1/4/10:am Telephone response obtained from the company as followsThe company stated they do not recall anyone yelling or being rude and they apologize if consumer misunderstoodThe company stated they will look at nails and if fungus is present they recommend removing the artificial nail and getting it treated.The company stated if the consumer does not want to remove the artificial nail and still get serviced, they do have the consumer sign a form stating that the company will not be liable

A representative from the Office of Customer Advocate contacted the customer by telephone on February 12, and resolved the issue with the customer

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Navient sent me a letter postmarked 2/7/with a refund check of $due to a loan overpayment received 1/3/ I still believe that I was overcharged late fees and interest throughout the life of my loans Navient sent me a "declining balance statement" which reflects payment toward my principal balance in absurd amounts like $while $went towards interest! I had been paying on my loans for at least two years, yet the balance barely declined I feel that Navient has unfairly taken my hard earned money and they should fully review my account, recalculate ALL interest and refund me appropriately of all interest that I paid unnecessarily This company has terrible consumer practices Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I truly believe the nail salon gave me the nail fungus because I have never ever experienced that in all the years I have been getting my nails doneI can even provide proof from the previous nail salon I use to go to prior to letting City Star do my nails and the owner of that salon is who did my nails and she has over years experience with this serviceI believe for service recovery City Star Nails should in the least reimburse me for the money I spent to get my nails done and ended up getting the? fungus from them causing me to have to get nail ointment and nail care for several weeks Regards, [redacted] ? ?
