Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The mail that I received has not given me any new informationIt only states that I am not eligible for the rate reduction program becuase I have taken on more debtIt appears to me like a canned email, and in my opinion is it only a way to circumvent the Revdex.com Complaint processIt does not address my issue There is no definition on how to become eligible or other options offered for a reduced paymentIt does not make sense that I would not be eligible becuase I have taken on more debtIt makes sense to me that I would be more eligible because I have incurred more debt for such necessary things as medical bills (higher credit card balances)This issue stems from the fact that I was misled by them that I could extend this program by just calling at the appropriate time(which I'm glad I did) If I was told a year ago, that I would have to apply and qualify for it, I would have tried to make different choices where I couldOr in the very least tried the best I could to 'retain' my eligibility status for this programMy payment in essence is being increased over 40% in one month, with only a month notification (Less if I would not have been proactive and called) I need a path, or plan to have my payment lower that what they are proposingI've moved as much of the debt as I could away from Navient because Great Lakes(one of their competitors) has 'Much' better customer service, and offered me a graduated repayment planWhere my payments start out low and increase over the years(allowing for time to adjust, get raises with my employer, etc...) I wish I could have moved all the debt away from Navient, or they would at least care enough to try and help, with programs like Great Lakes offers.Regards, [redacted]

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem:Navient violated confidentiality and my privacy and the fair credit reporting actI requested a co-signer release from Navient on a year old student loan and they claim I still don't qualifyMy cosigner is in poor health and needs to be releasedIf you look at their pre-qualifying requirementsI am an executive and have had a stable job making over $90,000, I have a doctorate and an MBA and completed all of my programsI am not in default, I am not a payment plan with them, more than half of my credit cards had balances at the time they pull my report and my federal loan are in the process of being consolidating which do not impact this loan in anywayI have not missed any payments of this loan either.I meet all of the qualificationsThey claim that after years and paying the loan for the last on time that I do not qualifyThey first stated in a letter I received in June that my income was insufficient,I told to submit more documentation regarding my income and when I did that they came up within even excusesThey claimed to have a dispute committee but it never made it to this supposed committee which does not existhen after I demonstrated that the my income ($103,year annually) was more than sufficient then they stated other things in my credit report that were not accuratelyI called to speak to a representative who was not polite and who claimed my large federal loan which has nothing to do with this loan was too big and I needed to pay that one down significantly first before they would consider releasing my cosignerThey continue to make it every excuse to keep my cosigner tied to this loanThey have now issued a letter detailing what they claim was in my credit report to my cosigner with out my permission and violated my rights and confidentiality as again they are trying to make the case that I don't qualify even though they state that credit is not entirely of their decision and again I meet all of their other criteriaSome of their reps have any made statements that they would go after my co-signer's estateThe claim about going after her estate was made in a phone in October and was stated in several calls over the last years while getting trying to get her releasedThey even claim in a letter that I did not make consecutive payments and have made the paymentsThey refused to take me out of their deferment when I asked them not to defer my account and refused to give me a regular payment amountThey kept making the claim that my account was paid upTheir practices are illegal and unethical and they need to release my year old cosigner from this debt that she will never have the ability to payThey violated confidentiality as they had no right to disclose to my cosigner anything that the claim was in my credit report as I requested the co-signer release and I filed the better business reportThis continues to mislead the cosigner, her family and creates more conflict on trying to get her released.Translate Desired Outcome:They retract what they have sent in the form of information to my cosigner regarding my credit report and they need to release her form the loanI have already filed formal complaints with the FTC and State's attorney General

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been in contact with a representative from NAVIENT regarding this matter I have been told that they will "work with me" on this matter The latest was that I will have to pay over $2,before being placed back on a payment schedule to repay the loan I was told that this must be paid before the payment schedule can be adjusted This, for the most part, covers "late fees" associated with non payment As the original complaint stated, the errors occurred by the businesses when the loan was transferred from Sallie Mae to NAVIENT There has NEVER been late payments in the history of the loan until this transfer I received payment statements from NAVIENT and paid those on time They have always had my address, personal information, and phone, yet I received no notificiation of late payments The payments they received were directed to different locations on their end Since being notified, I have spoken with numerous different representatives who instructed me to do various things with the payment This includes changing the account number I have completed everything that was requested and still, the accounts are a mess This error was initiated by NAVIENT While I would like to repay the loan, I will not pay late fees for something that was not my fault Further, I will not pay a large bulk payment in order to start the repayment schedule I can not afford to do that I would like to start repayment where the account left off after the transfer Please look at the records of repayment and notice that everything prior to the transfer from SALLIE MAE to NAVIENT had been payed on time Regards,
