Review: I was notified on chase.com that my home equity payment would be 194 dollars so I made the late fee payment of the 25 as I have the normal payment of 169.65 on automatic withdrawal on the 15th of the month so wanted to make sure it cmae out as normal so I made the 25.00 late fee payment and the next payment due showed then 169.65 as normal account is [redacted] 169.65 comes out of savings account [redacted] on the 11th when I checked the amoutn balance was 171 so there was plenty for the 169.65 to come out on the 15th today I see where they attempted 194 even though the amount shown was 169 to come out as normal I just spent several min on phone with [redacted] and she saw what was going on but said out of her pwer to help me at all now I have had truck that I paid off last year I have a first mortgage of 80,000 and this home euity for years now and you all assess me a 25 fee yet again so upset I purposely made a 25.oo payemtn for the prior fee on june 27 so it would not affect my july payment withdrawal I think chase is not at all supportive of their long term customers and plan on refinancing everything to get away from this bank and I am putting on all social media I can how crappy this bank is truly unbelievalble enough money to make my payment and it is still stting there wating for it no I will be screwed up in august again and it will just snowball now Chase is shady to say the leastDesired Settlement: I want them to remove this 25.00 fee since I had the 171 available for the 169 payment this is all set up online every montha dn yet they do what they want it seems so unfortuante and wish I didnt have other accoutns with chase!!!!!!!!!!!! and I am in the title business and had other banks I could have gone to last year when I refinanced

Review: I contacted Chase mortgage about this a number of times, and received several different responses from various representatives, none of them consistent. Finally, the "manager" (each individual I spoke to from the Escalations Dept said they were a manager) advised me that they listened to the phone call from July 1 and determined I had authorized that payment for the 1st. This is incorrect, I did not have the money in my account and would not have done that. When I asked them if I could hear what they were interpreting they told me it wasn't company policy to allow that. so apparently I have no other recourse and I have to accept their decision as final? That's crap!Desired Settlement: $60.00 to cover the overdraft fees caused by Chase processing the payment too soon.

Review: My husband and I have had severe medical hardships; we have been trying to sale our home for over a year. WF has been unreasonable with the price. The realtor has worked extremely hard to obtain the highest price for WF. Most recently WF countered back at a price of $301,526 (which they stated was the BPO). The buyer reluctantly agreed to a price higher than the value to appease WF, we signed a counter offer and accepted. WF then came back and demanded $324,421. This is not fair and we would like to finally close this at the agreed upon counter at $301,526.Desired Settlement: My husband and I have had severe medical hardships; we have been trying to sale our home for over a year. Review: Chase, formerly [redacted]l, has reported inaccurate data to the major credit agencies. The loan in question is # [redacted]. This is a short sale and the payoff date was 12/10/2008. I have faxed documents to Chase showing this date and they have not called me back. I need a letter showing their mistake. This could cost me thousands of dollars. I am currently attempting to refinance my home. Their mistake has adversely affected my ability to get a loan.Desired Settlement: I need a letter and this corrected ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I am a Chase customer for my home mortgage. I pay escrow every month with my payment to pay for my property taxes and my home owners insurance. My home owners insurance was due in Decemeber and I have been dealing with the fact that Chase has failed to pay the payment out of my escrow account. I have spoken to Chase several times and have given permission for my insurance company to speak with Chase about the issue. This has not resolved anything. At this point my home owners insurance has been cancelled due to non payment and I am looking into making the payment on a credit card to cover myself due to the extreme winter weather. I am very frustrated about the attitude I have gotten from Chase, and the empty promises that they keep making when I call and fail to fulfill. I do not understand why they are not paying my bills when my escrow account has more than enough to cover the payment. I am now worried that the same issue will present with my property taxes.Desired Settlement: I want the payment paid and I would like to see some sort of settlement to make up for all the anixety and stress caused by wondering if my house would be covered if something bad were to happen.

Review: Requesting interest rate of close to 8% to be lowered due to change in market. Not able to modify loan(denied) since no financial hardship. I feel not willing to lower since do not qualify for government programs or assistance. Not asking for additional funds but requesting rate of today's market. We have all suffered from this economy...Desired Settlement: Mortgage terms changed to state new lower Interest rate of 4 per cent or less. Reduction in value of loan to match market value with lower rate. New mortgage terms with no additional cost to us would allow payment of debit before retirement and give us the tools to pay debt and not walk away like so many other. Stop punishing us for paying our bills!

Review: For the length of my mortgage with Chase. They have been getting a government allotment from DFAS for my payment each month by the 1st of the month. The last payment was due to be to Chase by 1 Oct, however when I called to see if they had updated my payoff records, they informed me they didn't get the 1st Oct allotment. So I chose to payoff the mortgage by credit card. On 6th Oct I notified DFAS that Chase hadn't received the last payment for 1st Oct. I also let them know that because of that I paid it off by credit card. They informed me that their records show that the payment went out and that all they could do was to reissue the check back to Chase. On 10th Oct [redacted] from DFAS called Mr. [redacted] at Chase to inform him that DFAS would fedex the 750.00 allotment payment that didn't arrive. Mr. [redacted] failed to inform DFAS that they would only be sending the check back once received because they couldn't refund that amount back to me. However that isn't what Chase stated in my closeout letter dated 8 Oct 2014. If stated that any funds received would be refunded back to me since my mortgage was paid in full. So on 11 Oct DFAS fedex the payment to Chase. Chase received it on 15 Oct and turned around and sent it back to DFAS on 17 Oct. I called DFAS [redacted]) and told her that Chase is sending the check back to DFAS. She informed me that she would called Chase and call me back. That didn't happen. So today I called Chase to find out the check number, it wasn't on the notes and it going to take 3 more days to research a check number. So now it's been 25 days and I'm still out 750.00 dollars floating somewhere in the sky until Chase or DFAS can figure out which person is giving me the refund. Failed business practices at its worst. And oh yeah If DFAS is to refund me, it want go back into my check until the 1 Dec 2014 paycheck, which will be exact 60 days from error.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my bank account or home address ASAP. Chase and DFAS needs to send me something on how this issue want happen again to other folks and why its taking a month to resolve. Member's shouldn't have to wait 30 days or 60 days for refunds.

Review: CLAIM DATED: September 29, 2014

On October 1, 2013 I filed with Chase a request to assist to lower my current mortgage payment. after months of not hearing from Chase I called on March 14, 2014 to ask for a status report. I was then told the file was with underwriting, on April 15, 2014 I again called Chase to enquire as to another status report, I was told there were some questions and additional documents were needed by underwriting, to which I submitted on April 16, 2014.

Every month I would call in for a status report, nothing. Shortly after my initial calls, Chase began its barrage of letters in the mail of countless documents and financials they needed to assess my file properly. Everytime I got such a letter I immediately re-faxed and re-mailed all the necessary documents, even though those documents were submitted on October 1, 2013. I left several messages for the account representative [redacted] to call me and give me a status report, nothing, no call from him. On June 11, 2014 I finally spoke to [redacted] who again collected all of my information and sent it to underwriting. I was then again told that a decision would be made in 3-4 weeks. I again called every month, nothing. Each time I called yet again another document was missing. I again re-submitted all the paperwork.

After a full year of re-submitting and re-faxing and calling in every 3-4 weeks, I received a letter dated September 18, 2014 declining assistance implying since I am able to make all payments to Chase on time, there is nothing they can do for me to reduce the monthly payments; if I was to fall behind then Chase can assist me in lowering the monthly payments and getting out of my home within 30 days.

Such a statement and process and tactic by Chase is highly un-ethical, unprofessional and insensitive to me as a current home owner. I request this agency to look into this case and process by Chase.Desired Settlement: Such a statement and process and tactic by Chase is highly un-ethical, unprofessional and insensitive to me as a current home owner. I request this agency to look into this case and process by Chase.

Review: My husband died a year ago, Sept. 28, 2012. At the time we were paying Chase for our home loan. After his death I continued to make payments, but when I called to ask them about a benefit that my husband said he had with a company that they originally bought out (America Equity then JP Morgan), that was to pay off our home in full at his passing. Chase told me that they could not talk to me about anything since my name wasn't on any documents. Which I know I signed back in 2007. They said they needed to see a death certificate, marriage license, copy of will. So I went to my lawyer and got all that information and sent it to them, with all the papers notarized and sent it certified. They received it because I got the card back in the mail to show they had. Since then I have tried to contact them about paying off the house, because they will not tell me weather my husband had what he said he did. I of course believed my husband that we had signed these papers and I knew for a fact that my signature was on the orginal documents. Since last Oct. I have continued to make the payments to Chase and they have accepted every check , still using my husbands name thou I told them what mine is and they have my social security number also. They refuse to talk to me or my financial advisor about a final payment which should be coming up in the next 2 months. They also claim that they have no proof of the document that we signed with American Equity in the beginning. I would like to know what I owe so I can pay this mortgage off and be done with them totally. I'm tired of them and what they have done to me. I feel like they have taken about $ 54,000.00 that didn't belong to them, and since they still won't talk to me but accept my checks every month for a house payment. In the 6 yrs. that my husband and I dealt with them my name was signed to the check. If at all possible I would like to be able to just pay them off with out a hassle of any kind.Desired Settlement: Just to find out how much my final payment would be and if there is any refund on the amount that I have already paid them. And to find out what happened to the orginal paper work that my deceased husband said was there. This would have paid off the house I year ago, and saved me $53,000.00. Thank Yoou

Review: Wrongful justifications; misleading representation for home modifications program under the making home affordable program

twice I have gone through the modification program, once on my own in 2012, and with legal representation in 2013.

In 2012 chase talked me into the modifcation as they noticed I ran at least 30 days behind in making payments. They promised that my APR would come down from 10.75. As the market was now under 6% for APR rates. This would lower my preminun payments. All taxes and insurance would be added, as I had an outstanding taxe bill for the previous yr. around 3,000 at the time. I was told by [redacted] ( the counseling specialist working with me) that this would all put me in a better place to pay on time, and not worry about my taxes, and that I could come out paying the same mortagage payment of 700.00.

As it turned out against my wishes they told me to pay a little over $1,200.00 ea. mo. for three mos. trail. I protested and nothing had been done according to what was stated above. I was told to pay it and they would come back with the final deal, and my payment would be lowered along with APR which remainded at 10.75. After the 3 mo.trail they came back and said this would be my monthly payment still with an 10.75 APR. All they did was ad the taxes and insurance, paid them and added this over the course of the yr. I did not go witht he deal and the specilist apologized as he really did not know how this was done. I refused the offer.

They came back and said that I can pay my own home owners insurance once again, but that my new mortagae payment would be still $1,200 ( give or take a few dollars) as they had added the rearage for the advance in paying my taxes. now I have from 714.00 mortgage payment to now 1,300 or so odd dollars as I now am paying monthly again my insurance, together totaling 1,300.00

Very stressed, and not knowing where to turn. some months later; last year in the spring (march) I was listening to the [redacted] show when he announces "often/daily" HMP programs..and how you need to have attorneys fighting for you the best deal, and participants shared highlighted stories about how their interest was lowered, home loans decreased tremedously, mortagage payments cut in half, principle balances lowered to market values as many had gotten loan forgiveness.[redacted] radio show advertised to call them and let the legal system fight for you.

I did and was given an appointment date to bring papers to this law office where I was told by Para-legal that I qualified for a modification and that NO ONE should have a 10.75 interest. I explained that I had just attempted to get the modification, that they never lowered the loan or APR.

I paid $5.000.00 dollars for them to represent me in a second modification with chase, feeling confident that they would work in my behalf. I was told chase would do a market apprasial which would lower my principle as my house is not worth what I owe, lower my APR to under 6%, and include taxes and insurance. They said that the worse cse was that I might be at paying a little more than the 700.00 in mortgage as I was prior to all of this to maybe 800.00 in mortgage, and how did this sound to me?

I felt great and it sounded good.

What chase has done is added over 23,000. 00 in fees and assessed interest. My APR went from 10.75 to 8.75, and my house was appraised at 48.000.00 but, my home has went from a principle balance owed of $69,000 when I began this in 3/2013 to now oweing $93,000. All my 12 year worth of equity is gone. I purchased my home in 2002 at 85,0000.

My attorney's have not worked in my best interest as I have never spoken to the actual attorney regardless of my request and they simply want me to pay the 1,035 in new mortagae without justification of all extra fees, no consideration for appraisal value. All that was told me by this law firm was misleading, and dishonest as no one informed me at any point over the course of theseDesired Settlement: I am seeking resolution in a fair and proper Home modification assessment agreement according to what was expressed to me both times in terms of what would tae place for me to look forward to with my modification.all is outlined above.

I want my equity (12 years)back and my old principle as I did not seek refinancing to take money out. I want my annual percentage rate to be lowered according to going market rates, under the 6%, and to use the apprasial as it was intended to be utilized,as th

Review: Chase Bank has increased my fixed mortgage payment due to an incorrect escrow shortage. The delaware county assessors tax office and myself have contacted chase bank notifying them of the correct property tax information and they will not change my payment. The escrow analysys chase is going off of is incorrect and they were notified of this early april before taxes were due and payed the incorrect amount. they have promised on at least 5 occasions to do another analysys but have failed to do so. Therefore my mortgage has increased to an amount I am unable to pay.Desired Settlement: an escrow analysys ran with the correct tax information from the deleware county assessors office. Written notice of the correct mortgage payment before my next payment is due.

Review: AROUND MAY 2014 WE WHERE LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR MOM. WE STARTED WORKING WITH THE LENDER FROM CHASE ([redacted]-SAUGUS CA. OFFICE) SHE KEPT GIVING ME THE ROUND AROUNDS. I KEPT CALLING HER ON A DAILY BASIS WHICH SHE SHOULD BE THE ONE CALLING ME AND KEEP ME INFORM OF THE PROCESS. THEIR TIMES SHE SAID SHE CALL ME BACK AND NOTHING. I REC'D MY PRE-QUALIFICATION PAPERS FROM CHASE AND I CALLED [redacted] AND SHE HAD NO CLUE THAT I HAD REC'D THEM. SHE SAID SHE CALL ME BACK AND UP TO THIS DATE SHE HAS NOT CALLED ME. I CALLED HER AND BASICALLY TOLD HER I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU OR CHASE FOR MY MORTGAGE DUE TO HER NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE AS A BROKER AGENT. I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND WAS DIRECTED TO CALL [redacted] (LENDING MANAGER) WHICH I DID AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES BUT YET SHE HAS NOT CALL ME BACK. I THAN WROTE A LETTER TO JPMORGAN CHASE IN COLUMBUS OHIO BACK IN DEC. 2014 AND STILL HAVE NOT REC'D A RESPONSE. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES CHASE IS RUNNING WHICH HAS A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE THEY DONT RETURN CALLS NOR LETTERS. I WAS LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO FILE THIS COMPLAINE. I WANT TO KNOW IF I GOT THE LOAN OR NOT!! BUT LOOKING AT THIS I REALLY DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS FOR THEIR INRESPONSIBLE SERVICES..REFERENCE#:[redacted]Desired Settlement: I WANT AN ANSWER AS TO WHY I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK OR WHY WAS MY LETTER NOT ANSWERED.. EITHER I WAS OR WAS NOT APPROVED.. I STILL HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW ESPECIALLY WHEN MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO THEM.

Review: I obtained a mortgage loan with Chase and they had not disclosed the 1% mortgage cash back offer since it was never offered to me. I discovered this offer on their website: https://www.chase.com/mortgage/mortgage-advantage/mortgage-cash-back and when I asked to get enrolled with the offer, I was declined since I did not meet the time-frame to enroll. However, I was never given the opportunity to enroll since the offer wasn't given to me and I happened to stumble across this myself. I found this to be misleading and poor customer service not to provide this option in the first place.I have a business and personal checking account including a business credit card and now a mortgage through Chase, so I would like to be given the opportunity to have this 1% mortgage cash back option for a loyal customer.Desired Settlement: Allow me to enroll in the mortgage cash back opportunity.

Review: It seems that I can never obtain a home loan modification from [redacted] I am an active duty service member. I have submitted numerous home loan modification packets and I have proof of all my fax confirmations showing when I have submitted the home loan modifications. I am not receiving any responses from Chase Bank regarding the status of my home loan modification. In addition I have this negative entry on my credit report stating an unpaid mortgage from the primary owner of the home. In 2011 I was awarded the property in a divorce and I have submitted this information with my home loan modification packet. Chase Bank will not respond to my requests but only months later tell me that a quick claim deed is required when the application states they only need a copy of the divorce decree or quick claim deed. I have provided all my documentation and I still have not received any responses. When I called back Chase the person that looks over my loan modification was very rude and I requested that another individual is assigned to my home loan modification. I filed a complaint with [redacted] and I have yet to receive a response back from the Corporate office. I believe their Home Loan Modification dept. doesn't respond to complaints in a timely manner therefore since I have not received an response I will be contacting [redacted], Revdex.com, [redacted] and the [redacted]Desired Settlement: I have noticed a negative credit entry from Chase on my credit report and Chase Bank will need to resolve the matter by removing the entry off my credit report. In order for them to do that I am requesting loan forgiveness, an approved loan modification or a civil court hearing if the negative credit entry is not removed from my credit reports. I would like know the status of my loan modification because I cant afford to pay a mortgage in Colorado and pay rent in NY. I would like to request loan forgiveness; removal of all negative entries from Chase Bank. I have been awarded the property though a divorce decree and I am unable to obtain a quick claim deed so therefore since I am a service member Chase Bank are not authorized to foreclose the home so they will need to approve the loan modification or provide me loan forgiveness. The negative credit entries from Chase are not allowing me to obtain financing to help take care of the home in Colorado so Chase will need to remove the credit entries from all 3 of my credit reports. Another resolution is to elevate my complaint to the [redacted] Office of the I[redacted] and the [redacted]. I will not talk to Chase Bank, I will contact them and let them know that I will be *iling a complaint with the *ollowing agencies. Legal action will be pursued against Chase Bank.

Review: I applied for a mortgage to combine my 1st mortgage and 2nd mortgage together. I received a mortgage conditional approval June 7 for a 15 year fixed mortgage for $168,314.00. I sent in all the information requested. July 12 Chase Home Finance at 343 Thornall Street, 8th floor Edison, NJ 08837 made an inquiry on my credit report and then on 11 July JP Morgan Chase, 194 Wood Ave S 8th floor Iselin NJ 08830 made another inquiry on my credit report. Even though you are not in Columbus OH, another inquiry was made on my report from the office in Columbus OH on July 11. I thought after they looked at my report in June that they would not keep looking up my credit reports. This set an alarm which the credit bureau sent me in my email saying that too many inquiries could mess with my scores. I in the meantime put a freeze on my credit. I am not sure what they are doing. I already have both loans with them anyway so I am not sure what the problem is. I have made my payments on time and the payments would stay the same. I had to send some information twice. Why so many inquiries? Something does not feel right. I am really concerned that the person I keep in contact with does not know what is going on and my personal information is in Ohio and New Jersey. The number I call is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Stop checking my credit scores at 7 and 8 something in the morning. Are you trying to find a reason for not giving me the loan? I have proven I can make the payments so what is going on? Is this the normal practice you put people through? I have been working for 35 years with the government and I don't think that I should be treated like this. I was born and raised in Washington DC and my first loan is almost paid for so why is this one a problem? I am also making more working at the post office. I just want to be treated fairly. I trusted you with my identity. What happened?

Review: I received your letter on the date shown above rejecting my “request for a loan modification”. I want to try and clarify the request that has been ignored consistently by Chase. Here is the letter I sent that led to an assumption that I wanted a loan modification based upon hardship: I have a mortgage with Chase with a balance due of $41,777 on a residence that is worth over $300 K. I have an excellent credit rating. The interest I’m paying is 6.125% --which is about twice of the current market rate for a mortgage. I have a couple of options: 1) pay-off the amount due (which I can do); or refinance the mortgage. I don’t want to pay it off at this point, nor to I wish to pay the costs associated with refinancing. Can Chase give me a lower—market-based rate of interest on the balance of my loan balance? I hope you can do so and retain me as a client—I’m a good source of dependable income for Chase. So, I was not asking for a loan modification based upon hardship. I have an excellent credit rating, have paid all my mortgage payments on time, and I’m very capable of continuing those payments. I tried to clarify my position based upon four letters I sent and even copied your CEO. I received no response other than continuing requests that I send the documents required for a hardship modification. I called the “Specialists” listed in your letters, but was unable to talk with them. All the correspondence I received indicated you were debt collectors and that I should contact my attorney. No one, including your CEO, ever bothered to listen to my request to receive a lower interest rate because your rates were roughly double the market rate and I felt I was a good customer you wanted to retain thru a lower interest rate. Your responses have treated me as if I am impoverished and concerned about a foreclosure—this is far from the truth. I did call your call center and after being transferred to several departments, I was told the load could be refinanced for an “above the market” interest rate with very high closing costs. The message I received is that you don’t want me as a continuing client. From your letter, I gathered that you had shared information with credit agencies that my “request for a loan modification” had been rejected. If this reflects a decline in my credit rating due to your incompetence, I will take legal action. I am extremely dissatisfied with Chase. I’m also a shareholder, but plan to sell all my shares with the thought that your extreme lack of customer focus will eventually lead to a big decline in share value. I am in the process of executing a loan to pay off my mortgage with Chase. And I will do all I can to direct other consumers away from doing business with Chase.Desired Settlement: Admit their incoptence in responding to my letter and assure my credit rating will not be adversely affected.

Review: In last 5 years my mortgage company had been Chase Bank in [redacted] on the North side. Recently Chase Bank sold my account to [redacted] In January 3, 2014 I made a payment to Chase Bank they accepted my payment and they did not inform me that my account was close. I did get a receipt. I did not receive any documents from [redacted] until the weekend informing me to make a payment. I called [redacted] telling them I had paid Chase Bank, they said, " don't worry all transaction and document will be sent to us". I called Chase they asked me to bring proof. They said, when you made the payment your account was closed. I said, if my account was close why did your Bank accept my payment and how did they process the payment. A month later, I started receive calls that I have not made a payment for the month of January. I have been harassed by [redacted] wanting the payment. Every month I have called [redacted] concerned about my account 1,2, and 3 times a week they said, that it was my fault and I should contact Chase. Chase tells me that the check has been sent. Till this day [redacted] has not received a payment I have been given the run around by Chase. Now I am constantly having to dispute with Chase and [redacted] over my account. Chase said, were sorry but we can not give you the money and will send another check. What has happened to the second check it is lost. I again, do not have another payment in my account. I insisted to Chase Bank to please give me the money so I can make my payment, they said, " No". They would send a wire transfer. I called [redacted] there is no transaction in my account! We are now in June 13, and I have NO payment in my account. Chase has not solved my dilemma. [redacted] is sending me letters with late payment fees, and interest rates higher due to Chase Bank not wanting to give me my money to make a payment. I am responsible for this payment this is my house. I am afraid that [redacted] has sent my account to the credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so I can make my payment I had been consistent with Chase Bank and I wanted the same with [redacted].

Review: I, [redacted], am currently in the process of assuming an FHA home loan with JPMorgan/Chase Bank from the current loan holder, [redacted]This process has been ongoing for over a month and a half since my initial application was receivedI have an assigned loan assumption specialist, Mrs[redacted]Mrs[redacted] and the entire process with Chase Bank has been a painful and blatant mishandling of my information with no regards for timeliness or accountability to the process
I have literally spent hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours filing out their forms, faxing, scanning, emailing, notarizing, and pleading with Mrs[redacted], her supervisor, and the generic chase customer service line via phone calls and emails for answers, updates or help with the process, all to no availI, and the current home loan holder are in total limbo, completely in the dark as to where we are in the process or what time line we're onToday is day since they received the application and all the documents they requested
Mrs[redacted] and her Supervisor, [redacted], do not answer simple requests for information and she continues to request information and forms she has already been sent multiple timesI've emailed or priority mailed everything she has asked for within the same day of receiving her requests, yet their responses, even when asking for duplicate information, typically take a week or more
We were officially told the process takes no more than days when we began, then Mrs[redacted] said today that it may be up to daysMr[redacted], the current loan holder, moves out of state in weeksThis process should have long ago been finished, yet we continue to get "the run around."Desired Settlement: All I'm asking for is that Mrs[redacted] and JP Morgan/Chase as a whole do their job in processing this application for a loan assumption in a timely and responsible mannerThe complete lack of interaction and blatantly delayed response time is unacceptable, especially considering this is a government FHA loanIf at all possible can you please contact her, her superiors, or JP Morgan in general and see if this situation can be properly and promptly handled
Mrs[redacted] can be contacted at ###-###-#### or by FAX# ###-###-#### or by email [redacted].[redacted]@chase.com

Your assistance and inquiry into this matter is greatly greatly appreciated

Review: We have lived in our home 25 years. We have had a record of our mortgage payments. Chase tried to default our mortgage into foreclosure. Wealmost lost everything. They kept telling us they were going to "remodofy" our loan but kept telling us to pay all these late fees. We kept paying and kept paying. We were both without work for a long while and went without Ins. We tried to catch up but Chase would not return our calls. We are paying 11 1/2 % interest to this date. My credit report numbers have raised very well except this negative late fees with chase. We do not think we were even in foreclosure or wanted the home back. I've tried to call them with no success. We have been on time with our payments "not one day late" for over 4 years +. Because of their terrible business practices and there negative remark on my credit report I cannot even get a good interest rate. And I'm sure their enjoying this. My own chase banker does not understand It but he cannot borrow me money. Please help us please. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please remove late days off my credit report so my family and I can live decent lives.
