Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Once I receive the correspondence by mail I will respond accordinglyThe option to respond through the Revdex.com only provided a day period to review the response and respond but according to the reply by Navient I may not receive the information from then within this time frame so I am unable to accept or reject their response Thank you Hi, I need to add a new statement on my complaintI cannot seem to do this on the Revdex.com siteNavient indicated in their response on your system that they sent me a communication through the USPS because of confidentiality reasons; I finally received this letter yesterday and all it says is they are working on the situation, there is clearly nothing confidential about thisThis is a stall tactic just like every other time they told me the information is in the mailThis is the same response I have gotten in all my efforts to have this resolved since September of I have contacted them a dozen times only to be told they will be mailing me the documentsI have never received anything proving I owe this money or that I signed anything that obligates me to pay this money, I do not know who this company isAgain they have provided nothing that indicates I owe this money It has been or 8months and dozens of contacts to them and nothing has been resolvedI respectfully ask that this be removed from my name, removed from my credit report immediatelymonths and more than phone calls and I have spent hours and hours on this is more than sufficient time to provide me the info requiredThank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is ok, but there were steps they could have taken to prevent and/or limit customer impactWhile I was satisfied with the explaination that this was due to a series of computer glitches, they could do better with getting their front end support prepared to answer the calls and resolve the issues and/or I suggested they should have a response posted on their website and a web crawler to get that to return as a search result so customers can see their rebuttal and not just all the other complaints.I do have to say, after the call from Navient explaining the issue, I do still wonder in the back of my head how "accidental" this really wasMost large companies have the ability to respond to these issues quickly and correctlyThe fact I got two different explanations from the same person on my initial call, and no visible public declaration from Navient at that time, and as far as I know, still no public declaration seems a bit fishy to me.However, for now I am satisfied with my personal resolution as long as that holds.Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The advocate Jocelyn from Navient never called me back to let me know if she received my teacher loan forgiveness application and if it was ok for her to sendI feel this is not correct and like always, they are giving me the run aroundI want proof they sent my appication to the right hands, and if not I want to send the application myself Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I realize that Navient cannot "help" me in this matter, but Navient is the focal point for this problem in the Student Loan Process Somehow, somewhere, they have reported or directed the US Dept of Ed or the Lender they represent to attach my tax returns even though it was obvious I was doing my best to set up a "wage-based" paymentUntil they can trace down why and where my tax returns have went and find someone to release them, I am not happy with anything Navient, FH Cann & Associates, the Dept of Education or the Treasury Dept have handled or caused this issue They all need to talk to each other & find a way to resolve this issue Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I'd been reached out to by Navient and given information that I had not received prior that two loans were due to go into default that were both in my mother and I's nameMy mother sent them over information for a forbearance for the one that we had been fradulently told about prior(As we were not told about the second one until such was in forbearance) I'd spoken with someone prior to this and faxed over the information that should the forbearance/deferment and received no call back until I'd put in the complaint with you allWhat is now in "Default" I am told I have no options but to pay an amount though I did offer to attempt to pay a different amount given that again my mother and I were not informed of thisThis company has ripped off numerous consumers and continues to rip me offHow do you put a loan in default when you don't inform the consumer? Additionally, when receiving documentation that my mother is on disability and I'm unemployed how do you not apply this across all applicable loansThe way in which this was done is both shady and borderline illegal in order to collect debtI am highly dissatisfied on a consumer level as this should have happened to begin with Regards, [redacted] ***
