CAG attempted multiple times to speak to Ms [redacted] but was unable to make contact with the cardholderCAG has mailed Ms [redacted] our direct contact information so the cardholder can contact CAG directly to address her concerns

We called and spoke with the cardholder on10/14/We have since provided the cardholder our direct contactinformation, and expedited her a replacement (all fees waived)The cardholderdoes not appear to still require assistance at this time.Alisha

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no one has contacted me regarding this matter or have they sent out the documents that I requested, in which they claim to have received during their investigation It's been over month since I sent a certified letter requesting those documents and I still nothing I don't think an investigation was ever done, they're just telling customers that to put fear in them thinking they wont ask for the documents they claim to haveI would like my money back as well as the documents used in their investigationregards [redacted] ***

The CAG spoke to [redacted] regarding her concerns. CAG explained that she would need to contact NY unclaimed property to obtain her funds that had been escheated. [redacted] has no additional concerns at this time.
