Flight Prices listed (with available seats remaining) are not the actual prices once you click purchase In fact, they are significantly different! I called on this and was told their system was updating and to check back in an hour hrs later, they still have the bait and switch going on Called again and was told they can't do anything about it

Instead, they completed my purchase this policy then later claim they was a link in "fine print" that the policy is not valid in my stateThey succcessful played "the game" and kept the money for themselves, almost $ I took snapshot of the screeens and at no time did it state (copies attached) their insurance was not good in my stateThey claim if I had clicked on MANY of the links I would have learned this, yet their web site took my policy money and did halted the purchaseAlso, I can NO idea I was buying from a third party as it did not state thatAfter I bought my policy it stated they do not underwrite in WA so not policy coverage How would I have know this at check out! I have all the pasted linked they say I needed to look at and it DOES NOT state thatIt did not state that until AFTER I checked the third policy web site directlyAlso, they deleted all my information I assume then after calling they uploading it again (it reappeared) I purchased three fights, I had to cancel ALL flights and rebookI could not cancel on the phone as their phone on June 18th at apx 5:said to call back for hours (a recording)So, I canceled and attempted to rebook on their web site, and I did so successfully As stated, No refund was offered, so I called and they said "you did not purchase insurance" yet I was billed and charged adn given policy numbers!!! So, I called their partner insurance and LATER they told me they do not offer the insurance in the state and cheap ticket knew that so they were surprised it let me buy the insurance on their site! Cheapticket web site NEVER told me the insurance was not available at booking and at purchaseThe site told ME after I bought the tickets that my insurance was not purchased via a e-mail WHICH IS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING AND THEY STILL TOOK THE INSURANCE PREMUIM TOOClearly, fraud! 1)They took money for cancel insurance clearly making it look like I was buying it from them directly 2)They made it appear it was their insurance program at check out then later said it was a third party company AFTER I bought it from them direclty! 3)They refused a refund 4)They took over almost $in less one minute and refuse to refund even with a flight that is months out and not full 5)I called Customer Service and said they would offer credit then said "you need to call the airlines that are on the booking for credit." When I asked why all the hoops, they said "we can not pull those up right now cause the airlines are holding the tickets." I called the airlines and they said they did not show me ticketed! So, tthey kept changing from the pointI assume after all the oomplaining I did they gor it all sorted out "to make things look right with the airline." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Originally I was offered the $cheap cashWhen I called to redeem it, I received another hours of awful customer service from Cheaptickets where I was transferred around, put on hold for minutes, hung up on twice, and put on hold for more minutesWhat is unnacepptable is the level of unprofessionalism by their "customer service" and by the person that just responded to the complaint as obviously she did no research on this issue and did not even read the description.I have spent over hours to redeem my $cheap cash, the lousy offer I was given from having to spend over hours trying to get back the $they stole from meAnd I am betting that when I log in to Cheaptickets.com the Cheap cash will not be there and I will have tonspend another hours trying to get the creditHere is what I would like, a telephone call or numer where I can reach a manager who is aware of all of thisAn additional $cheap cash for the lousy service you provide while I was just trying to redeem my creditof $So to recap, a name and phone number of a manager, $cheap cash credit, and someone who knows what the heck is going on Sincerely, J [redacted]

Booked a ticket with Cheaptickets.com for a friend and accidentally used her maiden name as her middle name, instead of her correct middle name Called the airlines to make the change and was told I would have to make the change with Cheaptickets.com Contacting CT.com was a nightmare Was told I couldn't make the change and would have to buy a whole new ticket Call the airlines she told me a middle name isn't even required! I was put on hold five times by five different agents and hung up on every time What a nightmare I haven't worked it out still Don't know what to do
