I have been trying to contact navient for the past week leaving approximately 5 voice messages to return my calls and have yet to hear back from them. I received a letter in the mail stating that I can reach out to my consigner to sign a financial statement but this does not reaolve any of my issues where I have no contact with my consigner at this time. I had already mentioned this to navient but they just seem to give me the same response over and over again without actually listening to what I have to say. I am absolutely appalled at how this business continues to carry themselves. [redacted] ***
