RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a bill for $and a letter saying I owe $on the same day A few days later I received a bill saying I owe $and another bill saying I owe $ Then today I received a letter changing my payment terms saying I owe $for months, a letter saying you could not grant my request because both joint borrowers must sign the student loan debt burden forbearance form and submit proof of income, another letter saying I must submit a form to change my name, a fourth letter explaining what a forbearance request is and an application to apply for one and a fifth letter explaining what my repayments options are and showing that my current plan is income-drivenBasically I still have no idea if I owe $a month or $a month because every time I receive a letter or bill that says $I also receive a bill that says $ I did not fill out a request for forbearance and don't appreciate receiving a letter saying that we both did not sign our paperwork The income driven paperwork was signed by both of us each time that it was submitted this year No idea why I received a letter about changing our name, no one's name was ever requested to be changed I still have not received anything explaining why my paperwork was not processed in April, May, June, July or August until I called twice No idea why I still owed money even after I was told by a supervisor that I owed $in August No idea why I received separate letters or bills in the last week all telling me something different; I owe $80, I owe $0, you need my signature, you want to change my name I need a personal letter from someone at Navient explaining why my paperwork was not processed, how this problem is being fixed and what is happening now with my account I still have no confidence in Navient and think that maybe someone should look at my account, listen to the recorded phone calls, read through all the mail you keep sending me and figure out what the heck is going on Once again I request that you stop calling me at your convenience because I do work from 8:am - 5:pm and have no desire to take time away from my job or my lunch hour to speak to one of your representatives I have spent a total of hours this year talking and no one is listening I want something in writing that I can refer to when I get billed again two months from now because someone at Navient has screwed my account up again Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and though the company was NOT able or willing to what I wanted to happen in regards to this complaint, there is not much that can be done on my part aside from paying off the loan or finding another company with more incentives that will help clients obtain a reasonable payment amountI kind of have to accept what they said because this company does not offer anything elseI am beyond disappointed with everything regarding Navient and I regret ever getting a loan from themJust praying that I can find some way to resolve my loan in a reasonable amount of time so I can fully sever ties with this company for good Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I appreciate that the advocate was quick to respond however he stopped contact after to calls with meAlthough we have conflicting work schedules which makes it hard for us to communicate I called and left a message last week, Wednesday April 25th for the advocate to discuss the issues I have been having with NavientI asked that he would return my call Friday May 1st because I was off of work and we could talk about the issue anytime of the day and I didn't hear anything back from himI called Tuesday May 5th again to leave a message as well because I gave him until Monday May 4th and still did not have a message in returnIn the letter I had received in the mail it stated that they would like documented events of when the issues have been taking place however I would think this would be on my account if they would look at it and see itThey claimed that they have not sent anything negative to the credit agency in the last months but that is due to the fact that I am constantly calling to attempt to fix the same issues more times than I should have to with them just to make sure that nothing does go to the credit agency, so of course that has not happenedI am currently "babysitting" my loans that are with Navient to make sure that nothing negative reflects in my credit score and I should not have to do thatThe issue is maintenance of my account which no one seems to be capable of at this point Regards,
