I couldn't book online because they don't take check cards! Only company in years that wouldn't accept check cards in my experienceI called and they were extremely non-helpful, and when the agent couldn't figure out what to do, he hung up on meI called management to complain and they didn't even want to hear itI'll never do business with them againI used to use them all the time, now I cant even recognize the companyAnd Revdex.com rates them high? Terrible, terrible, terribleCheaptickets.com has provided me with the worst costumer service I have ever receivedI made flight reservations with the company for spring break and it has been a nightmare trying to get my flight informationI have spent 2+ hours on the phone with their barely understandable Indian call centers, speaking to supervisors and managers getting no informationOne had the audacity to hang up on me after 45+ minutes of constantly putting me on holdThis is the worst airline booking service I have ever usedI will never recommend this to friends

I booked a two night stay at the [redacted] in Campbell California for the 27th and 28th of July 2016.My wife and Granddaughter were also there.I requested a king size bed with a extra roll out bed for my granddaughter.When we got to the hotel room the bed was a queen and a chair with a ottoman was supposed to be used as a roll out bed.My wife checked bath tub and found that the water jets were moldy, my wife also found hypodermic needles on top of the TV stand.I complained to the management and was told the could move me too another room, they never followed thoughCheap tickets charged for a poor experiencePat [redacted]
