Just Dont! I have received perhaps 75% of my orders. The other 25% is lost in never never land. Choxi does not have any information from their vendors about fulfillment or tracking of your items. After 3 weeks you can cancel and if you get Choxi credit it's like a snowball of continuous missing orders. 2 pair of earrings arrived 2 months after ordered. I actually forgot about them. Surprise! Prices are not that great compared to the question of maybe I'll receive it. I have been ordering from them since there change over from [redacted]. I am done. Even leaving 37 dollars of unfulfilled orders. Perhaps the items might show up someday.

I bought two office chairs from them and had problems from the start. They kept wanting me to pay for the chairs eventhough they had my money from pay pal. they cancled the order then when I sent them they had been paid they reinstated the order. I received the chairs and you would have to be a giant to sit in them. ( the lift was too long. I've sent them an email describing what was wrong and the return was that they had been delivered. That is not the problem the chairs were unusable due to the height of the seat.

Choxi has been SPAMing me for months. Repeated unsubscribes and emails to their customer service team result in nothing. I get bogus reassurances that my case is being "escalated" and the problem will be resolved. All of this is obviously a total lie. I tried posting the horrible experience to their [redacted] page and they banned me. I have taken to [redacted] and [redacted] to leave negative feedback on every post and item I can find. At this point it is the only thing I can think of to get them to stop SPAMing me.

 It has been months!  I put it into the recycling a few weeks ago!  I no longer have it to return.  I would like my money back.  If you had responded sooner I could have and would have gladly returned it.

order a set of sheet on 6/**/2016 never received it called company a few time never open...sent to email. got one response saying that they are being shipped. over a month ago never arrived..try calling company again...

[Your Answer Here]They informed me that since I had filed a complaint, they had closed my account. Therefore, although I have sent numerous emails to them about what they owe me, they refuse to allow me to access my account to get the money they had refunded to me. For every email I send them, they send the same rejoinder. We are just going around in circles. At last count, I had 17 emails to them and many more had been deleted over the course of the month.

On January **, 2014 a refund was issued in the amount of $22 for two pairs of earrings. On January **, 2014 an RMA was also created so you may return the ** earring pair for a refund, but it was not returned because you did not want to pay for the return shipping. A refund cannot be issued if we do not receive the product back. Customer service also issued you a $5 credit for the inconvenience.

I have used Choxi - previously No More Rack several times over the past 2 years, but my most recent two separate orders in July......have not even shipped! It's now THREE months! They told me they would cancel if I wanted, but I ordered these items BECAUSE I wanted them! However I am now filing complaints wherever I can and advising all of my friends to NOT use this site. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am now demanding my money back from them. We'll see how that goes. Probably another three month wait!

Dealing with choxi is frustrating. I ordered an item and never received it after 3 weeks. Thing is that they gave me a tracking number but it turned out to be false. I contacted them asking where my package was and they had me call [redacted] and [redacted] before informing me that the package was never sent and that they will be sending my item promptly. What a waste of time. Its been almost a month and still no package. I keep asking for a refund and Choxi just sends me a generic email response saying sorry and that my package is on the way....

I purchased a laptop in mid October, good price, good reviews. Delivered via [redacted], however received wrong product. Immediately contacted Choxi explained did not receive ordered goods and received a prepaid return label that day. Returned to [redacted]. However, it is now late November. Choxi claims their depot has not received the returned product and thus they cannot issue a refund... The prepaid return route did not have tracking, so no proof on my end that the package was ever received. If you return to Choxi, buy the tracking or they will deny receipt of product. Or better yet, don't order from them, they are not reliable and do nothing to guarantee you will receive what you paid for. Avoid this company.

I'm sorry that are you unhappy with our fraud policies.  Your order was flagged by our automated fraud prevention tool.  When this happens we request additional information from the customer to ensure that the appropriate party is making the purchase....

 Providing this information is of course optional but we must cancel and refund the order if this information is not provided.  Please keep in mind that these polices were put in place to protect consumers from their cards being used without their authorization.  Upon reviewing your account, I see that your order was cancelled on November [redacted].  A refund was processed on the same day and should already be reflected back onto your account.

This could not be provided. You contacted NMR again on January ** and **, and the same information was asked of you. If you can, please respond to this complaint with a copy of that information so I may resolve your issue. If you cannot, I will consider this matter closed.

I ordered two two-pack "genuine [redacted]" brush heads. None of the four fit properly and were in very convincing "[redacted]" packaging. I compared them to the ones I have from [redacted], and there were noticeable differences. Nomorerack is selling a copyright infringing product, and this is illegal. They are profiting off of the [redacted] brand, and tarnishing the brand by selling subpar quality products. Their customer service seems to be making it very easy to work with them. However, they're asking me to send back both boxes in two separate packages. Even though they were sent to me in one, and obviously shipped from the same company. This is an assumed cost by the consumer for the additional box, and it seems like an unnecessary request. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from this fraudulent website again.
