I was  giving verbal information contradicting the information that was quoted in the letters from Chase . There is nothing in my e-mail where Chase stated they informed me of my automatic payment to them . And if Chase listen to the recordings of all calls made to them on this matter they will understand why I am rejecting their decision .

they failed to provide one of the three things I asked for:1. Copy of the form where I authorized Chase for the monthly automatic charges directly on my bank account. In the past I authorized the original lender ([redacted]) of the loan but not Chase. I was not informed that the automatic payment option was applied by Chase too, so since September 2015 I always sent the monthly check to pay my loan on time.2. Copy of  a receipt with my signature (or equivalent) that shows I was inform about the automatic payment carried over from the previous lender (please note [redacted] was not part of Chase). As I mentioned below, I always sent the monthly check since I was not informed of the recurring automatic payment.3. The check of $14.000 to reimburse me for the double monthly payments - Chase cashed the check and charged me the same day in multiple occasions in 2016.

The amount of $1000 dollars that they used for my home owners was never discussed.  The only Home Owners amount I gave them was for $2600.  Those are the only numbers we talked about.  Because they used the wrong amount, my house note basically went back to exactly what it was.  There is no way on earth that I would have refinanced and spent closing cost to lower my house note if they told me in three months your house note will go back to exactly what it was.  That makes no sense.

Hi,I became ill in late April and was out on medical from 5/5 – 5/23/17.  I did see that Chase responded and I have spoken with them a few times since April.  They keep telling me my refund check from the escrow account is coming.  The last call was Tuesday, June 6th during which they said the check had been issued June 5th.  This has been taking forever.  And BTW, the check hasn’t arrived yet as of lunch on June 9th.   If this thing was supposedly resolved on May 10th, why did it take them until June 5th to issue the check???Sincerely,[redacted]
