Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They have refused to try and help with my credit score due to this issue saying that they just report accurate informationThey could send a letter to the bureaus stating that they did not ever try to contact me as the co-signer by US mail and send information that the email address or the payments they had received were not from me except for the payoff amount after I realized my credit score dropped and then started the investigation as to what happenedAccording to the internet Navient does not have a very good recordMy credit score was excellent for years and now it dropped pointsThis is why I cannot let this dropI understand you can do just so much but I will look into obtaining an attorney if my letters to the credit bureaus that I am now writing get nowhereI do realize that this is a small thing compared to what many people have to deal with and I am thankful that God has been so good to me but my credit did mean a lot to me

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was contacted by a lady by the name of [redacted] from NavientShe told me there is nothing she can do to change the interest rate of the loanI think that is a complete lie because you can negotiate interest rates with banks, credit card companies, etcI have also been told by others that they have negotiated the interest rate on their student loansThey sent me the original copies from the loan when Sallie Mae owned it and it does state 13% interest but I believe this company should work with their customers to help them achieve a better life instead of being in debt for forever [redacted] also told me that I should just go get a different loan to pay it off to be done with themThe only way I would consider is if they dropped the interest and just allowed me to pay off the principal Regards,

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowNavient's response is full of lies, misrepresentations, inconsistencies and nonsense My "customer advocate", [redacted] , is obviously not a customer advocate in any sense She is patently a corporate advocate hired to detail customer complaints in any way possible Ms [redacted] presented in her response creatively edited "transcripts" from my conversations with Navient representatives Two conversations stand out for me: Ms [redacted] says that in January of 2015, I told a Navient rep that I'd never heard of public service loan forgiveness How can this be true, when Ms [redacted] at the same time admits that in I was asking Navient's parent company, Sallie Mae, about public service loan forgiveness? Second, Ms [redacted] egregiously misrepresents my conversations with employee Dennis and supervisor Joyce Contrary to make [redacted] assertions, both Dennis and Joyce were shocked that Navient, knowing I was a public servant, hid from me the need to consolidate to a direct loan to get public service loan forgiveness They both were clear and unambiguous about Navient's duty to steer public servants towards direct loans, not away from them Navient is being sued from all directions for a reason: they lie and cheat to line their pocketsWorse yet, the U.SDeptOf Education permits them to do it without penalty, while student loan debtors, like myself, continue to sufferSchemer

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not received fraud packet Issue not resolved

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe company never did anything to fix this issue and just gave a couple sentence generic response that they gave to all the other Revdex.com complaints against them that I readHow can they get away with over complaints in years? What they did to me is is illegalI never authorized them to pull funds from my account, especially days earlier than what I agreed to with the original loan companyThey should be held accountable for my bank feesI don't understand how they can operate and get away with all they doI have sent several emails and they never respondThey have no actual easy way to contact themI have asked repeatedly to stop taking funds out early and if they couldn't to change my dateI chose that date in the first placeThey have no right to take funds out of my account whenever they feel like it just because the original loan company gave them my account and routing number I never signed any kinds of agreement with Navient and have no desire to do business with a company that has no problem screwing up customer accounts.Someone should review the Revdex.com complaints and deal with all the illegal things they do and have been getting away with
