Mr*** returned paperwork on July 28, stating his Google account was used to make purchases he did not authorizeGoogle has terms and conditions which require transactions to be disputed through their process when a google account is used for fraudI spoke to Mr*** on August 29, Mr*** stated he went through the process with Google and they could not help him. I requested the dispute information from the Google dispute in order to reopen his disputeMr*** declined to provide the documents neededMr*** dispute will remain closed until the documents are received as MasterCard/Visa chargeback guidelines require these steps to be fulfilled before a provisional credit can be placedIf a chargeback is issued without following certain requirements, it could be rejected losing chargeback rights causing Mr*** to lose out on the funds
Please keep in mind, Google requires the transactions to be disputed within days of the transactions being made

I am rejecting this response because:I have shown proof of fraud as the merchant “provided” proof that I actually made the charges but than any me an email stating they already refunded me my money and that
is completely contradictory and eppicard still wants me to get my money back from that merchant who is refusing to do soAs the source of my child support eppicard should now hold some responsibility for letting charges go against my account but they are refusing to do soThere is no help when money is fraudulently taken
