[redacted] was advised of the fixed rate contract and he affirmatively agreed to contract at a rate of [redacted]/kWh.
On [redacted] received a cancel request from the utility with an effective date of [redacted].
[redacted] assessed and Early Termination Fee per the terms of his contract agreement in the amount of $[redacted] due to the customer canceling prior to the contract end date.
The charges are valid and due. There are no applicable adjustments to apply.

[redacted] in no way mislead [redacted]. During the sales call and the [redacted] recording the customer was informed of the cost to purchase electricity from [redacted]. During the [redacted] recording [redacted] was advised that an Early Termination Fee would be assessed if he failed to cancel within the rescission period. [redacted] canceled the contract prior to the contract end date per the Terms of Service and Early Termination Fee was assessed accordingly.

Customer completed a TPV Enrollment recording on 8/20/15 with an effective start date of 10/2015. On 9/11/15 Champion issued an enrollment request on 9/11/15. On 10/22/15 Champion received a drop due to switch request from the utility.  The customer billed for one service period as the drop...

requested was submitted after the requested gain date. The customer acknowledges she affirmatively consented to enroll and during the TPV recording the customer is advised that an Early Termination Fee would be assessed if the contract was cancelled prior to the contract end date. The customer was assessed and Early Termination Fee in the amount of $1,700.00 per the customer Terms of Service.
