January 30, 2018Dear [redacted],In response to the referenced complaint. My apologies for missing the 10 day response time.[redacted] placed a CES order on July 19, 2017. Our organization is required by the applicant’s report recipient to review all required documentation.The following are...

documents have been received and processed:- Secondary school credential from [redacted] High School received on August 29, 2017 and processed on August 30, 2017.- Veri?cation of licensure from Australia received on August 23, 2017 and processed on September 14, 2017.The following document was outstanding:-The transcript from the University of [redacted] was received on June 07, 2017 and August 29, 2017 but was deemed as needing more information from the Authentication and Veri?cation department.( 1) Needed con?rmation on current signatory. RFA was sent to school on July 20, 2017 and September 26, 2077. School submitted the signatory con?rmation on January 24, 2018.The last document to be processed was a transcript from the University of Canberra on January 24, 2018. CES orders have an 8-10 weeks review time from last document received/processed. As a courtesy this file has been assigned to an evaluator as a priority assessment review. Once the evaluator has review all documents and has meet the recipients requirements a CES Professional can be issued.We trust that this will address the applicant's concerns and that the matter will be closed. We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that based on the assigned Senior Evaluator’s assessment review this applicant’s order will remain incomplete because the nursing school has not completely filled out (missing sections) the Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form...

that was included with nursing transcripts. The Request for Academic Records/Transcripts form is an essential document because it gives an exact breakdown of theoretical instruction and clinical practice hours that the applicant has completed. Also on the transcript that was submitted does include clock/course hours. The format submitted was in Module format which is not acceptable to complete an assessment review. Once we have received all outstanding required documents a CES Professional Report can be issued to the report recipient. We have communicated with [redacted] on August 23, 2017 regarding what documents are still outstanding with her order. Our organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order.  We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

I am rejecting this response because:CGFNS NOT only requested License validation [redacted], but also Licence Validation [redacted], Official Transcript and Academic Records.Please see the attached document as proof that the required documents were on file due to eSaved. I should NOT have had to lose time in providing them againUnfortunaley I never took a picture of the Esaved document before my complaint or I would have proof of the License Validation Form .CGFNS released a CES report in 2007-2008 to the ** Board of Nursing and the report is NOT created WITHOUT this document!I wish no longer to discus this case, And NO, it has not been resolved.

We have conducted an investigation and have discovered that the delay in processing [redacted]’s Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) order was due to not receiving a validation of licensure from Russia and secondary school diploma. The applicant has been notified regarding these requirements on...

March 31, 2017 and April 24, 2017. We have yet to receive these outstanding documents. Once we have received all outstanding documents and has met the assessment requirements a CES Professional Report can be issued to the applicant’s report recipient. Our organization will continue to keep the applicant notified until we have received all the required documents to process her CES order.  We trust that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

In conjunction with submitting this complaint [redacted] was also contacted by our Customer Care Manager Brian D[redacted] on February 2, 2016. We apologize we did not address her...

concerns when she first made contact with us on Feb 1 , 2016. In response to [redacted]. Brian contacted the evaluator assigned to this account and asked them to complete the report and post it so [redacted] Board of Nursing could view it. This was done on February 2, 2016. [redacted] also received a copy of the report and immediately  made us aware of an error in the report. Unfortunately in our haste to complete the report we overlooked some important credentialing data. We have since been in communication with [redacted] and advised we have pulled back the report and it is being corrected today for re-posting tonight.To conclude, the CES report should have been completed within the 8-10 week window after the last document was received on November 19, 2015. Additionally we should have been much more responsive to her concerns once they were brought to our attention. Thirdly, we should have exercised more diligent QA before posting the report. We are hopeful that [redacted] considers our commitment to process improvement to mitigate against repetition of this kind of poor service. the issuance of the VisaScreen certificate for **. [redacted] and as of today it has been completed. The delay was caused by a need to complete a re-verification of a license document. However, there was an unusual delay in this instance.The certificate will be mailed out tomorrow. I am very sorry for the delay in issuing **. [redacted]'s VS certificate. and it became necessary for her to enlist the assistance of the Revdex.com. We rake this very seriously and assure you we are sorry for your inconvenience.

CGFNS is a monopoly, a money suckers for nurses , ( who are by the way highy needed in the USA) who want to enter the USA legally.
There should be other options available for nurses, we care for your sick and we take care of the elderly, we take care of your mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, children. Yet we are treated differently, all the red tape.

evaluation and the outcome was that at the time of your education your school
was not approved by [redacted] and the title Licensed Practical Nurse is not a
recognized title in Jamaica by the Council. Also, in December 2014, you were

As a result, while you may have been approved for state
licensure in Florida, you do not meet the federal requirement at this time.

This is in response to BB Complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted]. [redacted] has indicated in the complaint that she ordered the...

wrong service and would like a refund of $445.00 for the Certification Program service. She has been advised that CGFNS International has a no-refund policy. We understand that she wishes to practice in Minnesota where she currently resides. She had been counseled that Minnesota accepts both Credential Evaluation Service (CES) and the Certification  Program certificate. When [redacted] was sent information to sit for the Certification Program examination she contacted us and said she did not want the CP service any longer. In order to resolve this issue we will cancel the CP service. However we do ask that [redacted] apply for the service she does want and then we can execute the refund and apply to the CES application as a gesture of good faith. We do also ask her to contact Ms. Marta L[redacted] at the contact information below to discuss how we can satisfactorily resolve this complaint. Please know that we will resolve this as soon as [redacted] contacts us to discuss the resolution.

Although I do not feel that I should be refused a refund from the Credential Verification Service portion of the application, because of the service's negligence of not doing their due diligence to contact me or my university to inform me that I was deemed ineligible for the exam, I will accept this offer as resolution. I hope that in the future, this organization can do a better job in working with us foreign nurses.
