I am sorry for the delay, I am attaching the house appraisal and you will see on page that the appraiser changed the appraisal upon request from Chase, they were doing anything they could not to honor their given word They had me running around and doing things and I work full time and they actually caused damage, they ran me around for months There was no way I could get the house painted and scrapped in November and the bay window was in process of being repaired and they knew that I want the rate I was promised and I think it should be retro to October when I was supposed to close
