Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received the company's response, however, I am still in the dilemma of having a college degree and the student loans to go with it, but I am unable to get employed in the state of Louisiana with my college degreeI have paid what I borrowed, maybe not exactly but pretty close to it but my balance never goes downI have tried to talk to the company but they refuse to want to helpThey are automatically telling me that nothing can be doneI am currently a substitute teacherMy office was closed in MarchI do what I can to get my loan paid but it does not always workI would like a little help and/or guidance from a company that wishes to boast about their customer service skillsIn the nearly ten years I have had my loan I have yet to see any type of helpI do not think that it should cost me thousand dollars on a thousand dollar loan Regards,

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am sick and tired of this corrupt company hiding behind the laws they lobbied to have passed to protect themselves instead of the students They are predatory lenders and I will not stop file complaints against them via CFPB, Revdex.com, and my senators and representatives First, there is absolutely no reason they cannot share their responses with the Revdex.com What are they hiding? Nothing Generic responses to every complaint that do not contain any identifying information Their excuse to protect my privacy is garbage They don't care about it They claim in there letter, "We are here to help you in anyway we can" Yet, they have offered absolutely no help unless it allows for them to continue to make more and more money while raising interest rates and the terms of the loans They are a predatory lender They pray on students and confuse them when they sign up for student loans promising flexibility and affordable payment options There is nothing affordable about an 10.75% interest student loan That is robbery! They always make a point to mention that I signed the promissory note and are liable for the principal and interest of the loan I never imagined in my wildest dreams the interest rate would come close to 10% They are also very specific to point out that, "Private loans are not eligible for the same options that are available for federal loans and therefore cannot be serviced as federal loans" Seems to me they can, they just choose not to because they can just continue to raise interest rates and extend the term of the loan Seems to me they could VERY EASILY adjust the loans to make the the things they promised when us young naive students signed them and is make them affordable with options I know a way they can help me, they can make the loans just like federal ones Seems like the only thing stopping you to provide such advantages is yourselves You are a corrupt and greedy organization NO ONE SHOULD EVER TAKE OUT A LOAN WITH SALLIE MAE OR NAVIENT NO ONE I STEER EVERYONE I KNOW AWAY FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT ALSO PRIVATE STUDENT LOANS IT DISGUSTS me your company has been able to get away with such lending practicesI will continue to fight ensure that private student loans are highly regulated and brought in terms with federal loans It disgusts me you find such interest rates acceptable I won't stop fighting until my interest rates are dropped THAT is how you can help me so I can pay these loans off faster and be done having to do business with you If you want to help, then that is exactly what you will do! Regards, [redacted]
