Originally I was offered the $cheap cashWhen I called to redeem it, I received another hours of awful customer service from Cheaptickets where I was transferred around, put on hold for minutes, hung up on twice, and put on hold for more minutes
What is unnacepptable is the level of unprofessionalism by their "customer service" and by the person that just responded to the complaint as obviously she did no research on this issue and did not even read the descriptionI have spent over hours to redeem my $cheap cash, the lousy offer I was given from having to spend over hours trying to get back the $they stole from meAnd I am betting that when I log in to Cheaptickets.com the Cheap cash will not be there and I will have tonspend another hours trying to get the credit
Here is what I would like, a telephone call or numer where I can reach a manager who is aware of all of thisAn additional $cheap cash for the lousy service you provide while I was just trying to redeem my creditof $So to recap, a name and phone number of a manager, $cheap cash credit, and someone who knows what the heck is going on

I booked a hotel with Cheaptickets.com thinking it was a good deal They cancelled my booking without my request and charged me a canceling fee I will never do business with Cheaptickets.com again I will also be telling all my friends and family not to book with them Terrible business practices

CheapTickets requested additional information on the caseThe information requested was the date and time of the call and person I spoke to who told me I would receive the refund for the cancelled ticket
The answer is:
The call was placed the evening (PST) of May 20, The customer service agent's name was ***I do have this call recorded as a voice note on my phone if this is of interestIt is a long recording because I was on hold for a long time. *** assured me that I would receive an e-mail confirmation for a voucher in the value of $or $(it's hard to tell from the recording). When I told him that I was looking at my e-mail and hadn't received anything, he assured me that the servers were slow and I would receive a confirmation e-mail shortly, which I never received I followed up with an additional call and e-mail to Customer service the next day when I did not receive the confirmation e-mailI would like to emphasize that the issue at hand is not whether he made a mistake in offering me the voucherThe issue is that CheapTickets.com sold me a vacation waiver (cancel for any reason at any time before your trip) for $per person, thus implying that this waiver applied to each ticketIt is unacceptable to say after the fact that some tickets don't apply because they are a special type of ticketIn that case, the vacation waiver should be sold as one price for ALL THREE tickets or not offered at allBy selling the vacation waiver individually, one would reasonably assume the waiver applies to each ticket individuallyIf *** *** is not willing to honor the waiver then CheapTickets.com should step in and take responsibility for the product they sold and the promised termsThank you,

On April 19, 2016, CheapTickets attempted to contact Mr***; however, we were not able to reach him at that time
On January 26, 2016, CheapTickets processed a full refund in the amount of $for Mr*** hotel reservation back to the original form of paymentAdditionally, as a goodwill gesture, on April 12, 2016, CheapTickets deposited a $Electronic Travel Coupon into his CheapTickets online account, which he may view and access through his online account
We have further researched Mr***’s complaint and after giving the matter our full consideration we stand by our previous decision and are unable to render to Mr***’s request for additional compensation or refunds

I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned in my complaint I received a cancellation notification - which seemed to have been information and which was never correctedI did attempt to reach cheap tickets by phone twice the same day upon learning of the cancellation, but could not reach them at the phone number given in the message. If the onus is on me to reach cheap tickets before the scheduled flight departure date, and the number given is not reachable, there was really nothing more I could do but purchase another ticket through other means - which I did. Had cheap tickets never sent me the inaccurate cancellation message, I would have taken that flight without complication. Cheap Tickets is not taking any responsibility for their mistake, and I am forced to pay for it. I will never use their services again, and will advise others not to as well, should anyone ever ask me to recommend an online ticketing agency. I will not pursue any more attempts to obtain a refund through your agency, which if it was a professional first-rate agency would have arranged a refund immediately upon cancellation if it could not arrange an acceptable alternative travel arrangement.Sincerely,***

first I bought a ticket to NY for work , now I had family emergency and I can't make it to the flight , before I buy the ticket they were saying free cancellation , when I wanted to cancel they said you can cancel but you can't get your money back I explained to them my situation and it was something out of my hands and they were like we can't help you it is what it is , so what they care about is money this company is really bad to do business with and I highly recommend anyone who's reading this not to do business with them , they are crooks , not honest and evil they have not 1% humanity in them

They offered me a $voucher, which is insulting
