[redacted] began a mass transition with an effective date beginning May 1, Customer who had not selected an alternate provider was transitioned to a REP designated by [redacted] Utility [redacted] meter was transitioned to Champion Energy by defaultThe notices the customer received were required documentation per the Public Utility Commission On 5/5/Champion Energy spoke to the customer and advised that during this transition the provider she selected may not have picked this meter up therefore Champion Energy gained the meter by defaultChampion Energy advised the customer to contact the other provider and confirm if they may have overlooked this meter as it is associated to a guard/street light On 5/7/Champion Energy followed up with the customer and was advised that in fact the provider she selected did not pick this meter up Champion Energy confirmed there was a pending order for this meter to another provider The customer meter was billed by Champion for usage period 5/2/through 6/25/prior to the time the customer meter was picked up by the other providerThe customer was sent an outstanding balance due notice for $as the charges were billed and our system auto generates past due invoices As a courtesy Champion Energy has issue a credit for $The account is at a zero balance The customer stated she understood and all issues are resolved If you require anything further please feel free to contact me directly [redacted] ***

On 8/11/*** *** contacted Champion after hour call center and told the Customer Care Agent (CCA) that his power was outThe agent placed the customer on hold to review the accountThe customer was advised that there was a power outage in his area and the estimated time of restoration was
3amThe customer requested a follcall as he wanted compensation due to the power outage. Champion Customer Care attempted to contact *** *** during business hours with no response. There are no applicable adjustments to the accountIf the customer choose to cancel his contract prior to the contract end date and Early Termination Fee in the amount of $will be assessed

Champion received a signed contract on 3/22/for a month term at a rate of The customer fulfilled their contract term but left unpaid energy charges in the amount of $1,The customer received invoices, one from Champion and one from DP&L , which is why she is unable to
see Champion charges on her past DP&L invoices
The customer has also been assessed a collection fee which is reflected on the invoices she is receiving

I was solicited by this company to save on my electric. My bills have always averaged about the same year to year. This company didn't save me anything. It turned out quite the opposite. My bill went from less than $to over $with their involvement. They misrepresent themselves and pray upon unsuspecting companies. I am appalled by their lack of integrity and honestly cannot believe that a company practicing business in this manner is allowed to continue. WHAT A SHAM!!!!!!! I though the Revdex.com would be of help, but apparently not. I very disappointed by this whole process

Customer completed an enrollment via Champion Door to Door sales channel on 12/16/ The customer contacted Champion on 12/28/and stated Welcome documents had not been receivedChampion issued a *** *** to return the customer to the previous providerThe customer will be responsible

I never received a "welcome package", and like I said the terms were never disclosed to me prior to me signing upThis Company pressures its employees to make sales anyway they canIt is obvious that the company's profits are more important than customer satisfaction

You are crooks and should be ashamed of yourselves. You will be judged for your nefarious dealings. The person with whom I spoke guaranteed 15% savings. Champion is a company that is not forthcoming and capitalizes by fraudulent business dealings - SHAME!!!!
