I emailed the company asking to have a manager contact me or perhaps I should get a lawyerWhat Navient is doing is unacceptable, you cannot reach a manager and they don't seem to want to help as much as they pretend toI think this company needs to take it's customers seriously Regards, [redacted] ***

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have not received the item cited in the response It states something was sent in the postal mail on November 2ndI have not yet received it and it appears the five days I have to respond to the Revdex.com will expire before I receive this item Navient stated to you it would sendBut I did receive on the 4th of November a personal email from a Navient representativeShe stated she would send me, via email, the form I need to complete to resolve my Income-Based Repayment renewalShe stated it would be send to me within hours via email It is now the 9th of November and I have yet to receive the cited form I tried to reply to her email today but the email account she sent from does not receive emails so I send one through the Navient customer service system and it will take 3-days to get a replyMy November payment (the one that has increased around $1,a month) is due on the 14thI completed (and had approved) my Income-Based Repayment renewal in July in order to have it completed promptly and now it is the last 'minute' Not sending the application form as promised to arrive in hours, is yet another problematic situation in Navient's already-frustrating business practices Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was contacted by [redacted] from Navient ( [redacted] I have been receiving phone calls requesting payment from ECMC (***) which is the collection agency for Navient They are stating that I am on a minimal timeline to start paying them before my wages are garnished That time period is up this week I have reported this to the voicemail of [redacted] and have not recieved a return call This is a time sensitive issue and I feel the timeline has not been taken into consideration when correcting Navient's error The longer I have to wait to have this issue adjusted, the more damage will be done due to the negligence to solve my issue in a timely manner I am requesting that Navient notify ECMC [redacted] of their error and stop the collection while they waiting on the re-purchase of my loan I need to ensure that there will be no further action or damage while this problem is being resolved Thank you for your assistance Regards,

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have complained regarding this matter to several individuals instead of helping me the continuously transferred me to the representative I have had a hard time with, [redacted] I recently received an voicemail to contact Devon at 888- [redacted] in which I did and left a voicemail, but I have yet to receive a responseIn the past when I approached an alternate representative on this matter they corrected the issue; however, I recently found this issue hasn't been taken are of with TransunionIn which I have spoken to management at Transunion recently and they have advised the loan is still reporting as of today days past due and showing closedI advised them if the loan is closed and transferred why is it showing and remarks and why is it still showing days late as of todayThey advised me I will need to contact the creditor it transferred to in order to have the change it to current and closed and also report no amount Is owed to this companyI also spoke with a manager at the department of EDU and she advised this should have been updated when the loan transferred and advised me to contact Navient; yet, Navient is giving me an extremely hard timeSending me a letter is not resolving the issueI believe I may have to contact an attorney of this is not taken care of properly, in which this is also a violation of the FCRAThis matter needs to be resolved correctly and as soon as possibleI am tired of going back and fourth with this company on the same issue in which the old creditor and Transunion are advising I need to contact NavientThis is obscured!I have attached the information from Transunion proving they are the only loan closed still reporting days lateA closed account cannot be reporting as derogatory and days late, in which I have already discussed with Transunion Regards, [redacted]
