Although I appreciate the return of moneys taken for purchases that I did not make there are two outstanding transactions that have not been correctedOnce those two have been corrected there will still be the matter of the overdrafts that they caused and the overdraft fees that Citizens bank charged meUntil all matters currently being disputed and all over drafts fees returned this matter must remain unresolvedI will go into the branch in the morning see if there is something on my part that can be done to resolve this matter as well. Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On March 15, 2017, Ms*** notified the Revdex.com she had not received our resolution letter which was mailed on March 7, 2017. The Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved on March 16, 2017. On March 23rd via telephone, we confirmed Ms*** has received our detailed response letter with enclosures. Although this may not be the outcome Ms*** hoped for, we have fully addressed our customers concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Good Afternoon,We would like to provide more information regarding Revdex.com complaint #*** for *** *** , a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On December 2, we received a second rebuttal communication from Mr*** in response to our notification that we were still researching his additional concerns and would also be responding in writing to a similar complaint provided by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau once our research was completed.On December 5, 2016, the Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved.We communicated with Mr*** via telephone on January 5, Also, a detailed response letter with enclosures has been provided to our customer via mail on January 17, 2017.Although the outcome may not have been what Mr*** had hoped for, we feel we have fully addressed this matter and consider this issue resolved.We request to have the Revdex.com reporting status updated accordingly.
