So just to be clear, you've sent me a copy and paste response with 'terms and conditions' with zero effort to make this right or even address the fact that YOU made a mistake, not me. It is clear that the corporate structure at Dick's sporting goods is more focused on saving a penny than keeping a lifetime customer. This company will never see a dime of mine or my families again.

Dear Revdex.com,   Our systems show that Mr. [redacted]’s online order was placed at 7:06 PM on December 23, 2016, which would make the following day (Christmas Eve) the first business day.  Our online orders undergo a processing time (separate from the shipment time frame) of up to 2 business days....

That being said, the order processed within that time frame with the exception of excluding Christmas day, as our fulfillment locations, mail carriers, etc. were all closed. Mr. [redacted] had requested the order to be intercepted and returned to sender, which was also done per his request. He has since been refunded for the order.   Thank you, DICK’S Sporting Goods

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been in email communication with Liz at Dick's Sporting Goods.  We have exchanged two emails.  In both emails, Liz addressed my concerns for the agregious service I received, and offer a $25 gift card for the inconvenience I experienced.  I am still waiting to hear about the bait and switch pricing and how this will be handled going forward.  My frustration with the situation continues to be the pricing changed three times during the course of the checkout and failure to correct and honor the sale prices.  I am still waiting for this to be addressed.

Field & Stream has offered 20% off my next order, but that is unacceptable. I just want Field & Stream to honor their 15% off my previous order as they honored for other customers that same day. As stated before, they gave the 15% off an order only five hours after my order for the same products.
