One more time Chase refused to provide one of the following things:1. receipt signed by myself where I acknowledge the automatic payment2. form with Chase information signed by myself where I ask to setup the automatic payment3. the three double payments that Chase charged me (for about $10.000) in 2016 since they cashed the check and then they triggered the automatic payment that I never authorized.

You currently have the latest communication that I have received from the bank (Chase Morgan).As of yesterdays mail I am still receiving the envelopes I will be able contact you after Feb.5 2017 when I hear from the bank again as per there later.  Thank You very much for your help.

It is a very generic lette that basically says they care a lot and hope to resolve the matter. It doesn't have any offer, or substinance at ll. They need to refund the fees or the offer is rejected.

the company has failed to make any attempts to rectify this matter. I have provided supporting documentation and they have simply ignored my complaint time and time again.

I received and reviewed a letter from Chase dated June 5, 2017. The response acknowledges that it was error for Chase to pursue duplicate fees that had already been paid.  I find Chase's response in reference to complaint ID [redacted]  to acknowledge the validity of my complaint and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
