*** *** customer completed a *** *** on 4/28/for a month term at a rate of 0.0890/kWhThe customer agreed to switch accounts to Champion Energy effective 5/She affirmed she was authorized to make changes to the electricity account for the business
Champion gained
the accounts as requested on 5/On 7/22/Champion received a drop request from the utility with an effective date of 8/Champion provided service to accounts from 5/o 8/
On 10/23/Champion assessed an Early Termination Fee in the amount of $1,due to the customer cancelling prior to the contract end date. Champion has sent multiple invoices to the address listed on the account but no payment was receivedOn 8/28/Champion placed the account with our third party collections agency to continue collection activity of the unpaid balance
The customer contacted Champion and requested the *** *** recording on 9/14/and was advised at that time that we require specific information for consumer protection before we release the callThe customer declined to provide an email address to send this informationChampion has mailed the information the customerOnce we receive a response we will release the call to the email address providedThese are wave or *** *** and email is the only way to send to a customer when requested

As soon as I read this email last night I called and left a message at the number I was given with my phone number. As of yet they have not replied to my phone call. I do not want to wait days and then have this complaint go bye bye. As it is the weekend now and Flag Day is Monday., So no I'm not happy about the response. Also since we are also talking about my ***'s account, why is he being charged the commercial rate? I also have two cases with the PUC on this same matter, because they can't understand why I am being charged commercial. And if Champion would just call PPL they would tell them I am not a commercial account

As I explained in my initial complaint, I was originally paying cents /kwh. The Champion company is charging me almost DOUBLED that amount, even though the company representative said I would be paying LESS!Second, who would send a reponse letter to the Revdex.com without signing their name???? The response from Champion is only signed: "We welcome your feedback at anytime, even if after the calendar days, so that we may further assist you with your complaint" Regards,WHO sent this and WHO am I supposed to respond to?? This letter is highly unprofessional and inappropriate
I am not satisfied with this type of response from Champion and am still asking for reimbursement as stated originally, concerning the falsified advertisment that the company initiatedStill dissatified, *** ***

I have spoke with *** *** at Champion. I will agree to disagree with her on answering those questions, which I was never asked. She now has said that she will send me the residential rates, which she said she couldn't change us over when I asked her from the beginning just to fix this mistake. We will see what rates she now sends me and I will get back to you if the rates are outrageous. *** ***

The person that called us clearly stated that they are with ChampionIs this your easy way of handling these situations without getting negative ratings by Revdex.com? I would prefer/suggest that you are concerned that there is another agency using your name to solicit energy services! This was the number of the person that called 1579. I noticed you made the same claim on other complaints of this nature

The customer agreed to the contract via TPV enrollment on 1/27/15. The TPV Enrollment requires an affirmative answer to whether the customer is a business, the customer affirmed that he is a business and he is the *** of the business. As stated in the Terms of Service the GRT is not a Champion charge it is per the rules and laws of the State of ***Champion has billed the customer per the agreed rate however the GRT is calculated by multiplying the rate by 1.0627, which is reflected on the invoice
There are no adjustments and if the customer chooses to cancel an Early Termination Fee will be assessed

I reviewed the call with the Customer Care agent and although you may have indicated you spoke with someone, you also told the agent you were not a previous customer. You were at that time aware of the outstanding balance on an inactive account, that is currently pending legal action, and you made no mention of that to the agent you were speaking to. On good faith the agent proceeded to complete the enrollment request
Champion will require all outstanding balances be paid prior to us executing a new contract
