In response to the referenced complaintI have personally spoken with [redacted] regarding her Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) orderThe applicant understands that in order to fulfill her CES order there are requirements that are mandated by her report recipient and that there will be no exceptions to waive these requests as these requirements are state board requiredThe following are documents that have met the CES requirement:- Secondary school credential from [redacted] [redacted] Documents have satisfied the CES requirement- Verification of licensure from Germany has been waivedReport recipient does not require the assessment review of this credentialThe following document is outstanding and has not met the CES requirement:The transcript from [redacted] was missing educational information1) clock hours need to be in German and English languageThe “school” only provided only provided gradesWhich is not acceptable in order to do an assessment of the applicant’s education completed in GermanyThe document needs to come directly from the schoolNot another sourceTranscripts on file are not directly from the school (2) the nursing education form that was submitted by the school was incompleteThe form only listed theoretical instruction hoursWe need also need clinical practice hoursThe form was left blank (3) the report recipient requires gerontology hours that the applicant has completedThe applicant’s nursing school did not provide gerontology clinical hoursI have contacted the applicant’s school directly requesting that they provide all incomplete requirements to my attention via email to expedite the review processOnce we have received all outstanding documentation and has met the assessment requirements a CES Professional Report can be issued We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

CGFNS has received a complaint dated July 06, from your office (in the afternoon)CGFNS has issued a CES Professional Report for [redacted] (CGFNS ID# [redacted] ) the morning of July 06, prior to receiving the complaint We are cognizant that sometimes complaints are by a mistake or a misunderstandingAt CGFNS we pride ourselves on responding to applicants’ concerns very quickly and our goal is total satisfaction with our service and products We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

Dear [redacted] ***: Thank you for bringing [redacted] 's concerns to our attentionTo summarize, we have reviewed the issues she has detailed in the complaint and subsequently been in touch with her to resolve the multiple problems associated with completing her [redacted] certification applicationAs [redacted] notates, we mistakenly entered her California license with an exception and the timing for resolving this error took far too longShe wanted to purchase our expedited service which was contingent on fully processing her documentationThis data entry error kept her from doing soUpon receipt of this complaint on 12/9/we corrected the error, scanned all of her documentation and had an International Credential Evaluator complete the review Her [redacted] certificate was completed and shipped to her yesterday via [redacted] next day service and will be delivered to her todayWe have communicated the status to [redacted] Of course, we did not charge her for expediting her application.Regarding [redacted] 's concern with security of CGFNS International's web site in OctoberThere was a glitch during the time she completed her online application which caused a warning message to mistakenly appear indicating the site was not secureOur IT department immediately conducted testing to ensure this was an anomaly and installed even more secure check points behind the scenesUnfortunately, it was not an easy fix to get the outward facing warning message to de-populate this particular page so there was a delay in the removal of this warningWe realize this was a very concerning issue for our applicants and clientsHowever we were assured the site remained secureAgain, thank you for the opportunity to hopefully resolve this concern to [redacted] 's satisfactionWe look forward to any follfrom [redacted] to address any continuing concerns she may have Sincerely, Marta L [redacted] Professional Relations Liaison [redacted] @cgfns.org

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in processing [redacted] ’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) application was due to an incomplete order line requirement in which our system did not recognized as waivedThe evaluator assigned to the applicant’s file has rectified this system glitch and completed a CES Professional Report on behalf of the applicantA CES Professional Report has been issued on May 03, and sent to the report recipientWe trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

There was difficulty in obtaining the proper documents and the applicant changed service type, which caused a delay in issuing the requested report

In response to the referenced complaint [redacted] placed a VS order on November Our organization is mandated by the Department of Homeland Security to review all required documentationThe last document to be processed was a verification of licensure from Massachusetts on March 02, VS orders have a 6-week review time from last document received/processed As a courtesy the file has been assigned to an evaluator and the order has been completedA Visa Screen Certificate will be issued on March 05, We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in processing ** [redacted] ’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order was due to a change with the signatory from [redacted] Medical College the nursing school [redacted] attended in EthiopiaOur organization is obligated to confirm any changes in the official signatory for any school and/or license registration In reviewing the applicant’s nursing documents there was a letter dated on September 01, from [redacted] Agency stating that [redacted] Medical College closed in and that all student documents were acquired by their agencyIn an effort to confirm the legitimacy of the signatory from [redacted] Agency our organization made three attempts on October 12, 2016, December 29, and January 27, to verify the signatoryOn February 24, our Authentication and Verification department received confirmation from [redacted] Agency that the signatures on the nursing documents submitted were authenticateTo expedite [redacted] ’s order her file was assigned to a Senior Evaluator in the CES departmentBased on the Senior Evaluator’s assessment review this applicant has meet the compulsory requirements to complete a CES Professional ReportThe CES Professional Report will be issued and sent to Virginia State Board of Nursing on March 03, through a secured online portalWe have communicated with [redacted] that our organization has received all required nursing documents to complete her CES Professional ReportApplicant was satisfied with the outcome of her CES order We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closedPlease feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns

We have conducted an investigation and the results show that there was a delay in the assessment review of the applicant’s credentialsWe expedited the application and received the necessary documentsThe CES Professional Report certificate was issued on April 04, The South Carolina State Board of Nursing has verified and received the report on April 05, We have also reached out to the applicant to inform her of the above actionsWe trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

Please avoid CGFNS at any cost, if you have this flexibilityThey harass you, lie, lose your documents that your school will be sending, and they have devised a system so that it is not easy to communicate with them and while doing that they make enormous moneyI have personally been a victim of this cruel entityI had much better and efficient service with other credential evaluation companies

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was informed it would take weeks to process my report once they received my documents, however, the business failed to meet that deadline and took weeks to then only inform me that the information given by my nursing school was not satisfactory - not complete my report.This length of time just to check the information received is correct makes it near impossible to satisfy all their criteria within their one year timescale, as they already rejected the first copy sent from the universityAt that time they did not inform us that the document was not completed to their standardsThey only asked for another copy to be sent as the envelope wasn't sealed properly when they received itWhich resulted in an earlier substantial delayThey could have told us at that time, that they needed more information but they chose not toI feel the business takes an excessive amount of time purposefully in a bid to force costumers into paying extra to get the expedited service or so that they never actually have to complete the report!I want them to extend my "one year" and complete my report that I paid $for, as they have caused significant delays which could have been avoided if they had told me or the university that more info was required the first time they rejected itIt is unlikely that my report will be completed now before my one year is up in November as they need postal info from the university, they then take months to acknowledge receipt of this and then have advised me they will take another weeks to process it!I was also given the wrong information by their call centre advisers on more than one occasion who told me that they had all my information and I just needed to wait the weeks for my reportWhen actually, if anyone had bothered to check they could have helped me avoid such a long delay.This company provides terrible serviceThere is no way to rate or review them on [redacted] , and no way to file a complaint on their website, only to call them and spend minutes waiting to speak to an adviser, who does not help anywayNo doubt they do not allow reviews on social media is due to the massive amount of bad reviews they would receiveI am surprised this company are used by the Georgia board of nursing!All that I am asking of the company to resolve this issue is for them to complete my report - which I have paid for in full $- even if the report takes longer than the year they normally allowI feel this is fair as I paid them to complete a service, so they should fulfill that serviceEspecially as they have taken excessive time Regards, [redacted] ***
