While the company has stopped the calls, they sent a letter stating that calling me every day "due diligence". If that is not harassment, I do not know what is. A company has the right to take actions to ensure people repay a loan. However, the company should take in to consideration the person's history of payments and the amount owed. I took out the loan in in the amount of 10,000, I paid religiously more than the monthly payment, and now owed only 500.00. They admitted they were calling at am on the weekend. They called me every day. They did not even apologize in the letter they sent

Although you address part of my complaint, the other part was not addressed as far as being able to apply the principle to the loan of choiceThere are loans listed (& 02)Why can one not pay off one loan while working on paying off another? As a person who never had a late payment and has been a loyal customer, there should be some way for the customer to chooseIt is in my opinion that Navient wants to make things as inconvenient for people so they don't pay off loans earlyAs a hard working college graduate it is important for me to pay off the debt from my educationIt is my hope that students looking to consolidate choose a different company to work with

Hello, A letter from Navient arrived in the mail, and they are saying they cannot verify that we have paid over $10,and are saying we still need to pay $2,to resolve the loan after over years of paymentsI have the payment records from Navient that we have paid $10,since 2004, including $1,in late fees aloneIt is unethical and cruel for Navient to expect us to pay a single penny more for this loan
