I have several orders , that I paid for with choxi going back to april 2016, and have not received the ones missing , the orders said active , but nothing delivered,,, sent an email about this, they gave me a lame excuse, about a tracking number, I said no tracking number , cause it was not sent, still said active, now since 0ctober *** ,the choxi web site , seems to be gone and I no longer getting emails on productsI just want my money back any ideas how I can resolve thisthanks

I have been dealing with this company in trying to get my refund back, for over a year, only to discover that I was told that I can only get half of it back because they were restructuring the companyNow I cant even get THAT back!! I am out over dollars

Order few items together and one was not delivered sent severs,e mails and asked yogi even refund constantly replying and asking to wait after they contact supplier and at the end item was never delivered I am still waiting for refund
And the wrist particular applied any discount you loose your discount since you spoiled towards purchase so refund is goung yo come with discount and I lost the promotion
Secondly they are luring customers to buy the cheap sale item and not deliver
So I mgoing yo stop buying from this site

I have attempted to contact the company over times, to no avail...I made a purchase on July **, 2016...I was told allow 10-days to receive information on shipping notification
It is now 8-**-and I still have not received any product, nor have I received the refund I requested multiple times
I have also accused them of credit card theft since the purchase was paid for and cleared my bank days after the purchase
I have explained this over and over and have asked for a complete refund and have never received any sort of communication back from the company

I made an online purchase on 10/**/for $ I authorized Choxi to take $from my Debit Card I have not heard from them pertaining to my order I called them Monday, 10/**/@ 2:PM & the recorded message said, the office is closed today & will reopen on Monday morning @ AM EST
This is the 2nd time this year that I've had this experience with Choxi When they were No More Rack, there was never a problem with receiving my orders When I contacted them earlier this year, they eventually told me that the item I ordered was not available; they refunded my money & gave me a $credit (I think it was $20, may have been more) on my account
I often order online from different companies & I have never experienced such poor customer service There's no way to even track my order, because when I go to the website, it doesn't show an order pending
People need to know that Choxi does not provide the excellent customer service that No More Rack did

I order pair skinny jeans and pair leggings over a month and half ago still not recived but they already charge my card said I should recive my order in two weeks still have not recived my order in over days this company should be put out of buissness by our goverment this company stinks

I placed an order with Choxi on August *, I used my bank card for payment which processed on August *,
I have received none of the items ordered as of September *, I have sent two emails to the company and made numerous attempts to reach Choxi customer service by phone during business hours

I ordered a tablet for my son, it came on time in good conditionA few weeks later it stopped working, I call Nomorerack, they told me to return the tablet and sent return labels via emailThey needed to inspect the tablet, it took a few days for them to respond, but they did They sent the tablet back to the manufacturer and issued me a credit I used the credit to order another tablet and case with no problems

I placed an order in April The company was unable to fulfill the order, so they offered to credit the purchase price plus 25% This was not a problem, as I was still willing to purchase a similar product when it became available No similar product became available, then the emails stopped sometime in September, I eventually read that the company was in financial trouble and the website was down They still have the $I spent (plus the $credit)

Do not do business with this companyI ordered two items and was told I would receive them in to days I never got my order, and when I ask for my money back, They kept itBewear they will rip you off I do not know how they stay in business

I bought some Item's from Choxi.com and after a month of trying to contact them I found out that I could not get to their site! I tried and tried but nothing so I went into a complaint site and found alot and I mean alot of poeple had the same problemI also went into their old site NOMORERACK.COM and found the same problem!
