I am rejecting this response because:
The University is not in a position to forward transcripts due to the devastating damage from Hurricane MariaThe island is currently without power, water, or communications and are incapable of sending a transcript. We can send a certificate copy of the transcript as a substitute

In April 2019, I applied for a re-evaluation CES paid my fee. $285. They already had all of my transcripts from last evaluation except from one school, on my account it stated only transcripts that had to be submitted by school was for the new school they didn’t have before, they received the transcripts in July so my account went into waiting for review. End of September I emailed them because they had said when I re-applied it will take 8-12weeks to review. So I received an email saying congratulations we have received your transcripts it takes 12 weeks or more to review your account. So on 12/05, I receive an email stating”While we were reviewing your documents, we discovered that we have only received a portion of the documents needed to review your application for the Credentials Evaluation Service. We are still waiting on the following documents from the appropriate authorities to complete the process by April 2019, the schools have to complete the new version of CGFNS transcript forms”. After 7 months of waiting to be reviewed. I paid for my documents to be archived so I don’t have to request them again from schools, we are dealing with international institutions, school take 2-3 months to send out transcripts, it takes 4 weeks with postal services, so by the time all this is received my application will expire and I will have to pay yet another fee and wait another 7 months for them to just open my file. They keep telling lies about the expected process time and documents they need, one of the school sent the correct updated form but yet they are still requesting an updated form. If they are required to update their forms we as consumers shouldn’t be penalized. I paid for my documents to be archived, I sent documents that were requested of me it was stated on my portal. When I received the email requesting new documents, suddenly I have a credit of $75 with no explanation, as I look on the payment account it shows, re-evaluation was $210. How can a re-evaluation take 7months to review when they said 6weeks?

CGFNS has received documents from a famous European medical school, signed by PUBLICLY searchable employees of the school, with a stamp within and outside the sealed envelope, and they have...REJECTED IT. They stated this name was not in their old database. This person, searched and found ONLINE thru GOOGLE in ITALY, is stated as being the registrar of the school for more than 2 years.
They went on to REJECT a verification of license signed by the president of the licensing board, and re-reject when the president resent her stamp and signature with hierarchy.
When asked if the documents, as sent by the Universities and Agencies, could be forwarded to another agency, they stated these documents were now their property.
I am without a job, without health insurance, and my husband who is a disabled military vet of the U.S. Army, needs assistance. I was planning on already being employed as a nurse.
Now CGFNS is costing me money, and causing me stress and anxiety about life in general.

Yep, we are about to file a lawsuit against them for wrongful advertising and the held for ransom personal, private and professional documents.

Complain:
RFA letter not sent to my school. Been sending email to cgfns several times but up until now they are not sending me any updates as to what is happening to my application. I don’t know how long this will take to be fixed, it is like you paid a lot of money for a service which is not worth it.

My wife and I are thinking about filing a lawsuit against CGFNS for (1) Failure to verify documents that were attested and signed by officials; (2) Refusal to send ITALIAN language requests to Italian Officials; (3) Refusal to use modern day verification and technological practices to verify documents.

I have ordered the Credential Evaluation Service with CGFNS, I have provided all required documents that Florida's BON requests. Now there has been a delay in my Professional Report being issued because CGFNS is requesting my secondary school information for no reason because this is not a requirement for taking the NCLEX by Florida's board of nursing.

The explanation CGFNS in response to my Revdex.com complaint was NOT satisfactory and actually was TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what CGFNS told me.  If CGFNS was doing its job in the first place, it would not have come to this. But because CGFNS EVENTUALLY issued the certificate, so I will say thank you to CGFNS and especially thank you to Revdex.com. Complaint resolved satisfactorily and expeditiously in my favor.

CGFNS has received a complaint dated July 06, 2017 from your office (in the afternoon). CGFNS has issued a CES Professional Report for [redacted] (CGFNS ID# [redacted]) the morning of July 06, 2017 prior to receiving the complaint.   We are cognizant that sometimes complaints are by a mistake...

or a misunderstanding. At CGFNS we pride ourselves on responding to applicants’ concerns very quickly and our goal is total satisfaction with our service and products.   We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

We are unsure about pride or actual efficiency, but when people lives are on the line in a new country, it would seem appropriate to use the most recent (i.e. GOOGLE or ONLINE SEARCH SERVICES) verification tools, especially if you have received stamped and mailed from university or licensing agency packets. It is ridiculous to keep professionals that could assist the American public in the dark, causing stress and anxiety, as well as loss of income.

This applicant was very frustrated with the New York requirements, which require all documents must be obtained from the primary source by CGFNS. I am working with this applicant to expedite her school in Nepal to provide the necessary information.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was informed it would take 12 weeks to process my report once they received my documents, however, the business failed to meet that deadline and took 16 weeks to then only inform me that the information given by my nursing school was not satisfactory - not complete my report.This length of time just to check the information received is correct makes it near impossible to satisfy all their criteria within their one year timescale, as they already rejected the first copy sent from the university. At that time they did not inform us that the document was not completed to their standards. They only asked for another copy to be sent as the envelope wasn't sealed properly when they received it. Which resulted in an earlier substantial delay. They could have told us at that time, that they needed more information but they chose not to. I feel the business takes an excessive amount of time purposefully in a bid to force costumers into paying extra to get the expedited service or so that they never actually have to complete the report!I want them to extend my "one year" and complete my report that I paid $350 for, as they have caused significant delays which could have been avoided if they had told me or the university that more info was required the first time they rejected it. It is unlikely that my report will be completed now before my one year is up in November as they need postal info from the university, they then take 2 months to acknowledge receipt of this and then have advised me they will take another 12 weeks to process it!I was also given the wrong information by their call centre advisers on more than one occasion who told me that they had all my information and I just needed to wait the 12 weeks for my report. When actually, if anyone had bothered to check they could have helped me avoid such a long delay.This company provides terrible service. There is no way to rate or review them on [redacted], and no way to file a complaint on their website, only to call them and spend 45 minutes waiting to speak to an adviser, who does not help anyway. No doubt they do not allow reviews on social media is due to the massive amount of bad reviews they would receive. I am surprised this company are used by the Georgia board of nursing!All that I am asking of the company to resolve this issue is for them to complete my report - which I have paid for in full $350 - even if the report takes longer than the 1 year they normally allow. I feel this is fair as I paid them to complete a service, so they should fulfill that service. Especially as they have taken excessive time.

There was difficulty in obtaining the proper documents and the  applicant changed service type, which caused a delay in issuing the requested report.

I am rejecting this response because:I first received a initial response from [redacted] on 5th March 2016. This was close to two months after I completed my payment on 15 Jan 2016. As mentioned in my previous complaint, I contacted them on 15 Jan 2016, 19 Jan 2016, 21 Jan 2016 and 30Jan 2016 all through email. My phone call to them happened on 22 Jan and I was told that I would hear back latest by Fri 29 Jan 2016. This response on 29 Jan did not happen and therefore I emailed on 30 Jan. I waited till 22 Feb 2016 to file my complaint to Revdex.com after my last email. That is about 22 days from my last email. During this period I did not receive any email or phone call from [redacted]. As I was uncertain if the company was fraud or still running, I decided to engage another company for their service. This is so as I am applying for school and cannot afford to wait any longer. Even if their company was closed due to national holiday, it would only be a valid excuse if their response to me was 2-3 business days late. Having waited for close to two months from my first emails to their first response through email is not acceptable. I was told that they tried to contact me multiple times through emails and phone call but none of these attempts have been received (phone calls or emails). During this period, I've been checking my junk mail and spam mail regularly and if my email is not valid why is it that I received their email dated March 5th? 
I am now demanding full refund and will be pursuing other lines of inquiry if this refund is not met by end of April.

Well I was happy that it was not needed because of the time it takes to go there and get it done. Why did they inform so late in January when my other documents were verified by November. As I had said that the Maharashtra nursing council in India is busy form the time of January to March end.  Thank you for all the help [redacted]

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that [redacted]’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order was incomplete due to an outstanding requirement. On June 08, 2017 we have received a validation of licensure from the [redacted]. Documents are processed by different units within a...

specific timeframe and then assigned to an evaluator. [redacted]’s order is assigned to an evaluator. If the assessment requirements are met a CES Professional Report can be issued to the applicant’s report recipient. We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

In response to the referenced complaint. I have personally spoken with [redacted] regarding her Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order. The applicant understands that in order to fulfill her CES order there are requirements that are mandated by her report recipient and that there will be no exceptions to waive these requests as these requirements are state board required. The following are documents that have met the CES requirement:-        Secondary school credential from [redacted] [redacted]. Documents have satisfied the CES requirement. -        Verification of licensure from Germany has been waived. Report recipient does not require the assessment review of this credential. The following document is outstanding and has not met the CES requirement:The transcript from [redacted] was missing educational information. 1) clock hours need to be in German and English language. The “school” only provided only provided grades. Which is not acceptable in order to do an assessment of the applicant’s education completed in Germany. The document needs to come directly from the school. Not another source. Transcripts on file are not directly from the school (2) the nursing education form that was submitted by the school was incomplete. The form only listed theoretical instruction hours. We need also need clinical practice hours. The form was left blank.       (3) the report recipient requires gerontology hours that the applicant has completed. The applicant’s nursing school did not provide gerontology clinical hours. I have contacted the applicant’s school directly requesting that they provide all incomplete requirements to my attention via email to expedite the review process. Once we have received all outstanding documentation and has met the assessment requirements a CES Professional Report can be issued.  We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.
