Mrs. [redacted] Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order is delayed in processing due to a change with the current signatory from [redacted] the nursing school Mrs. [redacted] attended in Germany. Our organization is obligated to confirm any changes in the official signatory for any school and/or license registration. Our organization has made requests to obtain signatory information (on April 27, 2017 and May 30, 2017) from the school but no response. As of July 18, 2017 our organization has sent the school a third German-translated request. The applicant’s file will remain incomplete until all outstanding documents have been received and has met the assessment requirements. Then a CES Professional Report can be issued to the applicant’s report recipient. Our organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order.  We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

In response to the referenced complaint. Our organization has received that last documentation from [redacted] University on February 27, 2018. As a courtesy the evaluator has completed the order. CES Report will be issued on March 02, 2018.   We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

In response to the referenced complaint.   [redacted] placed a VS order on November 27 2017. Our organization is mandated by the Department of Homeland Security to review all required documentation. The last document to be processed was a verification of licensure from Massachusetts on March 02,...

2018. VS orders have a 6-8 week review time from last document received/processed.   As a courtesy the file has been assigned to an evaluator and the order has been completed. A Visa Screen Certificate will be issued on March 05, 2018.   We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in processing **. [redacted]’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order was due to a change with the signatory from [redacted] Medical College the nursing school [redacted] attended in Ethiopia. Our organization is obligated to confirm any changes in the official signatory for any school and/or license registration.  In reviewing the applicant’s nursing documents there was a letter dated on September 01, 2016 from [redacted] Agency stating that [redacted] Medical College closed in 2012 and that all student documents were acquired by their agency. In an effort to confirm the legitimacy of the signatory from [redacted] Agency our organization made three attempts on October 12, 2016, December 29, 2016 and January 27, 2017 to verify the signatory. On February 24, 2017 our Authentication and Verification department received confirmation from [redacted] Agency that the signatures on the nursing documents submitted were authenticate. To expedite [redacted]’s order her file was assigned to a Senior Evaluator in the CES department. Based on the Senior Evaluator’s assessment review this applicant has meet the compulsory requirements to complete a CES Professional Report. The CES Professional Report will be issued and sent to Virginia State Board of Nursing on March 03, 2017 through a secured online portal. We have communicated with [redacted] that our organization has received all required nursing documents to complete her CES Professional Report. Applicant was satisfied with the outcome of her CES order.   We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Re Complaint ID [redacted]CGFNS ID [redacted]Dear MS. Butts:This is in response to BB Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted]. [redacted] has indicated in the complaint that she ordered the wrong service and would like a refund of $445.00 for the Certification Program service. She has been advised that...

CGFNS International has a no-refund policy. We understand that she wishes to practice in Minnesota where she currently resides. She had been counseled that Minnesota accepts both Credential Evaluation Service (CES) and the Certification  Program certificate. When [redacted] was sent information to sit for the Certification Program examination she contacted us and said she did not want the CP service any longer. In order to resolve this issue we will cancel the CP service. However we do ask that [redacted] apply for the service she does want and then we can execute the refund and apply to the CES application as a gesture of good faith. We do also ask her to contact Ms. Marta L[redacted] at the contact information below to discuss how we can satisfactorily resolve this complaint. Please know that we will resolve this as soon as [redacted] contacts us to discuss the resolution.Sincerely,Marta L[redacted]Professional Relations Liaison[redacted]@cgfns.org###-###-#### (direct line)

The following outstanding documents are required a secondary school certificate, verification of nursing licensure from [redacted] and the [redacted] has not filled out (left blank) the Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form that was included with nursing transcripts. The Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form is an essential document because it gives an exact breakdown of theoretical instruction and clinical practice hours that the applicant has completed. Our organization has a no refund policy that is stated on our company’s website and the applicant agreed to the terms of the attestation on September 06, 2016 during the application process. This applicant ordered an Academic Report that  requires information from a school that no longer exists in the Netherlands. We are currently working with the applicant on determining whether or not to complete the order without the information or cancel the  order.

October 28, 2016Dear [redacted],I am writing to follow-up on the above referenced Revdex.com Complaint. We have conducted an investigation and the results show that there has been an extensive delay in receiving licensure verification from Ethiopia. Although we have received written...

verification, [redacted] is not on the official list provided by the Ethiopian Health Care Administration and Control Authority. We have made multiple attempts to contact the Ethiopian Administration by phone but we have not been successful. We most recently sent another verification request asking them to state the reason that this applicant's name is not in their database. The Ethiopian database contains all nurses who have ever been licensed in that country, including those, like [redacted], whose license have expired. We have contacted the applicant to inform him of this issue. Once we receive the proper validation, we will complete his order. We trust that this will address the applicant's concerns and that the matter will be closed.  Dear
[redacted],
I
am writing in response to the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] filed by [redacted] on 3/30/16. We received this complaint on 3/30/16. [redacted] noted
her dissatisfaction with the handling of her application. On August 30, 2015,
the applicant applied...

for our Credentials Verification Service for the New York
State Education Department (NYSED). The
applicant notes receiving conflicting responses from CGFNS as well as
unsatisfactory answers regarding the status of her application. She requested
that we complete the service and send her report to the NYSED.
Upon
further investigation, we noted that although we received documents from the
applicant’s institution, the transcript did not bear the required official
signature. Per our normal procedure, the transcript was rejected for not having
a signature. This delayed the process as we must ensure that all documents come
from credible sources.
Also,
we have a unique contract with the NYSED in that we must work directly with the
applicant’s institution to secure documents. Because of contractual
obligations, we are also limited with what we can convey to an applicant.
On
April 1, 2016, we were able to rectify the situation by accepting the seals and
signatures on the accompanying documents. We submitted [redacted]’s report to
the NYSED on 4/5/16.
We trust this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will
be closed. Please feel free to contact me on my direct line, ###-###-#### if
you have any questions or need further information.
Sincerely,
