registrar's office so they can confirm. Nothing was done. This company is a total waste of time and effort. The issue has not been resolved and still haven't gotten a refund of my money. I regret ever patronizing this company. Please patronize another company if you have alternatives!

TAKING TOO LONG!!
I initially sent my documents to cgfns in early May, its now August, and still I havent received a report yet that needs to be sent to ncnz. Upon calling and checking, there seems to be only one applicant navigator answering the phone coz its the same voice I hear over and over of female. every phone call and issue she will say it will take 14 days, well I told her its more than 28 days now and how come they are saying the documents is missing when all the documents were sealed and sent via DHL to them to ensure the utmost confidentiality just like they requested. This is an unprofessional firm and they are so slack in their processing of everything, with so much money being paid, they could at least hire more people to help quicken the process, instead I believe there's only a few people playing around with the documents which is why it goes missing and then they have to dig for it again which takes another 14 days, and the cycle continues till I don't know when, What a sad disappointment! Such a shame that the nursing council of NZ is engaged with this corrupt firm, they are pathetic with their services, not 30 days at all!

Poor applicant support and longer time duration
I started verification about a year now no proper response I received from cgfns so far .I have made 5 or more complaints about verification of document from my nursing school in the last 4 months.Cgfns is neither responding to messages nor phone calls properly .Its been more than 3 months since my school has sent asked information to an email ID as advised by cgfns call center representative. And it's been 2 month my complaint has been escalated to a manager for review but sadly there is no response from cgfns so far.Call center representative doesn't know anything about the exact status of application and what will do next . Simply applolagising and saying that allocated officer is on leave and covid is spreading hence they need more time ,such a childish reply. I haven't ever seen such an irresponsible agency who deals with such important things. Newzealand nursing council could better find a trustful agency to do the verification.

horrible to deal with.
The worst company in the USA. Took hundreds from me and still no results. I am trying to get a compact license and they are giving me another run around. Unfortunately, for foreign educated nurses we are at their mercy. I was told by one rep at the company that they had a fire and records were destroyed.. anyone else had this answer. Today I have tried to reaccess the portal and told three times that an email has been sent, I have checked everything and it's correct. So far no link to rejoin the portal.

VIsa Screen Renewal.. taking so long!!!!
ID# 4487970. I applied for visa screen renewal last week of March. My school verification documents was received April 4th and still not uploaded as received. I called them several times and told them my concerns because I had a job offer waiting and now they already retracted because of this long wait. I have given the tracking number too and was told it was escalated last month and up until now I’m still waiting. It’s just a VS renewal the timeline has been way passed long. With that lost job offer, I’m considering to seek legal action if this waiting game of sorting mails and uploading documents would continue and my VS would still not be issued. It’s a pain and agonizing wait.

More than 85 days delay of uploading my documents by cgfns
Id- 7769508. I started the application about 10months ago. Instead of sending both my academic and professional transcript together by my school. The available one( academic transcript) was first sent a month ahead. This was reviewed and cgfns requested for additional documents which was contained in the professional transcript later sent to them a month later. It's been over 85days now, I have called more than 10times, spent more than 800pounds on calling, sent messages.
All I keep getting is that the delay is from the mail sorting room and everyone kept promising to send a mail and escalate in that regards. Yet nothing has been done. I wonder how many days I have more before the account clock a year and needs to revalidate with another payment crops up!
This is one of the worst service I have witnessed so far in my life. It affects my psychology so much already

Document Verification Service
We are in the process of immigrating to New Zealand. The process is long, stressful and torturous. And then there is covid as well.

We have been busy with this process for over 9 months now and sorting out documentation through any government agency is like ressusitating a brick. I really thought that it was only in South Africa where descent service delivery died a very long time ago. But it is much more serious and widespread than I anticipated.

I am a registered nurse and specialized in operating room science. I have 15 years experience and need this document verification done so that I can register with the New Zealand nursing council for a practicing license. Before I can apply for a critical skills visa for work widely available in New Zealand AND New Zealand is sitting with a major crisis needing registered nurses. But I am getting no where fast.

We sold our house. Our container is ready for shipment. My husband is an engineer with an amazing job offer in Auckland. The offer expires the end of October if we are not there. My son finished his pre-vet at Massey university in New Zealand but cannot continue because we are not there and have no idea how much longer this can drag on for. ( his term cost just short of R200000.00 for international students which is very very expensive for us)

I have proof from the courier companies that my documents has been delivered to cgfns and have been sitting there for more than 30 days. Its has not been loaded on my portal or verified. We lodged a request but covid was the first excuse. The second and third requests have not even been answered.

What had to be a 4 month journey is now 9 months long already. We need feedback to kind of plan our timeline.

This is frustrating and stressful as it can lead to major loss of income and influence our family negatively.

Please be so kind as to let me know when my documents will be verified so that we can get on a plane and start our lives in New Zealand before the immigration laws change and its to late or before my husband looses his opportunity.

We all should lounge a complaint to nursing council against cgfns for their poor response

About CES
I have been contacting CGFNS for more than a month. I have done diploma in nursing from my country which is equivalent to higher secondary school. By mistake I put my middle school name while updating profile. So I was keep on requesting them to delete that entry. At first they said sent us school leaving certificate, then diploma level transcript but the lady from customer service keep on saying that I need to do GED. This is my second time working with CGFNS for CES as I didn’t save my documents electronically. When I did CES in 2016 it was ok but now they are asking me for GED which doesn’t make any sense because my diploma is equivalent to higher education. All I wanted was to remove that wrong entry. So frustrating.

7356918 cgfns id Report not yet send to nysed
I got a mail from cgfns on 10/07/20 that my report is issued to nysed but it’s been more than two months nysed still didn’t receive my report from cgfns and my application is getting delayed because of it and my exam is also delayed because of cgfns.
