Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Complaint Type:Customer Service IssuesselectProblem:Over the past years, Navient has repeated changed their stance, not notified me (within federal notifications guidelines) and continue to bring up separate issuesBelow is an outline of the multiple issues provided by Navient over the last years as they have blemished my credit report and have refused to fix it: - claimed they had no record of my account - would not advise me on my account because they were not authorized - requested me to provide proof of payment of my student loans, despite having access my account records - claimed they had no record of my payments because my account was sold to Citi - further claimed they had no record of my payments because Citi resold my account to Discover - after I reconciled my own payment history (fully on time and paid in full) with Discover and provided the data to Navient, Navient still said the account was delinquent - I submitted a case to the Revdex.com and was immediately contacted by a Navient agent - Navient then advised that my account was delinquent for a separate loan totaling $and subsequently written off - My credit report only shows the student loan account with Navient (Sallie Mae at the time) which was paid in full as supported by documentation from Discover - There is no loan on my credit report for $with NavientTranslate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:I have made over phone calls over years and Navient's lack of consistent business processes and data systems need to correct my credit report immediately

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been in touch with a representative from Navient who has been extremely pleasant to work with; however, the matter has not be resolvedI am still unable to make on-time payments through the company's websiteAdditionally, when I made a payment over the phone last month, the payment was mis-allocated so that all of the payment went to my private loan even though some of it should have been allocated to my stafford loans, and so even though I made the full payment due for both the private and stafford loans, it still shows that I have a past due balanceI have been informed by this representative that the charge has been correctly re-allocated; however, when I log into the Navient website it still shows a past due amount, and I continue to get at least two harassing collection calls per daySince I am unable to be assured that my phone payments will be properly allocated among my private loans and my stafford loans in the future, I need to be able to make payments through their website, and I want them to stop the harassing collection callsI tried to make a payment on their website as of this morning (3/24/2016) and it is giving me the same error message I have been receiving for the last couple of months, even though I've gone as far as to provide my bank statement (which is completely intrusive, but in an effort to reasonably cooperate I provided it anyway) to show that the account is open and in good standing Regards,

A representative from the Office of Customer Advocate contacted the customer by telephone on March 31, and we are working with the customer directly to resolve the issue

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Their response was a canned response, she said that because I didn't identify myself they can not take me off the list from callingAlso, after making payments within a month, they still kept callingI find it offensive to receive a call and ask if this you are so-soThen ask me for identificationIn today's society, I do not identify myself to anyone who calls me, if I have an issue I will personally contact the company...not the other way around So, to resolve it, no...they did not, basically they noted they would continue to harass me as long as they deemed necessary Regards, [redacted] ***

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received the letter from the advocate, and it only partially solves my issue First, the advocate stated that the program I enrolled in is a "$a month program at 1% interest rate, and my account may still remain delinquent during the first three payments....Once the third payment posts to my account my past-due status will be brought current and you will continue at $payment rate for the following months." October being the third payment However, I was charged a whole lot of late fee's that I shouldn't have been When I enrolled in the program July 13th, I was just told going forward my payment plan would be $345, due to changing from a year repayment to a year repayment Since then I've been hit with late fees of hundreds of dollars, and my credit report is probably looking horrible right now I want confirmation that the late fee's attached to my account during the past months will be fixed, this is hundreds of dollars I also need my credit report, if it was affected, fixed [redacted] ***
