Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have received a letter from Navient representative [redacted] with explanations of the rules of the student loanI understand the rules and I don't need to be reminded about itMs [redacted] stated in the letter that the student loanis now in a student deferment and repayment is postponed until December 20, I was able to check the loan status and it does say that payment starts on December 20, I am afraid that next month I will be going throughthe same issue, dates will change and phone calls and emails will start againWe've provided information needed, my daughter paid a fee to school to have a letter stating that she is full time studentThat letter was mailed to Navientand the phone call was made to Navient to make sure that they have informationThis is an ongoing event between Navient and meI placed a call to Ms [redacted] and waiting for a call back, just to make sure that the situation doesn't repeat itself againFor that reason, I still need more time Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After speaking to a rep from Navient once they were contacted by the Revdex.com I received a letter showing this account and did not receive a confirmation of payment from them like I was toldI was told that this account was sold to Allied Interstate LLCI received a letter today from Navient stating it will take days from the time of payment before I will get anything and that they will be updating to creditors as "settled" with an additional comment of "account paid in full for less than full balance"The balance is still not at zero from Navient and at 10:am today I received an email from Allied Interstate LLC giving me receipt and confirmation of payment which I will be sending to credit bureausSo the company they sold it to was able to provide me information even though I had to go through the Revdex.com because they were still calling trying to collect after I paid themAs I told the lady I spoke with it still doesn't settled everythingI still feel they didn't report correctly and in addition to it they want to delay, and add comments in that could affect me in the futureI was told they would report as paid in full by [redacted] from Navient and that it would show a zero balance when I pull my credit reportI have settled with a different company before and they showed it as paidHad Navient told me back then that private loans can't go into forbearance, this account wouldn't have defaultedI still don't remember receiving a letter saying it defaulted or that this account was sold off to another person before Allied Interstate LLCIn addition to everything that has been going on they deleted my address on my accountI felt it was a attempt to say they couldn't get a hold of me after I made the complaint to the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted] ***
