Revdex.com:I would like to thank the Revdex.com for assisting me with this matterI also wanted to thank the Bank (Chairman's Office) for responding back and for their assistanceI was informed by the Bank, the total amount charged each month of US$was refunded back in to my accountHowever, I would like to verify this through past bank statements which I have no access even onlineI can only see statements up to December I would appreciate if the bank could send me statements free of charge to my mailing address the statements from April till December as I do not have access to them

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***I would like to REJECT the response from Citizens bank The root of my complaint is that they failed to properly notify me of there intent to reposses the *** *** (no phone call), and they claimed to have sent a notification letter on July th which I still have not seen.The response they sent was not timely, a phone call from them asking me to review my complaint a day or two after I filed, a reimbursement of one payment that they receiverd a couple of days prior to repossesing, and a large packet that I receive last week, with my initial contract, a payment history and some other mailings they sent out which were not pertinent to the repossesion.I am still looking to be reimbursed total in repossesion fees they charged, and to release my vehicle from ** ***

I spoke with *** extension ***, she is the representative that assisted me with putting a stop payment on check This call was recorded on behalf of citizens and is in their recordsI explained my situation entirely to *** and she assured me a stop payment on the check would solve my issue***'s number is *** ext***when the check hit my account again, I talked to ***, aswell as ***, and was told that the bank did not make an errorI was also told that the situation would be reviewed by the chairmen from their coorperate office because they did not have the authority to rebate any feesThe chairmen called me and stated she was going to review my account and respond back by mailI haven't received anything yet on 9/28/
