I put order for Home Basics Heavy-Duty 4-Tier Wire Shelving - Assorted Colors on June **, 2016.They charged my credit card immediately but it's been more then a month and I have not received the item yet. After calling them 2-3 times and wasting my around 2-3 hours they told me that they will not be able to ship this item because they do not have this in their inventory. Is it this great?

After purchasing a sweater I received a confirmation email with my old address on it even though I changed the shipping address. I even received a magazine subscription with my correct address with the purchase. I called customer service and received a response from their agent, Helgia telling me that I would have to wait until the product shipped and contact the shipper to change the delivery address. After contacting the shipper, I was told by them that the company would have to go into fed ex smart post and change the address which Choxi's rep refused to do. I went back and forth with them, they even told me that if someone at our old address got the package I was going to be out the purchase. This is unacceptable! They claim that customer service is their number one priority, what a joke! No wonder the Revdex.com in NY has had to go after them several times for their unethical business practises. No wonder they had to change their name. I will be communicating via social media to boycott this company!

Worst company I have every dealt with. Everything I have bought is either defective or is dirty or is the wrong size or color. They say "Oh just send it back"!! 3 times!!!! Please dont order from this company. It is really really the worst I have ever encountered and I spend a lot of money shopping online.

I have ordered several things from this company, but my last four orders have failed to be fulfilled. Perhaps I was foolish to order as many times as I did after having an issue, but I hoped things would improve. Two orders were refunded, one I was given a credit for and the fourth order (which I bought with the previous credit) I am still waiting for after three months! I'm sure they will cancel this order and offer another "credit" but what is the point if I never get anything! DONE with this business.

Very bad people to deal with. I ordered 10 watches before Christmas. I received 10 and mailed out 2 for Christmas presents. I was told they didn't work so I returned the other 8 in the same box I received them in, with 3 authorization numbers inside attached to the 3 packages. They stated they only received 3 watches so they only paid me $81.00. There is no way they could have overlooked the other 2 packages inside the box. Either they have a thief working in receiving or they are just crooks. They have their merchandise back and my money. Buyer beware. These are bad people to deal with.

The product you purchased clearly states that the item is refurbished and has a 90 day warranty. Please see the link below for confirmation. very unhappy I placed 3 orders in december. the first was delivered to correct addres. the second two orders they shipped to an old address and wont help resolve the issue. basically they told me it is my problem.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It just doesn't matter any more. All of the tablets that we bought are not working properly. On another note, I used my captialone credit card on your site several times and that was your site only. Never used it for anyother site or even buying items. I had just recived the card also when I strated buying from your company. Well my card number and information was used and my card was used to purchase items and max out my card. Thank goodness for captial one catching on and takine care of the matter. But you should be aware that someone in your company somewhere down the line are stealing CC numbers and either using them thier selfs or selling them. You might just want to have a look.  I gave your site to several people and they too all of a sudden had thier numbers highjacked. More than a mere coniendese. As for the tablets It really doesn't matter to me anymore. I have [redacted] to even [redacted] anymore. I just know I will never shop there again nore will I advise anyone I know to shop there.  This is just plain ridiculous. I develop web applications for a living and I know how easy it is to make a functioning email. I do it every day. Every other email list I'm on does this. Once you click on an item in their email you're taken directly to the listing on their site for that item. It's not hard. You are doing this intentionally. Add that to the fact that you want me to put in EXTRA effort to find something on your site and you hope that I end up purchasing it. But it gets even worse. Not only did your representatives absolutely refuse to send me the direct link, they then LIED to me about the item being out of stock when I could find it myself. Shady business practices with intentionally non-working emails, lazy customer service representatives, and customer service reps who LIE to customers show an overall unprofessional business structure and lack of respect for customers. Do not count on my business anytime soon. This isn't the only place on the internet my experience and my grievance has been posted.

This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to use a discount code with my order, which was accepted during checkout. However, once the order was placed, it removed the discount and charged me full price. When I contacted the company, they said the code was not good on sale items and that it was a snafu on their end, promising me a full refund They canceled the order but then disputed the refund even though they never shipped any items. I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit company. They now have locked my account despite it being their error and could care less about losing a customer. Shoppers beware!
