My physical card has since been put into my lock box and will no longer be usedI will pay off the debt only to keep my credit in good standing and at the time of last payment I will be canceling the accountI will blog, post to [redacted] , [redacted] and tell everyone who will listen how horrible Citi Financial truly isHow they do not honor what they allow you for credit, and how they read from a script when calling customer service or chatting online, and just flat out do not care about their consumerOh and they have told me four seporate times that they will give me one thousand "thank you points" and I have only recieved two thousandCiti Financial are crooks and liarsI would not wish them on my worst enemy! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I can confirm that they business did call me.I cannot confirm that the complaint was closed or resolved.They commented that the call was recorded for training purposes only.They stated that they could not accept my request for not having bag fees.I told them that I understood they chose that position but that I did not agree.My position is I flew on AA flights, I have evidence of AA flights, I booked on AA web siteand I perceive they have credit card positioned (which I used to book the flight) to allow bags checked without fees.I cannot confirm based on the $in charges that they have met my expectations.Not resolved, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
