*** *** notates, we mistakenly entered her California license with an exception and the timing for resolving this error took far too longShe wanted to purchase our expedited service which was contingent on fully processing her documentationThis data entry error kept her from doing soUpon receipt of this complaint on 12/9/we corrected the error, scanned all of her documentation and had an International Credential Evaluator complete the review Her *** certificate was completed and shipped to her yesterday via *** next day service and will be delivered to her todayWe have communicated the status to *** ***Of course, we did not charge her for expediting her application.Regarding *** ***'s concern with security of CGFNS International's web site in OctoberThere was a glitch during the time she completed her online application which caused a warning message to mistakenly appear indicating the site was not secureOur IT department immediately conducted testing to ensure this was an anomaly and installed even more secure check points behind the scenesUnfortunately, it was not an easy fix to get the outward facing warning message to de-populate this particular page so there was a delay in the removal of this warningWe realize this was a very concerning issue for our applicants and clientsHowever we were assured the site remained secure.Again, thank you for the opportunity to hopefully resolve this concern to *** ***'s satisfactionWe look forward to any follfrom ** *** to address any continuing concerns she may haveSincerely,Marta L***Professional Relations Liaison***@cgfns.org

I am rejecting this response because:CGFNS responded that my school of nursing did not respond to CGFNS inquires on or about 4/27/and 5/30/My school of nursing did not receive an "request for assistance" from CGFNS as stated by my school of nursing, see email below on June 6th Since then I requested from CGFNS to resend the request or assistance to my school of nursing with no responseOnce I received a response email stating "have your school look for the email" which is not the answer to "please resend another email"I am unable to reach CGFNS by email as their email system is not workingI receive automated confirmation emails that I sent emails but they dont go trough (not listed under the communication tab)Last week I attempted another pone call to CGFNS, which I was referred to a supervisor for the following complaints of not being able to move forward with my application and the inability to send and emailThe customer service representative was unable to answer my questionsI was told I will receive a phone call back within 2-daysA week has passed now and I have not spoken to anybody, nor have I received a voicemail in case I missed a callInteresting, on 6/12/after the Revdex.com was notified, I received an email from CGFNS that they received my GED and added it to my accountA copy of my GED was sent with a copy of my secondary education from Germany back in MayMy secondary German education was added 5/5/but not my GED, both were in the same envelopeWhy two documents sent in the same envelope get entered two months apart is unclear to me.Since it is clear that my school of nursing did not receive the notification form CGFNS there is no need to wait for a response from my school as recommended by CGFNSI am again requesting that CGFNS will send another email and postal mail to my school of nursing with a clear and concise description on what is neededPlease refer to the email below for email/phone/fax/postal address for my school of nursing : *** *** ** *** *** : An important custom email message is available for you on CGFNS Connect! *** *** ***Wed 6/7, 6:AMYou

In response to the referenced complaint*** *** placed a Visa Screen order on January 17, Our organization is mandated by the Department of Homeland Security to review all required documentationThe following are documents that have been received and reviewed: Secondary school
credential from *** International College License verification from Nepal Transcript from *** University, Dhulikhel The following are documents are outstanding: Proof of CP/NCLEX examination After reviewing the documents received from *** University, Dhulikhel, the evaluator had several key questions for the university that are needed to complete the report. The evaluator has sent the list of questions to the school on February 22, 2018. Once we receive the responses, we will be able to continue the certification assessment We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed

There was a delay in processing this order due to not receiving completed documents from the school in the Philippines in a timely mannerWe worked with the applicant in obtaining these documents and she was pleased with the result

August 28, Dear *** ***, I am writing as a follow up to the Revdex.com complaint for *** *** ID # ***On March 4, *** *** applied for our Credentials Evaluation Services, a request that required CGFNS to secure primary documents directly from the
applicant’s school. On April 25, 2016, *** *** was informed that she needed to secure complete documentation from her school in order to proceed with her credentials evaluationOn June 3, the *** ** *** *** - Nepal, the applicant’s school, provided a new transcriptHowever, the new information did not have a breakdown of the necessary credit hours required to complete the evaluationIn order to conduct an evaluation, we will need a breakdown of the applicant’s clock hours of theoretical and clinical instructionSince June 3, we have reached out to the school numerous times via telephone, email and letter but to no availWe also contacted the applicant alerting her to what we need form her school in order to move ahead with completing her order Please note that we will continue to try to secure the necessary documentationThis information is sorely needed to complete the report. attended in Pakistan, her license validation from Pakistan did not come from the Pakistan Nursing Council and that nursing transcripts from two different schools did come from the primary sourceOur organization is obligated to confirm any changes in the official signatory for any school and/or license registration and also to verify if educational documents are from the school(s) directlyThe evaluator assigned to this applicant’s file has notified *** *** regarding all outstanding documentsOnce we have received all outstanding documents and has met the assessment requirements a CES Professional Report can be issued to the applicant’s report recipientOur organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order. I have been dealing with CGFNS and NNAS for months nowIssues with my experience:
They have lost a license verification sent directly from the State of Michigan to NNAS timesVery hard to understand their customer service representativesCannot speak to a manager unless given hours noticeEven with a hour notice it is still almost impossible to speak with a managerManager never calls or emails backTook the company months to evaluate my documents only to come out with a report that said my education was not comparable to that of an Ontario college/university BSN degreeI wanted to appeal the report because I am not the only Canadian nurse who has attended this school in Michigan who has been granted their license in OntarioThis means their evaluators are inconsistent with the resultsHow can two people with the same nursing degree come out with completely different results? The dean of nursing and the president of the university are now involved in my case because this is the second time in the last two weeks that a former student has complained about this companyThe manager basically told me on the phone there was no point in me appealing the process because even if I submit extra documents that the College of Nurses of Ontario instructed me to submit to them to help me with my case, there would likely be no changeSo the manager had already come to a conclusion about my application before he even saw the documentation The College wanted me to sendThe customer service representatives and managers are unprofession, disrespectful and do not care that this is someone's future on the lineI am very disappointed in this company especially when I know students that have graduated a semester before me be granted their nursing license in OntarioHow can two students who did the exact same degree a semester apart come out with completely different results? NNAS/CGFNS has told me there is nothing they are able to do and the issue is not resolvedI think Canada has made a huge error in requiring all Internationally Educated Nurses to go through NNAS/CGFNS for licensing
