We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in completing *** ***’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order was due to not receiving required documentsDuring the assessment review of the applicant’s credentials it has been determined that the following is
needed: (1) clock hours need to be in German and English languageThe “school” only provided only provided gradesWhich is not acceptable in order to do an assessment of the applicant’s education completed in GermanyThe document needs to come directly from the schoolNot another sourceTranscripts on file are not directly from the school (2) the nursing education form that was submitted by the school was incompleteThe form only listed theoretical instruction hoursWe need also need clinical practice hoursThe form was left blank(3) the report recipient requires gerontology hours that the applicant has completedThe applicant’s nursing school did not provide gerontology clinical hoursOnce we have received all outstanding documents and has met the assessment requirements a CES Professional Report can be issued to the applicant’s report recipientOur organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order. We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

The transcripts in question were received and reviewed by CGFNS last SeptemberAt that time they were rejected because:-
“A Valid Signature was not provided.”
“A Valid Seal was not provided.”
*** *** University subsequently completed the documents required by CGFNS in order to validate the signature and seal on the documentsFollowing this event I called CGFNS and was told that the documents had been accepted and were completeNo further issues were noted at that timeHad any further issue been noted at that time they could have been dealt with at that timeIt is unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical that five months later CGFNS rejects the very same documents siting a different reason
CGFNS CES service is to provide verification of studies completed by (in this instance) an foreign trained nurseThe service seeks to match the training against that of US trained nursesThis is supposedly done by review of academic transcripts
In this situation CGFNS is demanding *** to perform the duty of comparison and analysis of transcriptsShould *** not perform the duty of verifying the Australian standard to that of the US then the documents will not be accepted
CGFNS has accepted the fee for their verification service which they fail to provide, which they insist is the responsibility of the Australian University
All required information has been provided to CGFNS as you see in the attachmentsAll documents with all relevant information have been provided to CGFNSFurthermore all have been officially verified with official signature and seal
This being the case it is now the responsibility of CGFNS to provide the service they advertised and have accepted payment for

credential from the State Examinations Commission License verification from Ireland (requirement waived by applicantDoes not hold a license) Transcript from the *** ** ***, Trinity College School of Nursing and Midwifery We have received and verified the documents listed above. Good morning Sir/Madame,It's rather unfortunate that I have to write you again on the same subject; ''MY *** REPORT OVERDUED''CGFNS started with Junie Chek complaining of the validity of the signature on my License Validation form which was rectified by a letter from the *** Association of Nurses, Midwives and Health Technician (***) authenticating MrABAH OLAMA Flaurent as the legal signatory of ***After this CGFNS said it was ok and approved the status of my application to ''READY FOR REVIEW'' PERMITTING ME TO PAY FOR THE EXPEDITED REVIEW WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED BY 24TH OF DECEMBER I paid for the expedited review on the 14th of December expecting my report latest 24th of December My *** report hasn't been issue till date (02/01/2017) as I write.The other day *** *** told me it was ok after learning that I was issued *** report in February I even forwarded her a copy of my *** Report duly signed by an International Credential Evaluator Adesola Adegbite still in service in CGFNS.I was shocked when *** *** said to me on a telephone call on the 20th January that she was going to call a certain *** (*** working with CGFNS) father who neither works with the Ministry of Public Health *** norwith the ***C to verify my LicenseAfter this she wrote me saying she got a contact at the Ministry of Public Health and that she has sent her an e-mail to verify my LicenseMy questions to CGFNS are: WHY ON EARTH WILL AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIKE CGFNS IGNORE THE LEGAL ENTITY which is the *** to Nurse license validate and resort to calling individuals who has nothing to do with CGFNS to verify Professionals Licenses? WHY DID CGFNS NOT TELL ME FROM THE ON SET OF MY APPLICATION ON OCTOBER 11, THAT IT WAS THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH THAT SIGNS LICENSE VALIDATIONS FROM ***? EVENTHOUGH IT IS NOT SO.I feel frightened that the prestigious CGFNS which I considered highly esteemed might have been doing the wrong things all this while since they have proven here that they have no standard operating procedures and principlesI will stop at nothing to prove you wrong in my case and the case of all other candidates from ***You have not been doing the right thing so far. This shows exactly why the CGFNS has not
delivered any evaluation!!!!! The amount of time spent of me trying to explain to the CGFNS that there is no such thing as a register for licensed nurses in Germany! We don't have a register for nurses!! Only physicians are registered with the *** in GermanyHow could I deliver evidence to be a nurse and in addition to that a *** fuel *** *** ***, if you won't accept the English translation of transcript validation from Klinikum Nuernberg? Those papers are in your hands already since last yearAsking for the same documents again is just another tactic of procrastination! I was told in January that the evaluation package is complete! There is no need for more documents! All the money your agency has cost me already is enough, not to mention the time it has cost me where I cannot work in my profession as a nurse, or even CRNA.

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in processing *** ***’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) application was due an incomplete order line requirementOur organization has not received verification of licensure from Maharashtra, India where the applicant holds
professional qualification The evaluator assigned to the applicant’s file and customer care representatives have told the applicant on January 10, 2017, January 12, and March 21, that in order to fulfill her CES application we still verification of licensure from India Once we have received all outstanding required documents a CES Professional Report can be issued to the Florida State Board of NursingWe have communicated with *** *** regarding what documents are still outstanding with her orderOur organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your responseI will say the fact that you have just now asked for all these documents after eight months is concerning to say the least In regards to the first request to have copies of my transcripts mailed directly to you from my schools in both English and in Portuguese is not possible because they have no official translating department and I don't believe that any school in any country can sign documents that are not in their native language and which they do not understandIn my country it is no differentThey do not know English well enough to guarantee what they would be signing in EnglishThis is the primary reason why they will not sign and send any documents in English or other languages other than PortugueseThe same situation is applicable to the validation of my license/registrationThey are Federal Agency and they will not send any documents to any private company that they do not have a formal agreemen with to do soFor example my government has a program with *** *** in which they sent my license validation upon request however they have no such agreement with CGFNS InternationalMy only option here is to provide you copies of my license validation which they will give to me upon requestI'm not sure if it is possible or if they will do it but you maybe be able to contact *** *** to see if they will provide the information you need about my license which they can send directly to youI'm not sure but there may be some Brazilian government website that you can look up and verify I am a radiation oncologistHere is a government website that lists nursing license that may help you: http://www.cofen.gov.br and I believe you can verify my medical license info on this site http://portal.cfm.org.br .You can look into my masters degree information here http://www.unb.br and if you need information on my residence in radiation oncology you can find it here: http://www.sbradioterapia.com.br Please note that on all sites you will need someone that speaks Portuguese as they are all Brazilian websites. The two alternative suggestions I would say I can do is either have my documents sent to an official translating service in the United States that you choose and they can mail directly to them for translation and in turn they send directly to you after they have finished translating them or I can have my schools send the documents to an official translanting company in Brazil that is registered with the U.Sgovernment I want you to choose how which direction to take as I do not want any further delays or excurses The last option I can think of is to have these documents sent directly to you and then you send them off to have them oficiais translated but again I want you to choose which option If you have another sugestão I am open to that as well I would also like your word that I will not wait more than days after receipt to get my file reviewed and complete as I do not believe I should have to wait up to more weeks after receipt considering all the problems I have had Please let me know if you have any questions and how we may resolve these issues without any more delays
