Nothing has been resolved.  I have included paperwork that illustrates where Mr. W[redacted] of Chase Bank stated and provided the original loan origination fee back to our credit card and then he and Adrianna G[redacted]dded it into the loan closing fees, providing to me just prior to closing.  Ms. G[redacted]dmitted on the phone that this was done and I let her know that this was unethical and not professional, along with all the other lies I received during this loan.You can see from November 25, 2016 to November 30, 2016, that the Chase Bank personnel were assisting me with my loan were taking advantage of me at the last minute prior to closing.  In essence,  the credit of the loan origination fee ($500) that Mr. W[redacted] and Ms. G[redacted] discussed with me was actually a scam. while representing a Federal back bank.  They simply added to the closing cost funds I was paying.   When talking to the customer service staff at the end of the year, they had one thing in mind and it was not my complaint.  It was closing the complaint prior to the end of the year.  The customer service representative did not ask me anything and simply informed me she had to close this claim and there was nothing she could see wrong, even though I asked her to take a look and listen to me.   She didn't do either.     Regards, [redacted]

This is my second reply to you regarding this matter. The first reply was sent back on 05/22/2017.  Please see below response as the matter with Chase has only gotten worse:Dated 05/22/2017:Please be advised that Chase has not resolved this issue and actually my concerns have grown greater.  I was able to speak with an Executive named David [redacted] (at 8888-310-7995 ext. 3200215) who actually agreed that there was some type of error on Chase’s end with the way they were handling my loan.  Nevertheless, I thought per our last conversation on May 14, 2017 that we had come to a resolution as Mr. [redacted] even sent me a letter outlining our conversation which resulted in me having to finally pay $1,633.66.  This was suppose to be the final change and last increase per Mr. [redacted].  We, for my June Monthly statement I received a bill now stating that the “Total Amount Due” is 1,820.46.  This is absolutely ludicrous!!  My monthly payment has changed 4 times in since January 2017.  I was paying $1,416 in January then $1,371 in February/March and last month $1,663 in April ... to my current bill showing my new payments are $1,820. This can’t be legal.  Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] gave me his word that there will be no more increases throughout the remainder of the loan, yet a few days later I receive a monthly statement contrary to that. I don’t know what else to do at this point. Sincerely,[redacted]Please find attached the Authorization for release of information you requested as I still am pursuing this matter.

We responded to our customer's concerns in our letter dated November 2, 2017. To protect our customer's privacy, we are not providing you with a copy of our letter or any details of our conversation. Our customer may use their discretion in sharing our response directly with you.

The internal investigation is biased. Chased misled me from the beginning that they'll pay the property taxes using my money from escrow. They've collected over $9000 of my money in escrow as outlined from my complaint, and only pay a partial payment. After my complaint they agreed to refund the rest of my escrow money of over $4000. They admitted no wrong doing nor did they apologize for the misinformation.The email attachment that I sent to the Revdex.com stated that "Chase paid the penalty fee of $256 on my behalf" has no merit. I've requested documentation for proof from Chase multiple times. Chase has never responded to this inquiry. That's because they did not pay this penalty. I paid the penalty fee on Mar 8, 2017. I am requesting once again documentations as to when Chase paid the penalty fee to the County of [redacted] for the amount of $256. Until Chase show me this proof, then the county of [redacted] can refund the penalty that I paid. Otherwise, this matter is not resolved. Thank you.
