We called and spoke with the cardholder on10/14/2015. We have since provided the cardholder our direct contactinformation, and expedited her a replacement (all fees waived). The cardholderdoes not appear to still require assistance at this time.Alisha

I am rejecting this response because: Eppicard has had almost 2 months the refund my stolen money. What could take longer than 2 MONTHS to refund money in this age of electronic technology? I want yo know what are my other options. Their fraud forms clearly state a was due a provusionary refund within 10 days of calling and filing a fraud claim. This us beyond too much!!! I have been waiting since November 6, 2015 to get my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:On April 18 2016 I went to check in at the Quality inn .. the room was terible and the night audit said that they would refund me my money .. well the company did not want to refund me so I filed a disputed with my card hopiing that I could get some resoultion out of them .. well that is not happen and I have spoken with them several of times regarding this matter and every rep... have a different answer .. I would just like to get this resolve please and get my refund 135.89

This is completely false. No one from the company has contacted me, the only contact from the company has all been a direct result of me contacting them. In fact everytime I have called they have told me there was nothing they could tell me, that if would have to wait to hear from the fraud department. Which doesnot talk with people on the phone. I am still waiting for my money, or even any new information.

I am rejecting this response because: my card still not working, after I was told my card "should" work; it didn't. I was told that this issue was persistent and that the system was rejecting new information. now a supervisor was going to be contacted; I was told to e-mail/call Monday to follow up on the issue. While I really appreciate them calling me back and trying to fix my card I still have to deal with other problems that could have been prevented months ago if only someone just took my phone calls seriously.

[redacted] user expressed concerns regarding the amount and timeliness of her child support payments. [redacted] is a disbursement tool for state agencies and has control over deposits made to the account only after the state disbursement unit loads those funds to the account....

When and how much of the cardholder's child support benefits are loaded to the cardholder's [redacted] is solely the jurisdiction of the state paying agency.The [redacted] offered preliminary assistance via email which the cardholder declined. The cardholder has the contact email of the Group if she has any additional questions or concerns regarding the use and security of her [redacted].  Thank You, [redacted]
